It was advertised as a hotel, however it was more like a hostel, separate showers and toilets from your room. No food option's apart from takeaway leaflets by the counter. Staff were friendly, but limited in languages other than French (fair enough it is France). Just know what you're booking, and don't overpay.

• Companion5529 (2/5): Avoid this DUMP - I booked this hotel (hostel is a better term here), in rush after my flight was canceled. I did not realized the room had a shared bathroom/ restroom with the rest of the floor, in my panic state after the cancellation of the flight. On the way to hoStel I realized that it is a shared bathroom, and nonrefundable fee. I requested the front desk and the manager to cancel the reservation without charging me almost 200 euro cancellation fee. Booking.com allows such cancellations if the hotel is OK with it. The hoStel kept telling me no, and refused to help at all. I did not take me even an hour to hold this reservation, I did not make this reservation months in advance. I hold that room less than an hour, and explained my case to the HoStel immediately. The hoStel kept saying no, even after booking.com rep called that and talked to both the front desk and the questionable manager who did not even bothered to talk to me. I understand that the room is nonrefunfable and I should have seen the shared bathroom sign. I booked this room in panic, and held your room something like half an hour. This hoStel has zero customer service. A normal HOTEL would cancel the reservation considering my case. But this HoStel does not care about customers at all. So I had to stay in this hoStel and use their filthy unisex restrooms. And I could not take a shower in their filthy unisex bathrooms that were in the middle of the floor with no privacy. Despite coming from another flight, I could not take a shower in this dump they call hotel. On top of everything else, the hotel front desk told me that I can just take the shuttle the next day, at the given times. And showed me the times. Said no problem, I can take any shuttle I need. No mention of a shuttle reservation here. The next day, I could not get on the shuttle because an advance reservation was needed. The front desk did not mention such a reservation to me. Avoid this DUMP at all costs.

• hoanhthu (2/5): Nightmare Hotelf1 Roisy CDG pn2 - The hotel is disgusting and unhumanity. The staff were terribly rude and cold blood. The room is boiling hot and extremely noisy. We were treated like rats in cells even though we paid for the rent 3 months in advance. We were refused the basic need of being ventilated as a normal human being. Hopeless with this so-called “hotel”! Minus stars for the staff and the facilites. Stay away from this hell! The staff robbed my mobile phone when I took the photo of the hotel counter and she said I took the photo of hers. Nightmare!

I would not recommend this hotel unless you can handle almost no space to move around. The airport shuttle is handy but they charge €4 and they charge for baggage. First they scam you thru want you to pay for price again & ask you if you pay cash cheaper, so I told them it’s already pay for, then he was looking at computer for so long thinking well how could get cash from us. Then next ask to pay protection fees so I said no I already pay credit card. Then 2 managers are so rude talking to each in French so loud that you know they are talking bad about you in front of you. No recommendations on this rude management. • Moise (2/5): - My family and I were on a 19 hour layover in Paris and needed a place to lay our head for the night so we booked this place for that purpose. We arrived at the property and after checking in, we were told that we had to share bathrooms with other guests. My wife and I had to pay extra to have room with our own bathroom/shower and had our kids and family member come to our room whenever they needed to use the bathroom and to take a shower. With respect to third world countries, this is something I expect in a 3rd world country, not a modern country such as France. Sharing bathrooms/showers with strangers? Really? The rooms were so small we there was really no place for our luggage, so thanks be to God that we only had our carry-ons with us. The shower in me and my wife's room was smaller than a shower in a cruise ship. Needless to stay, we only stayed there since it was one night, but that will never happen again. This "hotel" should advertise that guests will have to share bathrooms/shower with other guests (strangers) or must pay extra for a private shower in their room. We couldn't even get a blanket or extra pillow in our rooms. When asked for one, on a cold December night, they said that they did not have any.

Private bathrooms (in certain rooms) are bright and clean with a good shower. Breakfast is continental style with sufficient choices, including fresh fruit. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Airport Shuttle from IBIS/Novotel chain is convenient and reliable. Hotel can be recommended for younger folks as well as seniors like us who travel on a budget.

Our bathroom only had shower gel and no soap to wash hands. No bath mat.

However the room was really small for the price I paid. It didnt smell too pleasant, the bathroom sink was leaking. I had to put a bin under the piping to catch the water, the walls were very thin, I could heat other people in there room. Not the best of accommodation but it did what it was suppose to do for the night especially caused I booked it at last minute.

