The cleanliness was satisfactory and the charm and uniqueness of hotel was fun. However, the beds were quite hard, there was no hot water during our one night stay, the noise from the reception area (and TV in the dining area) were quite loud late into the night since we were on the first floor, and the breakfast left much to be desired. But the low price made it all ok! And it was easy to catch an Uber and head out into the city from this location.
