Abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita all’arrivo e anche nei giorni successivi. La cura del cliente è stata attenta. Difficile trovare un punto negativo. Forse qualche rumore tra un appartamento e l’altro non è stato sempre piacevole.

- Marzena (9/5): - The location of this accommodation is amazing. You could literally walk straight to the Beach - 3 minutes. If needed go back to your room for a bit of rest from a sun. You can grab a book from reception - they have collected many in many languages. I like the fact that reception is available 24/7 and near by shops - with everything you need for breakfast. For those who likes to walk - you can walk up to beginning of Sotavento ( its 1 hour walk just to get there and the Beach itself is very big, massive. Its better to leave the car in the shadow outside accommodation as on a very sunny day its super super hot. I almost forgot that the bed is very spacious and comfortable and i have back problems so this was super important for me. I didn't like German tourists who thought they owned the place and were very loud at night. Maybe next time i check different rooms etc.

El balconcito fenomenal para cenar fuera. Las camas bastante bien. La recepcionista un encanto de chica, súper amable El olor del pasillo, entiendo que es piedra volcánica pero fuera de la puerta olía a desaguae, de hecho el desagüe del baño estaba cerrado, al abrirlo salía mal olor. Había polvo en varias partes de la habitación y el toallero pegado al váter muy mal pensado

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr ansprechend Der Rauchmelder blinkte während des ganzen Aufenthaltes im 30 Sekundentakt hellrot. Schlafen war so nicht wirklich möglich. Habe es reklamiert aber es wurde nicht ausgebessert. Wahrscheinlich nur eine Kleinigkeit um es in Ordnung zu bringen. Das Besteck war zum Teil gefährlich. Ein Schneidemesser (das einzige) war so sehr abgenutzt, dass sich das Heft bereits gelöst hatte und einfach umklappte. Zum Glück habe ich mich nicht ernsthaft verletzt.

Aparecieron algunas cucarachas en la habitacion, se ve que es algo habitual porque en la despensa habia un aerosol de veneno. la nevera es demasiado chica, y el agua caliente , cuando te bañas, se agota rapidamente. Los restaurantes cercanos cierran muy temprano por la noche

- Andy (6/5): A very nice studio apartment, but a very nasty smell coming from the drains in the bathroom - The property was a very convenient location easily accessible to all the shops and supermarkets and beaches Unfortunately, we didn’t like the smell from the bathroom. It appeared that they were an issue with the drainage system as the bathroom always smelt of sewage. We always had to keep the bathroom door closed at night west we were in the apartment as the smell was very repulsive. The Windows were always open when we were inside the apartment in order to try and eradicate the smell other than this. The apartment served our purpose.
- Thomas Otten (4/5): Bitte kein Bungalow Deluxe buchen - Gutes check in/ out Internet Verbindung sehr gut Bitte bucht kein Bungalows Deluxe und lasst euch nicht in der Anlage Las Pardelas Nummer 66 bis 91ein Bungalow geben, dann habt ihr 7 Tage feinste laute Musik von ca. 21h bis morgens ca. 5h vom Shoppingcenter Bahia Calma (10m entfernt) und die Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten raus. An Erholungsurlaub war nicht zu denken 😡😡😡

- Gerke (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko piękna, szeroka, piaszczysta plaża z fajną knajpką AUREOLA. Na terenie basenu równe fajna i dobra restauracja COCO Beach. Na wyciągnięcie ręki markety i inne sklepy. Okolica bardzo przyjemna i spokojna. Apartament czysty, codziennie sprzątany, wyposażony w najważniejsze rzeczy do samodzielnego przygotowania posiłków. Nasz apartament jak chyba jako jedyny nie miał leżaków na tarasie, ale nie upominaliśmy się o nie ponieważ większość czasu byliśmy poza apartamentem. Rano bardzo często nie było wody. Całe szczęście nie trwało to długo.

I asked for a coffee machine with capsules, I offered to pay for it, I got a negative answer 3. so it turned out that when I arrived I parked my car not on the main street, but turned down towards the beach, where the navigation leads. Since the hotel territory has no clear boundaries and clear directions to where the reception is, I wandered for an hour with my suitcase until I found it. I called the phone number provided to help find it, no one answered :( I found the email and the correspondence I had already started, no one answered :( The return call was zero

- Inmaculada (3/5): Asegúrate bien antes de ir donde te van a dar el apartamento o estudio y que vistas vas a tener - La piscina Contratamos un estudio. Las fotos de Booking no tienen nada que ver con el estudio que nos dieron. Me refiero a las vistas desde la terraza. Nos dieron inicialmente un estudio en un bajo que daba a una pared que era la escalera de otro estudio. Un horror. Reclamamos y nos cambiaron a otro, al lado del anterior, que tenía una terraza a pie de calle al lado del parking de coches. No volveré nunca más a este lugar. Las fotos de los estudios, vistas desde su terraza, no son acordes a lo que te dan o al menos, a lo que a mí me dieron.
- Paul (9/5): Peaceful, restful, sunshine. - Brilliant location. I had an apartment in the Las Gaviotas section with a patio and a seaview. Simple but clean and well appointed. The Coco Beach restaurant which overlooks the main swimming pool is brilliant. The hotel is across 3 blocks and, the island being as it is, there are steps and steep roads and paths everywhere. OK for me but might not be for everyone.

