A bit pricey for what it was, but no major complains (clean, comfy, great staff), just price/value is a bit low. - David (8/5): Great place to use as a base for a week - The parking set up is amazing. You drive your car to one of the gates and drive your car onto the rack, lock it and get out. The car is then placed into a spot upwards and across by a machine. When you leave in the morning they bring your car to the bottom again by the machinery. Great if you want to go skiing at one of the nearby resorts

- Sandra J L (9/5): Excellent base for exploring Asahikawa - The reception staff are extremely helpful and responsive. The hotel is located right outside the station, close to bus stops, a great coffee shop ( Yoshinori) and the main shopping area. The only issue we had is that the room was far too hot. It was anything from +2C to -15C outside while we were there but it was constantly too hot in the room. We eventually had to put on the separate air conditioner on. It was a shame as the room was otherwise comfortable and well equipped.

- Richard (10/5): I'm using this hotel next year for Asahikawa. - I loved the onsen and the pure convenience. I stepped out of the station and the hotel was in front of me, restaurants were available and everything I needed was there. This place is great.
- MINAE (9/5): - ビジネスホテルなのに最上階に大浴場があり、しかも温泉なので気持ち良く入浴出来ました。 朝食バイキングもメニューが多くて、特に焼きたてパン🍞はどれも美味しくて、つい食べ過ぎてしまいます。 実は市内に住んでいるのですが、温泉と朝食目当てに毎年泊まりに行っています。 タオルは人数分用意して頂いていますが、できればトイレ後のお手拭き用にもう一枚タオルを用意してほしいです。

- GaryN820 (8/5): Great Location, Practical Comfort, Excellent Onsen - Stayed at Hotel Route-Inn Grande Asahikawa Eki Mae and really enjoyed the convenience and comfort. Location is excellent—right across from the train station, next to the main pedestrian street full of restaurants, with Toyota Rent-a-Car next door and Honda Rent-a-Car in the same building. The no-frills onsen is amazing and perfect after a long day. Laundry facilities are very well thought out, with plenty of washing machines and dryers, making it extremely convenient for travellers. Breakfast is healthy, decent, and well balanced. While some staff may struggle a little with English, they genuinely try their very best to help, which is much appreciated. Overall, a very solid, practical hotel with great value and location. Highly recommended.
