- 小野 (7/5): お風呂とピアノコンサートで癒されました。 - おふろの湯が気持ちよかった。ピアノコンサートが1時間もありとても良かった。朝ロビーで音楽を聴いていましたが、とても音響が良くてよかったです。 敷布団しかないため、固く腰が痛くなったので布団を数枚使わせていただきました。 朝チェックアウトが早かったので、朝ご飯が間に合わず食べれませんでした。簡単でもいいので少し朝ご飯の提供があると嬉しかったです。

The reception staff had no answer for this, their response was pretty much "it can't be helped/you'll have to put up with it". No suggestion of trying a different room, though the hotel seemed both large and not very full.

- Jennifer (9/5): Schönes Onsenhotel mit großen Zimmern - Sehr große Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Die hauseigene Onsen war ebenfalls sehr schön und hatte einen tollen Ausblick, ebenso der Garten. Leider kamen wir sehr spät an und konnten nicht mehr von allen Aktivitäten Gebrauch machen, aber die Zeit die wir dort verbracht haben, war sehr schön. Unsere Futons waren bereits gemacht und so konnten wir nach dem Onsenbesuch auf dem Zimmer direkt weiter entspannen. Das Internet war auch jederzeit perfekt! Wir hatten Glück und konnten den letzen Parkplatz vor der Tür sichern, aber die Anzahl ist begrenzt. Mich persönlich hat die ununterbrochene Klaviermusik ein wenig genervt, denn sie ist wirklich überall und jederzeit zu hören.

- Kimberly (10/5): A memorable magical stay - What an enjoyable place to stay for 3 nights. This hotel felt like home. Our large room with equipped with a shower, deep tub and large picture window… small table, fridge - as well as Japanese tables and chairs and comfortable futons. The onsen was terrific- sulphurous. There is a big lobby with tables, sofas a small fireplace looking on to the garden. Each morning there was fresh coffee amd juices provided. The staff were fabulous everyone going out of their way to assist us. The whole vibe is chill. And the price? For what you get this a hidden gem- a bargain. Finally we had sushi at the restaurant on site. By reservation , we were the only clients and treated like royalty by the chef- we also tested a whole variety of local sakes with each serving. It was a once in a lifetime experience that again was extremely affordable for the quality. Next time I would make a point of pre ordering one of their sushi boxes, which they make daily and you pick up at the on site souvenir shop. Truly one of our favorite stays in Japan. Loved it all.

- Caroline (8/5): a nice remote onsen hotel - great value for money. - lovely stay outside the city set in a beautiful location with Mountain views and a beautiful garden. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and made sure we were well informed and taken care of. The private bath was wonderful, and the room spacious and clean! the facilities were a bit outdated, but still well maintained. Due to the remote location, it is worth noting that if local restaurants in the town are closed, your only options nearby is a local convenience store or the vending machines/small shop within the hotel.

- Kana (8/5): 期待以上！ - ホスピタリティが大変満載のお宿でした。 お部屋も広いし、お風呂も温泉だし、それ以外のサービス(ドリンク、売店など)も充実してました。 お宿の目の前の駐車場がいっぱいで第3駐車場に停めました。そんなに遠くはないですが雪が振っていて荷物を運びながら子供も連れながらお宿まで移動はほんの少し大変だったかなと感じました。

Le petit-déjeuner est offert dans une salle de réception magnifique et est de grande qualité. De retour dans la région prochainement, j'y séjournerais à nouveau sans aucune hésitation. スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、心配りが素晴らしかったです。温泉では、美しい庭園を眺めながらゆったりとくつろぐことができました。朝食は素敵な会場で提供され、質もとても高かったです。次回この地域を訪れる際も、迷わずまた宿泊したいと思います。

- Nathan (9/5): Un hotel et une vue incroyable ! - Excellent service et chambre impeccable, très spacieuse et incroyablement confortable ! Le petit déjeuner est sympa, mais sans plus selon moi. Les sources chaudes sont vraiment agréables, à noter que ce sont de vraies sources souffrées donc tant que l'odeur ne vous gêne pas, profitez juste du moment et de la chaleur ! Personnel très accomodant bien qu'ayant quelques difficultés avec l'anglais, facile de booker un taxi ! Et la vue, juste incroyable directement depuis la chambre! Un peu perdu avant d'arriver sur comment s'y rendre, taxi facilement trouvable à la station d'Iwamuro Onsen, mais des indications supplémentaires rendrait l'expérience encore plus agréable et sans stress.

- KENJI (10/5): 人のあたたかさを感じれた滞在です。 - スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしい。 妻の誕生日で利用させて頂きました。サプライズで部屋にお花をと考えお願いしたところ妻の好きな色が時期的に難しいと返答をくださりました。僕自身あまりそこには自信がなく(笑)憶測で好きな色をお願いしたので何色でも喜ぶと思いますと返答。当日チェックインしてみたら希望した色のお花がメッセージと共に用意されていました。 妻も泣きましたが僕は妻の反応とスタッフ様たちのお心遣いを感じ僕も泣きました。笑 対応スタッフさんはたしか佐藤さんという女性でした。 ※このレビューを読まれているかた もちろんこちらの要望も時期や時間によっては不可能な場合もあるかと思います。色々な意味で今回僕は運が良かったかと思います。 その他朝のピアノ演奏なども最高でした。本当に良い思い出です。 ありません。

The nearest train station is about 3 miles away. There is a bus that runs to a place nearby, but the bus only runs a couple times a day so if you are relying on it be sure to plan in advance. Or just use a taxi

- ?? (10/5): - 駐車場がいっぱいだったことが少し残念でしたがとりあえず止められないわけでないし特にその他の不満はなしです。また泊まりたいです。