- SYLVIANE (8/5): bon séjour dans l'ensemble - Le logement était à proximité de la plage (200m environ) , fonctionnel pour 2 personnes. La terrasse était bien protégée du vent. Belle piscine. La porte ne se fermait pas bien: nous sentions le vent passer par la fente d'ouverture ainsi que les bruits extérieurs. La terrasse manquait d'ensoleillement car la vue était bouchée par un batiment mais nous pouvions déjeuner dehors malgré tout

Estuvimos alojados en un estudio sin apenas luz natural, localizado en un semisótano sin ningún tipo de vistas. Localizados justamente debajo de la recepción, escuchábamos absolutamente todo, especialmente la puerta corredera automática. Adicionalmente, teníamos hormigas a diario en la cocina.

- cheyennemarley (8/5): Bahia Calma Beach - This is my second time in Fuerteventura! 🌸 The reception staff Cassandra checked us in, she was very accommodating, kind, friendly. She also saw that I have my service dog with me and I wouldn't have to pay pet fee. On the 18 of December when I was passing by the reception, I talked with Carla and she informed me that I have to pay pet charges. After a bit of dispute again I have to informe the staff about the issue and that I had wrote an email prior to this to ensure that I will bring my service dog. The room I had was with a terrace and not balcony. The bed was so uncomfortable and not good madras that made my back hurt of pain. The cleaning was good and the housekeeping lady Laurdes was very friendly to me and my family and I really appreciate her service. However, the room was noisy and could hear the neighbors from early morning to late night. It was a strict policy note at the door that the hotel is not entitled for your lost belongings and this could be prevented by install peephole so make sure the guest would feel safe. I really liked it is a non smoking hotel, but as you open the terrace door it was other guests smoking and I couldn't open my terrace to get some fresh air because of the heavy smell due to smoking and that is not good for an asthma allergies which includes myself. The staff was accommodating during my stay, Cassandra, Carla, Jiri, Lourdes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, especially Jiri in the reception. ¡Hasta luego!

- borudowicz (2/5): Break into my room at night while asleep - I got robbed in my hotel room at around 4 am on December 09,2025. I was asleep and my phone was taken from night table beside my bed, also my watch, sunglasses and 20 euros. I don't have a clue how they got into my apartment, all this is very sketchy and I do not recommend this hotel, security is none. I will never visit Fuerteventura, I was prior to this incident several times, even local people are stating that this island is becoming dangerous. This hotel had previously several incidents like mine.

Jetzt im Dezember war es etwas frisch am Abend. Da die Räume keine Heizungen haben (was normal ist auf den Kanaren) sollte man sich etwas warmes zum Anziehen für Abends und die Nacht mitbringen.

Wir wurden bei der Buchung im Febr.25 vorsätzlich mit falschen Fotos der Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern getäuscht. Diese Unterkunft war ein Nebengebäude eines ehemaligen Restaurants und nicht geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern. ABSTURZGEFAHR!!! , arglistig getäuscht und betrogen!!

