L'accueil fatigué du dimanche soir (grosse journée clientèle de passage mais de là à négliger les arrivants du soir et leurs valises ...). Les extérieurs auraient besoin d'être rafraîchis et le mobilier de chambre complété ( +1 chaise ou +1 fauteuil bas, moustiquaires, extracteur d'air douche à rendre fonctionnel ).

• Christina (9/5): A great way to end our trip in Morocco! Having driven over the Atlas Mountains it was great to chill by the pool with a - Very relaxing and peaceful spot to end our holiday! Great that there were 2 swimming pools! A very popular spot for lunch it was surprisingly busy with outside guests but efficiently catered for. The breakfast was disappointing, the only fruit was a whole orange. There was no hair dryer in the room.

Quelle autre bonne surprise aussi de voir que notre chambre bénéficiait de cette vue. L'accueil de Christian, la gentillesse du personnel et..du propriétaire, la délicieuse cuisine méritent la même appréciation que la vue ! Nous conseillerons le Flouka aux amateurs de lieux charmants. Nous espérons vraiment y revenir.

• Julka Travel (7/5): Mały kompleks bungalowów - Ładny taras widokowy, chociaż z uwagi na deszczową pogodę i zimno, nie mogliśmy się nim cieszyć. W barze serwują dobre marokańskie wino . Basen z podgrzewana wodą nie jest duży, ale przyjemny. Obiekt na żywo wygląda zdecydowanie gorzej jak na zdjęciach. Widać po nim upływ czasu. Łazienka dość zniszczona i wilgotna. Odpływ po prysznicem zapchany. Cały obiekt składa się z dość starych bungalowów i teren wygląda na trochę zaniedbany. Pokój superior był duży, ale bardzo ciemny. Personel dość uprzejmy, ale trudno się porozumieć po angielsku. W porównaniu do innych miejsc które odwiedziliśmy w Maroko nieadekwatny stosunek jakości do ceny i brak lokalnego klimatu.

Endroit situé au calme ; idéal si on veut se reposer car pas grand chose à faire ou à visiter dans le coin mais on y est allé pour cela. Belle vue depuis le restaurant sur le lac (qui malheureusement s'assèche de plus en plus) et les montagnes de l'Atlas. Restauration raffinée et variée mais tarif un peu élevé (en tout cas pour le Maroc). Agréable feu de cheminée le soir dans le restaurant. Deux piscines dont une chauffée qui est un plus pour se baigner en novembre. Véhicule indispensable. Petit-déjeuner à améliorer (des fruits seraient un plus). Manque d'entretien dans la chambre (vitres sales et WC à changer car usé). Une lumière sur la terrasse de la chambre serait un plus pour le soir.

Christian notre hôte a éte très chaleureux et extrêmement flexible sur notre horaire de départ de la chambre (notre vol ayant été reprogrammé plus tard que prévu). Un grand merci pour l´accueil! Ma seule suggestion concerne la carte du restaurant (en grande partie cuisine française, de qualité), j´y rajouterais quelques plats typiquement marocains.

L’endroit en général est paradisiaque. Concernant le logement en lui même, le lit était très confortable. La propreté de la salle de bain notamment des toilettes n’étaient pas au rendez-vous. La carte est 100% françaises et les prix pratiqués sont bcp plus élevés (c’est aussi le cas pour les autres restaurants du coin qui sont peu nombreux).

• Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Nice welcome and friendly staff. The position of the hotel overlooking the lake and views of the Atlas mountains are stunning. The restaurant and bar areas all overlook the lake also. The food was really good, we had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed all three which were all varied. The heated pool area for guests was a lovely addition and a great place to relax. Our room had a lovely little seating area in front of it overlooking the pool with palm trees, mountains and the lake all in view - lovely! Room was spacious and well decorated with a comfy bed. The bathroom was a little dated, but still comfortable.

The common spaces are so peaceful and beautiful. Lovely pools. Rooms immaculately clean and well furnished in cool style. All the staff, from the restaurant to the housekeepers were so kind and helpful, and of course professional. Only negative point was the food which was a bit overpriced for what it was. Otherwise a lovely place we'd certainly be happy to visit again.

The room was very dirty, no help from the staff with our luggage. The room weren’t isolated so we heard every conversation from the other guests. • Marco (10/5): - **Bewertung für das Hotel Le Flouka** Das Hotel Le Flouka liegt ruhig und ist perfekt zum Entspannen geeignet. Die Atmosphäre lädt wirklich zum Abschalten ein, und das Essen ist hervorragend. Allerdings sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Mückenspray dabei haben oder sich darauf einstellen, mit Moskitos zurechtzukommen. Der See und die gesamte Anlage sind wunderschön und bieten eine herrliche Kulisse. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Direktor des Hotels, der äußerst freundlich, stets präsent und sehr diskret ist. Wir lieben dieses Hotel und kommen gerne wieder!
