- Lin (3/5): 房間衛生不乾淨 - 房間地板很沙，灰塵超多，床底下還有上一位房客喝剩的啤酒罐沒有收拾到，房務清潔真的很混。而且設備很老舊，燈光略顯昏暗，是設計上燈光流明的問題。價格與設備不成正比

- christine chu (5/5): - 第一次安排的房間冷氣壞掉，服務人員最後幫我們換一間。但因為我們隔天早上很早出發，服務人員入住時通知說早上四點要打包送給我們，但並沒有。所以我們沒用餐！浴室中的洗手乳是空的，浴缸沒用，但中間髒髒的。一進去房間音樂會很大聲，要自己關掉。晚上睡覺隔音不佳，一直有人在外面說話。 依此次入住價格4800來說，性價比很低。 隔音很差，清潔度待加強！

- Hsing Ning (8/5): 服務人員都很親切有禮 - 安排的房型與原先網頁上訂購的不同，可能是為了讓住客停車方便，業者自行把房間換成下方就有車庫的房型，但沒有設想到所換的房間裡面浴室無法完全遮蔽，造成我們洗澡與如廁時的隱私困擾。房間的床頭板內裝上殘留有之前住客的煙味，對於有小孩的家庭不是很適合。桌面、床頭櫃上都還有灰塵棉屑。早餐食材品質算不錯，非廉價的粗食。中式清粥小菜、新鮮水果、荷包蛋、熱炒菜，西式烤麵包有可頌、吐司、餐包，另有三種抹醬和兩種包裝果醬，飲品有冰果汁、冰鮮奶、冰紅茶、研磨咖啡。不管是入口的服務人員、廚房清潔人員或房務人員都很親切有禮。
- cheng yu (10/5): 太棒了 - 我住的是四人房，因為住這旅館好幾次了，所以原本有指定的房間，但是這次太晚訂房了，該房已被訂宿了，所以被安排到其他房型的房間，也因為這樣因緣際會的住到一間像總統套房那麼大的房型，有客廳，有餐桌，連浴室都有烤箱！整體感覺很不錯！
