Das Personal das darauf angesprochen wurde, war sehr unfreundlich und sagte das ist halt so. Frühstück Zeiten unter der Woche bis 9 Uhr ist kurz, es kamen einige Gäste 10 Min.später und haben nichts mehr bekommen. Bis 10 Uhr wäre schon angemessen.

The neighborhood was also clean and safe. We did not hear any street traffic from our room, nor did we hear any noise from other guests. There was a Walgreens next door which was great for any last minute needs that came up, as well as several restaurants close by. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the Foggy Bottom metro station which got us easily to all the tourist sites. The breakfast was what you’d expect from a Hyatt Place. As a Hyatt credit card holder, it was free for us. Not sure I’d pay for it. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay again!

• 319dwb (10/5): Great Hotel! A+++ - Stayed a week to check out D.C. The hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful and professional. Onamica always warmly greeted us and made sure to help us with any matter. She seemed more like a friend than a stranger. Housekeeping did a great job and kept the room well supplied. The room walls were insulated so well, that I don't know if anyone was in the rooms beside us or not. The onsite restaurant had a decent breakfast buffet, and the dinner meals were very good as well. Valet parking available onsite, and a cheaper parking garage right beside the hotel. No complaints. I would not hesitate to book at Hyatt Place the next time I'm in DC.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and functional. Special shout out to the valet Derek who went out of his way to help us upon our arrival. We arrived on a red eye flight and he really helped us with parking and stowing our bags and giving us breakfast suggestions. He always greeted us with a smile and a friendly attitude made our stay very nice.

We arrived very late at night, tired and stressed, and Al was extremely patient, professional, and supportive throughout the whole situation. He clearly explained everything, communicated with Booking.com on our behalf, and genuinely tried to help us as much as possible. Even though the situation was frustrating, his calm attitude and willingness to assist made a big difference for us. Thank you, Al, for your kindness and professionalism. You truly care about guests, and it shows.

I booked and confirmed a room two weeks in advance for a business trip to an office one block away. Less than 24 hours before arrival, I received an email informing me that the hotel was overbooked and that I had been "walked" to the Hyatt in Bethesda, Maryland, roughly a 40-minute drive from where I needed to be. This was presented as an equivalent hotel. For a business trip to Georgetown, Bethesda is not equivalent. I have been traveling for business for 30 years and spend over 100 nights a year on the road. I have never had a confirmed reservation handled this way. Avoid at all cost

• Konstantin (1/5): Will never book here again. Will also consider stop using booking.com - Room with 2 queen beds was booked and paid in full 2 months in advance. Upon our arrival the room was not available, and room with one king bed and sofa-bed (extremely uncomfortable)was given. Three of is ended up sleeping in one bed. Staff was refusing to take any responsibility for that and was blaming booking.com for overselling. Had to call booking.com twice the next day trying to resolve this - agents were absolutely useless and were providing confusing and contradictory information.

Breakfast was great with many selections, warm and cold. We walked to the Mall, took the Metro from Foggy Bottom, and called Ubers - all were extremely easy to get around in the city.

• Agnieszka (7/5): Bardzo fajny hotel z kiepską obsługą - Położenie, czystość, śniadanie Obsługa, która kiedy się meldowaliśmy po 11 wieczorem próbowała nam wmówić że musimy dopłacić za śniadanie , które mieliśmy już opłacone. Całość trwała prawie godzinę, bo absolutnie nie chcieli nic sprawdzać po swojej stronie tylko kazali nam udowodnić że faktycznie za śniadanie płacić nie musimy. Dopiero rano po ponownej niepotrzebnej wymianie zdań udało się wyjaśnić sytuacje. Przyznali nam rację, ale bez żadnego przepraszam. W pokoju nie było mikrofalówki.
• Sara (7/5): Nel complesso buono - La posizione, la stanza era grandissima e i letti molto comodi Siamo stati 13 notti, ci siamo trovati bene quasi su tutto, avrei gradito che ci pulissero la camera (ci rifacevano solo il letto e il cambio asciugamani quotidiano) ma non credo abbiano mai passato l’aspirapolvere( lasciavo alcune cose a terra per rendermene conto: una volta un fazzoletto, una volta l’etichetta tolta vicino ad una maglia acquistata e così via, mai una volta ho trovato ciò che lasciato a terra alzato) poi la colazione era poco variegata: sempre le stesse 3 cose calde alternate nei vari giorni.
