Guest Reviews
- Guest (7/5): -
- Emma (8/5): Good value for money, would stay again - Parking at the property, lovely kitchenette. 2 bedrooms and a lovely shower.
Owner was very helpful and responsive, booked at last minute. The mattresses could do with a bit of firmness. Ok for one night.
- Helen (4/5): Sleeping in Busby app 🥺 - It's clean Traffic noise impossible to sleep as ssecondty double glazing didn't help I was awake most of the night .
- sam (6/5): - Facilities were what we needed Everything is a little tired.
- Stephen (10/5): Perfect , would stay again 100% - Huge property , well kitted out , strange kitchen situation ( its in the living room) but for a 1 nt stay it was perfect tbh Nothing
- SafiaSafiaSafia (4/5): - Kitchen had all appliances The flat was damp, bed sheets had stains, the bathroom was cold with slippery floor when wet. The was no investment in the property. The flat had a old musty damp smell that we carried on our clothes. Will not attach the photos here, however I have shared with owner.

- Daniel (6/5): - Sehr schönes Haus in einem guten Stadtteil.
Geräumiges Apartment mit viel Licht.
Bequemes Mobiliar.
- Helen (8/5): It was very convenient, close to the station. -

- Clyde (8/5): Great unit - Well appointed with a great range of facilities including a washing machine. It only had one teaspoon.
- Guest (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Poor accomodation
- Guest (1/5): Awful - Very basic and little headroom.
Crude finish
- Vilma (7/5): Most acceptable - Having the whole place to myself The security lighting did not activate when I came back around 10pm
Also there should be a net on the window next to the entrance door for privacy
- Suguru (8/5): -
- Kara (8/5): -
- Suzanne (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kapasi (8/5): Very good - Spacious and well kept Nothing
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - It provided everything we needed for the night. The TV didn't work and we really wanted to watch Wimbledon. There were no instructions anywhere on how to work things
- Ripal (2/5): Terrible stay away from it - Location was good Leaky sink. Front door did not lock so not a very secure overnight experience. Door knobs inside the house falling off. No positive response from either booking.com or the owner to resolve issues.
- Vic (10/5): Perfect - The host was fabulous and sent us lots of local information that we needed. Lots of excellent Communication. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed ( and more) .
Location was great as only 5 minutes walk to the train station and Ubers were ÂŁ9 to the stadium we were visiting.
My only complaint is that the pictures don’t do this place justice as it’s beautiful instead with lots of space. The only complaint I have is that we only stayed one night. Everything else was wonderful
- Michaela (9/5): Superb -
- William (9/5): Very pleasant place to stay - Really well equipped, comfy beds, spacious, great place to stay with kids. Would stay again
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location outside of the ULEZ Nothing. It was a great value for two nights!
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional - Check in and out smooth and very flexible. Parking arrangements are great. Gorgeous and cheap apartment with every amenity you would want. Hostess was lovely and the garden is seriously beautiful. Thank you for giving us the means to excel at Britain and Ireland Strongest Man! N/A
- Heather (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (7/5): Good - Ideal location for nearby attractions and easy to find. Staff were very helpful. Found cigarette butts in the bedside cabinet and tricky to get a comfortable angle with the shower.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Sarfraz (8/5): Very good -
- Tomas (8/5): Very good -
- Roy (9/5): Superb -
- Andy (8/5): Very good - Clean, tidy, comfy beds. Slightly tired, needs some tweaks to make excellent stay.
Parking tight.
- Mccreadie (9/5): Hidden gem - Lovely wee apartment, everything you need, great price and easily accessible by public transport. Lots of nice wee touches around the place.
- Andrew (7/5): Served it’s purpose - The host was brilliant due to a few mistakes by booking.com and found us alternative accommodation so all is good No parking
- Sandra (5/5): Passable - Location No kitchen
- Stephen (5/5): Only one night, but would have been disappointing if there longer. - Not too much Power out in room. Only plugs working at one side of room for a lamp. No tv or main light. Quite a cold apartment but it was freezing outside. Heaters may need turned up a notch in winter. Salt left at outside door in winter would be handy.