Receptionist was trying to push us into purchasing the shuttle service even though we specifically asked whether we can purchase the bus ticket for local transportation from a driver. He insisted we must take the shuttle bus offered by the hotel because there is no other option - strange, maybe just a language barrier , we do not speak french.
• Vacation709783 (10/5): All went fine, I would use the hotel again - If you are looking for a no-frills hotel nearish the airport, then this place is as good as any. We paid €36.70 for 1 night stay (no extra tourist tax paid) and we got a room with 2 single beds and a basin. The room is small, but ok to just go there for a sleep. It has a tv too, but we didn't use it. We arrived late, someone was at the reception to give us the card (I think we used room 123, from memory) and we went to the room. We didn't have a bathroom, but there were 3 WCs and 2 shower rooms on the floor and used those with no issues. There were 2 big towels in the room (no soap), so remember to have some soap with you (we did), if you want to wash your hands, take a shower or whatever. The room looked renovated and we had no issues really.
• heidip26 (2/5): No, just no - I know they say “I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy,” but I would definitely wish this on them. I was appalled by this place and tried to get into two different hotels. I don’t know how I managed to not investigate this place. I guess I saw the price and how close it was to the airport (although still €20 taxi ride) and just booked it. It was very last minute. The toilets and showers are in the hall and there are only two per floor. Someone had been smoking in one of the toilets and there was wet toilet paper on the floor for 24 hrs. It felt like a port-o-potty. My window had some sort of cover that made it feel like a prison cell. The concrete walls didn’t help. And they didn’t leave a simple bar of soap in the room next to the sink. I guess if you were desperate it works as a way to keep the rain off your head, but yuck - I stayed in so many nice and comfortable places during my month in Europe. What a way to end things!

Bathroom was small but does its job (think plane bathroom with extended shower space). Hotel was also a few mins walk away from a mall, Aéroville with lots of food choices. Shuttle was also available for price of €3 per trip per person to/from CDG Airport.

A shuttle is advertised as means to get in and to CDG airport, but it's misleading because you can't get the shuttle unless you book in advance. Drivers may be nice and accept travellers with no booking, but it's risky. I do not recommend this hotel for transit through CDG.

• jsK1266ZP (4/5): Cramped hotel with no AC and mediocre hygiene but super professional manager - Stayed during a heatwave. Chose this hotel because of the location near my meetings and because it was recently renovated. The description clearly stated the room had AC but there was no AC. Spoke to the assistant at the reception counter and he explained there is no AC, but the hotel has a chill system. I explained that whatever it was installed was not working, upon which the assistant told me "in France, AC is opening the window". I must have laughed hard. And opening a window on an ainport hotel is lucricrous because of the... airplanes landing! Eventually his superior reimbursed me for the second night and I moved to another Accor hotel. Also: I am ok with staying at frugal places. But this is low for Accor. The room is so small that I had no space to open my luggage. If I opened the window, it would bang my head if I lie of the bed. Also: pubic hairs on shower towels. Don't stay here unless you are ok with this in advance and REALLY need the location. - 1 star for the hotel. Not good enough even for the lowest Accor tier. - 5 stars for the manager: the hotel manager is super nice and professional. He relentlessly helped me with the new booking. Hence the 2 stars in my review.
• niknak88 (10/5): Basic but spotlessly clean - I was really happy with my stay. I was in one of the rooms with no bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean, the cleaners were also in each day. I was there during a heatwave and here is no air conditioning, however the windows do open wide which helped. The shared showers and bathrooms were also very clean. I also never had to wait to use the facilities. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There are a couple of restaurants plus a McDonalds and Burger King around a 30 min walk away. Be sure to check the restaurant opening hours as they close early on some days. It’s a bit of a dark walk through an industrial estate but I found there were usually a few people walking to and from. There is a bus stop right outside and the hotel is very handy for Parc Des Exhibitions.
• Bilal (6/5): - The receptionist was very rude to me, As I didn't book beforehand so he said you don't book online now pay that much amount here and I will give you a room.
• Isabelkeogh (2/5): Ok - This hotel is great if you’re close to the cdg airport. It is very far from Paris city centre. It is noisy with planes going by every day. There is no air conditioning in the room. The rooms are very small. The toilets and showers are separate from the room. The cleaners do change the bed and towels daily which is a nice feature. There is a government tax you have to pay when you get to the hotel after you have paid for your room. This tax is not a deposit and you don’t get it back. They do breakfast for €7 but it’s literally just cereal and toast so not really worth it. There are no restaurants near by the hotel is in the middle of no where. There is a shopping mall that is a 15 minute walk away and that’s the closest shops to the hotel. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from public transport which isn’t too bad. The room looks nice and is comfortable enough. The mattress are slippery the bed sheet comes off the bed every night. Great for just sleeping and going out and doing activities and visiting Paris.

• Swati (2/5): Worst experience - It was horrible stay very hot rooms and attitude of staff was very bad
• Lee (8/5): - No issues with the hotel. However, the hotel is in a complex with other hotels, and it was quite noisy with big groups coming and going.
• boots_on_the_road (8/5): Looking for a night on a budget close to CDG 😁 - Choose this hotel as it was close to CDG and offer a shuttle to the airport both ways (15mn for 4€). The room was very clean with a sink, towels and a TV. You can charge your electronics via electric plugs or USB port on the wall. The bed was comfortable. Share bathrooms & showers were very clean (soap dispenser). Breakfast available for extra €. A fountain is located in the lobby, with drinks and snacks vending machines. Staff were friendly 😃.