ROOM We booked a suite at the Bahia Calma Beach Hotel, paying the most expensive DELUXE option with a pool view (the price difference was significant – approximately €300 per person more than the standard suite). Upon arrival, we found ourselves in suite no. 56, which actually had a side view of the pool, with the main view being of the white wall of the restroom and electrical switchboard. It's located in the very corner of the pool area and below the pool line. We checked for available rooms with a nice view, but the receptionist told us they were reserved for their German VIP guests, a group of executives who were arriving the next day, and they wouldn't give us any of those rooms. It's worth noting that all these rooms were in the same quality and price range – poolside and pool-view, with suites of the same standard inside. On the hotel's Facebook page, in correspondence with customers, the receptionist states that they do not assign specific room numbers upon request during the booking process. The German VIP guests actually arrived at the end of the second night and stayed on the hotel grounds as if they were the only guests, making noise until 1 a.m. and proposing toasts, the content of which is embarrassing to even mention. 2. SECURITY The hotel is a dangerous place, without any supervision or security whatsoever. There are gates that are left unlocked (perhaps intentionally?), and there are signs about cameras, but none. As a result of this carelessness and neglect of security, we were robbed by a thief who entered our room at night through the terrace and stole money and documents from a backpack lying on the sofa. The hotel is aware of such situations and has not implemented ANY guest protection system. Frankly, we feel like we were deliberately assigned a room on the side of the building, near a side gate. It's true that they warned us to close the windows, but we didn't close them once... (the room was stuffy, as we'll discuss in point 4 below). We should mention that there was a safe in the room (and we kept some of our documents and cash there). BUT this safe also raised concerns because it was key-operated, not coded, so someone could have made a key. 3. ANTS The room was infested with pharaoh ants. They were in the kitchen, on the dining table, in the bathroom, and even got into the suitcase. They didn't get into the refrigerator. Our complaints were ignored; the staff came and sprayed the ants with a supermarket product, and the ants disappeared for a moment and then returned. The hotel should definitely perform a thorough, professional pest control – but obviously, that costs money... 4. NO AIR CONDITIONING The absolute lack of air conditioning was a very bothersome issue. During our stay, the temperature was constantly around 28 degrees Celsius. The apartment was heated, so unfortunately, we had to open and tilt the windows at night, which also contributed to the theft described above. 5. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT Overall, the equipment was decent, but something mundane was missing, like a chopping board. We asked for a replacement. Our request was ignored. 6. POOL The pool itself was okay, BUT... the hours of availability – in our opinion, unacceptable – were extremely short: from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Especially in the morning, we really missed the opportunity to take a morning swim before breakfast, which was usually possible on our other vacations. In the afternoon, when we returned from day trips, we couldn't use the pool, even though it was still warm and sunny. 7. ROOM ACOUSTICS The terrible acoustics, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms and ceilings, meant we could hear every step (and not only that) of our upstairs neighbors, who would wake up early in the morning, between 6 and 7 a.m., waking us up with their activity. We returned from our vacation completely sleep-deprived. In summary, we rate the trip as disastrous. We are disappointed and disillusioned.

Booked a deluxe bungalow for a 2 night treat thinking we would be put in the bungalow as per the photo on booking.com, were put into a downstairs apartment, no sun on the terrace and no view. No electric kettle, broken toaster. Was under the impression the pool was heated, staying there in November we were looking forward to using it, sadly it was not.

- Raimund (9/5): Super Anlage mit schönen Apartments für 2 Personen zum vernünftigen Preis in einer guten Lage. - Eine sehr schöne Anlage, die 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt liegt und einen sehr schönen Pool besitzt. Außer Mittwoch und Sonntag wurde jeden Tag das Apartment gesäubert und die Handtücher gewechselt. Trotz Life-Musik am Wochenende in der sich auf dem Gelände der Anlage befindlichen Gaststätte, war es die meiste Zeit sehr ruhig. Außerdem gab es deutsches Fernsehen und 2 Spar-Filialen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Früh und abends war der Wasserdruck oft sehr niedrig, so dass das Duschen unmöglich war. Bei der Rückgabe der Poolhandtücher war die Rezeptionistin unfreundlich. Erst nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit der Suche im Computer, war sie bereit, uns die 20 € Leihpfand auszuhändigen. Dafür war eine andere Rezeptionistin um so freundlicher!

Auch zu den nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel max. 500m usw.) ist ideal. Gut erreichbar sind auch Speiselokale, der nächste Taxistand und auch die Rezeption ist max. 200 m entfernt. Es wurde täglich gereinigt. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung für Deluxe ist fragwürdig.- Das ist max. Standard. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Die Küche selbst ist mit einem modernen Herd und Backofen ansonsten spärlich ausgestattet. Ein Eck-Schlafsofa und Fernseh sind vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse steht ein kleiner runder Tisch und zwei Stühle. Wer zu zweit frühstücken möchte muss sich gut überlegen, was auf diesen runden Tisch kommen soll. Einen Esstisch mit Stühlen gibt es leider nicht.