- Paul (1/5): I didn't stay because of the circumstances highlighted. - Nothing! Left the property 2 hours after check in as it was freezing cold. I turned up the heating and came back 2 hours later and someone had been in and turned it off so still freezing. Positive I was being watched/listened too on the ring video door bell so that was enough for me. I highlighted this and requested refund from the owners but I have been ignored. I will continue to send them complaint until the have the decency to acknowledge. Everything! Place was filthy, cold and privacy was being breached. Really terrible service. Communication is non-existing and controlling the heat in a property is unacceptable.
- Laura (8/5): Good stay, nice apartment, done the job for what we needed. - It was really close to the busby hotel where we were attending a wedding. There was a slight damp smell. The only mirror was in the bathroom which made it difficult when getting ready to go out.
- Eric (4/5): Apt.2B Nov 24. - On first impressions the apartment was cosy looking and clean which impressed us. When we contacted the host about the heating they responded straight away. The wall radiator in the bedroom/living area was needing bled as only the right hand side warmed up after a while. This fault made us decide to leave the apartment and go back home.
- Susan (9/5): Superb - Perfect location for our needs. Very clean and well presented. Excellent No issues at all
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Karen (10/5): Great apartment, beds very comfortable. - Location is perfect for our night in East Kilbride. Had dinner at Busby Hotel which is so close to the apartment.
- Annette (7/5): Good - Location to hotel. Spacious very clean and comfortable In apartment had to be careful when getting out of bed due to the placement of the bed and the sloping ceiling
- M (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment. Good location
Clean and spacious
- M (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (7/5): Nice flat, very good location. - Nice living/sleeping room, plenty of space. Great fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom very cramped, difficult to use shower due to lack of head height, sloping roof.
- Francis (8/5): Very good -
- Steven (8/5): Busby Apartments - We selected this apartment to stay over after attending a wedding at the nearby Busby Hotel. It is ideal, just around the corner, with its own parking space right next to the apartment's front door.
Check-in was excellent, with a brief chat to the owner, who then showed us where to collect the apartment key.
The apartment was very clean and tidy, with a separate living/bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
Will use again if visiting that area again.
- Gillian (3/5): We won’t be back .. - It was cheaper than anywhere else this particular weekend. Smelt damp.
No heating controls. Had to phone to ask for heating to come on, when it did radiator was still cold as it needs bleeding.
Bathroom - shower impossible to use without soaking floor, no where to hang towels.
Lumpy bed.
- Osborne (4/5): a very disappointing stay in gloomy substandard accommodation - Location was good and internet worked well - that was all We did not like hitting our heads on the slanted attic roof every time we moved in the cramped bedroom.. The bed appeared to have been lowered to try to overcome this problem but did not help. The general appearance of the apartment was of very poor DIY or incompetent trades people's attempts to renovate, an example of which was the shower into bath arrangement with the shower curtain rail set up ,again into the slanted attic roof, such that the curtain could not be satisfactorily arranged to stop water flowing onto the floor. There was no dryer supplied with the washing machine. We could not get the TV to work and there were no instructions to assist.
- Marion (5/5): Passable - The place was clean and close to the train station. The apartment is not as advertised. The kitchen is nothing like what is shown in the pictures. It is a makeshift metal frame, enough to make tea, toast, and cereal but no cooked meals. The washing machine was also nowhere to be found.
- Vaibhav (10/5): Exceptional -
- MRS WENDY J (8/5): - Charming old world and comfortable.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Sue (10/5): Excellent spacious apartment. - Great location for visiting family or siggts in Glasgow, quieter area about 30 mins from the city centre and easy access for Glasgow airport/ motorways. This is a lovely spacious apartment with parking on the property driveway . Communication from the host was good and it was nice to be able to let ourselves in and check out without any fuss. Nothing.
- Stewart (6/5): Pleasant -
- Adam (3/5): Uncomfortable - The location, the shower and the toys and games that were available for my kids to play with. Everything else; poorly equipped kitchen, not very clean, extremely uncomfortable beds. The kitchen was not a fully working kitchen but more like a play kitchen. The bedside “shelves” were not attached to properly so I couldn’t even put a glass of water next to me at night! Put a stool there to balance my water and phone on! Awful!
- Adam (10/5): Great big spacious rooms in a nice location - Very spacious and clean
- Robert (10/5): - Feels relaxed and comfortable.
- Marion (8/5): Great location. - Good location with off street parking.
Flat warm and comfortable with everything you'd need. Brilliant bed..
