• Nicholas (7/5): Convenient and cost-effective stay for a short trip. - Convenient location, walking distance from convenience store and many restaurants, as well as Starfield Coex Mall. Rooms were clean and bath was comfortable. Entrance was somewhat confusing. Check-in was also somewhat confusing. There is no lobby or check-in desk, which isn't very obvious at first. Touch screen self-check-in kiosk is the only option, and it kept giving me an error message. Then the phone next to the kiosk started ringing and it took me quite a while to realize *I* was supposed to answer the phone; my check-in was then completed via phone. Rooms were quiet from outside noise but sounds could be heard between rooms at times.

• Ethan (8/5): Good location. Friendly staff. Convenient and efficient. - Brilliant place if your just looking for a place to sleep for a decent price in the Gangnam district. Efficient check in and staff were very nice. Bed was on the hard side but slept extremely well. Stairs were not an issue for me as I have light luggage. Would definitely stay again for the convenience.

The bed was soo comfortable. -A little dusty -There was mould and dust in certain parts of the room/bathroom. -I couldn’t use the bathroom sink because the floor was flooded every time I turned on the water -The bathroom didn’t have a toilet brush -There is no elevator which made it difficult to drag my suitcase to my room on the 3rd floor.

Even though there was no one there to help us check in, there was still a telephone there for immediate help and questions. The air condition isn’t what we were used to but it wasn’t horrible. Overall we were happy with our stay!

• James (10/5): A great small hotel if you are on a budget. - This is a great hotel to stay at if you are on a budget. Parking is a bit tight like most places in Gangnam but the location is pretty awesome so you can walk to most places or nearby subway lines.

Our confirmation number wasn’t registering so we called the number at the front and it was handled quickly. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the bed/pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again but you get what you pay. Location is good though.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - This hotel is a good, decent price for a short stay at Gangnam. The bed is large enough, the room is clean, and the mini-bar is free. The staff was good for me; they don't speak English, though. The only complaint for me is that the room is bad at shutting out noises. At the room next to me, a voice was heard from a Japanese couple on the bath, and while I had a bad feeling about it, a few hours later the Japanese woman started to moan on the bed, and I couldn't go asleep. They continued to do it for 3 hours! That is so unpleasant... Another complaint is a little bit of stink, but I can accept it. But overall, the hotel is good and I recommend if you look for a decent hotel at Gangnam.

• Verified traveler (4/5): フロントの対応最悪 - チェックアウトしようと朝８時ころにフロントに行ったら誰もおらずベルを鳴らしたり、読んだりしたら奥の方からあくびの声が聞こえ、私も忙しかったので何回かしつこく読んだら奥のほうから若い男の子が目を擦りながらあくびしながらめんどくさそうに出てきました。もう二度とこのホテルには泊まりません！ 部屋は一人でも十分すぎる広さで良かったのに最後の対応が悪すぎ(*`o∩o怒)
• エリ (6/5): 初めて利用しました - 今回初めて利用したのですが、飛行機が早朝着だった為アーリーチェックインを申請してたのですが全く通っておらず。荷物だけ預けて本来のチェックイン時間まで時間を潰しました。 ヨクサムとソンルン駅の間ですが、ソンルン駅からの方が道が平坦なので行きやすいです。 部屋はツインに泊まりましたが、普通にスーツケースを広げられるスペースがあって良かったです。アメニティも充実しています。 あと床がカーペットじゃなかったのが良かったです。