On ne renouvellera pas l’expérience… - La localisation à Costa calma près des plages et proche des commerces, le ménage tout les jours, on était venus pour que mon conjoint puisse faire du windsurf. L’emplacement des chambres, avec un bébé de moins de 2 ans, alors que j’avais fais une demande par mail 2x pour ne pas être placé à côté de la discothèque ou des bars d’ambiances (suites aux nombreux commentaire lu à ce sujet) on m’a dit à l’arrivé à l’accueil pour l’enregistrement que tout était complet et qu’il n’avait pas d’autres emplacements bref on était collé à l’arrière de la discothèque et à côté du bar d’ambiances ( bruits jusqu’à 4h du matin et c’était assez fort y’avait un concert à côté en +) sans enfants ça n’aurait pas été un problème du tout pour nous on aurait même été nous même dans ces endroits, mais là avec un bébé pas top, on avait une petite piscine juste devant la chambre mais clairement défraîchit , personne n’y allait d’ailleurs, peinture au sol écaillé et décollé en partie, elle faisait pas très propre, petite et non chauffé, l’autre piscine dans l’autre partie du complexe à l’autre bout paraissait nettement mieux, bref je ne sais pas si c’est par ce que nous avons réservé que 3 nuits chez eux et du coup ils nous ont mit dans la partie la plus défraîchit du complexe mais c’est dommage on ne renouvellera pas l’expérience. Vous devriez songer à ne pas mettre de famille de ce côté du complexe mais bon… Pas de climatisation … nous y étions en octobre donc en aérant tôt le matin et le soir avant de ce coucher ça allait mais autrement quand il fait plus chaud, ça doit être un four surtout qu’on ne peu pas laisser les fenêtres ouverte avec le bruit extérieur ! Sinon on a retrouvé un cafard mort dans le lit également mais y’en avait plusieurs également à l’extérieur je ne sais pas si c’est un problème sur l’île en général, et il n’y a pas de sel, poivre ou autres condiment pour assaisonnement, c’est très peu fournis en ustensile de cuisine mais pour 2 adultes et un enfant sur 3 jours ça allait on a juste du acheter du sel

- Paula (7/5): Bien pero podría ser mejor. - La habitación tenía de todo, y la ubicación no estaba mal. Que la recepción esté abierta todo el día está bien. Además, el personal bastante simpático. En la descripción ponía que había aparcamiento gratuito y no es cierto, hay que aparcar en la calle. Además, el plato de ducha estaba mal colocado y se salía todo el agua.
- Zuzana (6/5): - Pekný komplex a super lokalita. Pláž, supermarket, reštaurácie, bary a kaviarne v dosahu pár metrov. Na izbe sme v podstate mali všetko potrebné pre náš krátky pobyt. Možno sme len mali smolu, ale sú to veci, kvôli ktorým budeme v budúcnosti zrejme voliť iné ubytovanie. Naše štúdio malo veľmi zlú polohu. Bývali sme hneď za recepciou, na prízemí, s balkónom a teda jediným oknom orientovaným na parkovisko a výhľad bol na veľký železný kontajner. Kvôli súkromiu sme museli mať v podstate stále zastrete závesy. Hneď večer po príchode sme zistili, že v sprche dobre neodteka voda a tečie preto na dlážku v kupelni. Ráno pri odchode sme to oznámili na recepcii a mali to vyriešiť. Po našom príchode na izbu bolo vidno, že niekto tam čosi robil, no problém stále pokračoval. Opäť sme boli žiadať o nápravu. Problém teda bol odstránený v podstate až večer. Ďalší deň ráno sme vstali skoro kvôli plánovaným výletom. Žiaľ, netiekla voda. Na recepcii nám nevedeli nič bližšie povedať. Asi po dvoch hodinách sme sa boli opäť informovať, no nikto nevedel, kedy by mohla byť porucha odstránená. Pýtali sme sa aspoň na nejakú alternativu, ale vraj žiadna nie je (voda na toaletu, umytie rúk a pod.). Sami sme si teda boli zaobstarať 3 veľké fľaše vody, aby sme mohli vykonať aspoň nejakú základnú hygienu. Dosť nám to nabúralo plány a znepríjemnilo deň. Ďalší deň po návrate z výletu nefungovala vstupná karta, to sa stane, zrejme nesprávne nastavený dátum platnosti. Ale keďže toho bolo viac za tak krátky čas, už aj takúto maličkosť človek vníma negatívne.

- Marta (7/5): - Lokalizacja obiektu jest jego największym atutem – zaledwie kilka kroków dzieliło nas od plaży, a tuż obok znajdowały się liczne bary i restauracje, co tworzyło idealne warunki do wieczornych wyjść i wakacyjnego klimatu. Niestety, to, co stanowi zaletę w ciągu dnia, nocą stawało się problemem – hałaśliwe imprezy za oknem skutecznie utrudniały odpoczynek. Komfort obniżały również kwestie techniczne w samym obiekcie: w jednym z pokoi drzwi były uszkodzone – trzeszczały i nie dało się ich domknąć, co wpływało na poczucie prywatności oraz na sen pozostałych podróżujących. Największym rozczarowaniem była jednak woda pod prysznicem, która ledwo leciała, co sprawiało, że korzystanie z łazienki było uciążliwe. Mimo świetnego położenia, nocleg wymaga pilnych poprawek i większej dbałości o standard, aby można go było w pełni polecić.