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy and not too much traffic noise.
- Connor (9/5): Superb - Everything is sweet
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Maxwell (7/5): Good -
- Komalben (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location , nice, cozy and tidy apartments. Best for families and friends
- Danny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic kitchen and really spacious apartment. Home from home feel. Nothing, all good.
- D (8/5): Very good -
- Hayley (7/5): Lovely but needs some TLC . - The building and grounds . Parking right outside . The linen was beautiful . Had lots of toys . Had everything you could think off . It was very tired in places . I didn’t expect the kitchen I received . It was workable though . It was cold at times . The windows have the original sash in but are covered with glass . So couldn’t get fresh air when the sun was shining .
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Clean throughout whole apartment. Bed really comfortable. Would stay here again There was nothing we didn't like about this place.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Very lovely property I have rang the owner several times and no reply to my calls. No one met us at the property.
Needs t towels in the kitchen.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Giuliana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dr (6/5): Pleasant but apartment is a bit tired - Attic apartment with well-attended grounds. Free parking. Included bath and full self-catering facilities. Reasonable value for money. Appox 5 miles south of Glasgow. Two local pubs and a Chinese takeaway, plus a local shop. Very strong smell of spice in entrance/stair-well. Keys were not in the lock box upon arrival, but door was open. Had to call host for keys, which she dropped off within a hour. TV would not load, but managed to sort. Property located at traffic light junction, so easy to miss. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Clean throughout, but deco is tired and lacks overall attention to detail.
- Isabel (10/5): Excellent - Handy for the wedding venue we were at The property was amazing
- Farquhar (6/5): Pleasant - It was nice enough plenty of room It wasn't clean enough the bath had gritty stuff in it and the fridge had spilt juice in it and there was a smell of sewage when running the bath and in morning of leaving.
- Teresa (10/5): - Beautiful apartment, thoroughly enjoyed our stay
- Sharon (10/5): This property was excellent value for money. Clean and spacious and had everything we needed - Value for money, clean and spacious Nothing
- Jt (9/5): Home from home. - The location was close to Glasgow, yet far enough away to feel less hectic. The apartment had all we needed for our short stay. Nothing to dislike about the property. For some travellers ,the busy road outside, may affect sleep quality. We stayed a Friday night. Other nights may be less busy.
- Andy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (7/5): Thank you for a lovely stay - everything was great - Easy to find lovely area of Busby old village brilliant location for train links to city center - thanks you Ambience was good nice and comfortable
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Rob (9/5): Superb -
- Arthur (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and well maintained, and the owner was very accomodating
- Krisztina (7/5): Good - It was surprisingly quiet. Very stylish and the twin room has a good size. It has a good value and easy to reach Glasgow. Don't plan to cook anything more serious as a tea. The so called kitchen is just a cupboard with a built-in washbasin in the corner of the living room, a fridge and a normal desk. Although there is a microwave, an air-fryer, one mobile induction Hob and toaster, it looks funny.
- Hans (7/5): Cost effective appartment - Location Finish
- Mrs (9/5): Superb - Had a very pleasant stay,we would stay again .
- Tsegazeab (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (10/5): as above x - love the bedroom switch with kitchen layout
everything - perfect
the duvet - where did you buy it from? height restrictions - please replace ceiling lights with minimal size ones id possible?
see you again next month soon
- Jamie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (5/5): Felt like a prison - Free sky. Bed and sofa comfortable, nice kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling too low for my partner, no access to open any windows as they are all sealed off. No control over central heating comes on and off, and no privacy in the landing area at the window downstairs has no curtain or blind.
Ripped wallpaper at ceiling and a lamp ay bedside didn't work.
- Wendy (7/5): Was as I expected and I enjoyed my trip to Glasgow - Good location plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby Standard of decor
- Patsy (5/5): Stressful, the property was great, expect for the cooking facilities. single hob, no oven. - The property was comfortable and warm. Shower was fine, bed comfortable. I'm a lady who loves to cook, the kitchen facilities were very misleading, a hob is is hob, not a one ring ring plug in job, no oven even though they said there was an oven, a microwave is not a oven in my mind. After having a little meltdown on arrival and a long walk and and a little improvising and thinking outside the box how I was going to cook dinner for 3 people, I got there. Please just amend you booking description to very basic kitchen facilities.
