Price was way too expensive for the quality of hotel. Parking lot was small and dirty. There was no staff to communicate with. There were no air conditioner remotes so we couldn't turn on the ac. I will never come to this hotel again.

- Kalin (9/5): A nice weekend at Pampas in Sokcho - The proximity to the beach and the clean room. Also having a room that could fit all 6 in my group was nice The walk to the beach was a little awkward but still very close, especially for the price.

- JoleneZheng (8/5): Value for money stay - I chose this hotel because it is close to the Express Bus Terminal as well as the bus stop for 7 or 7-1 which goes to the Seoraksan National Park. It is also close to Sokcho Beach. But overall the area is quite quiet. It is a distance from the Sokcho town centre, the Yeonggeumjeung Pavilion or the Lighthouse Observatory. So it depends on what you want to do in Sokcho. The hotel offers very good value. The room is spacious and the kitchen facilities are adequate. There was no smell in the room, unlike what previous reviews mentioned. Filtered water dispenser located at the lobby. Seems like the hotel caters to a lot of group outings. No room cleaning but I was fine with that if it helps the keep the cost low. Pretty neat set-up generally. There’s mosquito netting at the windows but somehow I woke up with mosquito bites. The bed is ok but the bedding is quite thin.

- Cheryl (8/5): Very spacious room - Great 1 night stay. Very spacious room & bathroom. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it would have been nice to use for a longer stay. Powerful shower. Perfect location for the beach. Great price. Didn't agree with having to take our rubbish & recycling out, so we left it in the room.

- Srzcnd (8/5): Una estancia para repetir - La habitación era muy amplia, tenía todo lo necesario y está al lado de la estación express por lo que si llegas de Seul no tienes que andar mucho. La cama me ha resultado muy cómoda y grande. La playa y las paradas de bus también quedan muy cerca por lo que es muy fácil moverse por Sokcho. Los baños tenían bastante cal y manchas de chorretones por paredes y sanitarios. Deberían buscar unaanera mejor para limpiarlos (no estaban sucios). También deberían dar instrucciones del reciclaje para extranjeros, es un poco confuso y no hay nada en inglés.

Wie in Korea üblich alle paar Meter eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel/Getränke oder die landestypischen Restaurants. Hotel ist groß. Die Zimmer großzügig geschnitten. Personal ist sehr bemüht. Notfalls per Übersetzung auf dem Mobiltelefon. Die Handtücher sind ziemlich klein. Und die Klimaanlage sollte mal gesäubert werden.

Es gab exakt ein Doppelbett und die zusätzlichen Schlafplätze waren Decken mit denen man sich auf den Boden legen konnte. Die Decken waren 150cm lang und definitiv nicht geeignet für normale Erwachsene. Das Bett war dreckig und das Hotelzimmer laut. Ich würde jedem raten das Hotel zu meiden.
- maliji (9/5): - 속초 시내에서 이보다 넓은 숙소를 찾기 어려울 정도로 넓어서 좋습니다. 오래된 콘도라 시설이 최신식은 아니지만 에어컨 시원하고 티비 적당히 크고 침구류 깨끗해서 만족스러웠습니다. 방 1개, 거실 구조라 자고 놀 장소가 구분되서 좋고 화장실도 두 개라 가족이 불편없이 사용했네요. 다음에 가족과 속초를 찾으면 또 찾게 될 것 같습니다. 복도의 환기와 냉방이 미흡합니다. 전체 공조시설 개념이 없던 시대의 건물이라 그러려니 하는데 가끔 환기를 해서 복도도 쾌적해지면 좋겠네요.

- Kevin (7/5): Convient for the bus terminal but not many other reasons to stay here. - Decent enough price and we stayed in a large family room. Close to bus station. Strangely there was only one bed in the large family room despite there being floor space for at least 2 more. There was no flexibility at all on the check in, we arrived just before 2pm but were told, quite matter of factly, that check in was at 3pm. So had to leave for an hour or so. The room was boiling hot and we had to turn the valves under the sink to cool the room down but even with this the room was too hot, so we had to open the windows but it was noisy. Aircon was in room but no controllers to turn on. We also had to take out our own trash and recycling which we have never had to do in a hotel ever, very strange. Noisy tour groups arriving and leaving late in the night and early in the morning.

Really hot, even though it was late October, and there isn’t a way to adjust it. Nowhere for toiletries or makeup in the bathrooms. Futon beds are super hard and difficult to adjust to if you aren’t used to them. And it was very strange to come back one day to find the ceiling hatch open in the ensuite bathroom…
