- Leslie (9/5): I had a really pleasant stay and would love to check out their other locations! - They actually set up 3 separate beds which was really nice. Space was a little small, but definitely serviceable, especially for the price. The temperature controls were easy to navigate. Many toiletries are provided in the lobby but the little sample packets of toner/moisturizer/etc were super nice. There was also a full shelf of bath sands with amazing scents. Staff was amazing and communicated really pleasantly. One of the wings (or maybe all the rooms) is actually in a separate building. You have to go between them to go from the main lobby to the elevators to the rooms. It's not as inconvenient as it sounds because there is a covering above your head when you go through the doors that take you from one area to the other. It was just a little surprising, because you're technically outdoors for like 1 second.

The room itself was very comfortable - we both got a great night's sleep. We only stayed for one night but the hotel had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. An sich aber kaum ein Problem, wenn es leise Gäste rund rum hat - ein, zwei Stellen hätten sauberer sein können. Das Zimmer wirkte (vielleicht durch sein Alter?) etwas schmuddelig, mir Flecken auf dem Teppich und an den Wänden.

Another awful guest tossed his garbage right outside my room. I called the staff and they immediately cleaned it up. The location is great too near the jr shinkansen station and local train stations. Very convenient to use it as a base for traveling. The shops around the jr station also close later around 9 to 10. It's not the tenjin area but it's pretty good. The room could be a little bigger. The building was kind of confusing. They have 2 buildings. One late night I was tired and went to the wrong building and couldn't find my room number. The floors between both buildings have the same theme (ie colors) but the numbers are different. I wish they left a note saying if you can't find your room number go to the other building. You also need to check in from the main building not the secondary. There is a ramp between the 2 buildings. I thought the ramp was a bit small to move my luggage around.

The room is kind of small as most of the hotels in Japan do Can barely open a 28" luggage

- Mariko (9/5): 嵐旅で滞在時間は短かったけど最高でした！ - 駅からも近く受付の方の対応がよかったです。 朝食込みではなかったのでどうしようか迷いましたが接客していただいた私よりちょっと上の方が親切で対応がよかったので朝食を取ることにしました。品数は少ないかなと思いましたが美味しくいただけました。 もしかしたらあったのかも知れませんがスリッパがほしかったです。
