La atención por parte de Julieth durante el chek-in y su ayuda en la gestión de la asignación de una buena habitación, así como algunas solicitudes menores fueron muy bien atendidas por parte de ella! Todo bien!

- Katja (8/5): Lovely staff, great location - The location is very central and easy to get to Montserrat and the museums by walking. We were welcomed by Julieth at the front desk and another female staff member who were very friendly and took time to explain all of the hostels facilities and events whilst we enjoyed a complimentary beer which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. We also enjoyed the saunas and steam rooms in the spa after a busy day hiking to the top of Montserrat. The shower and bathroom in our double room was a quite tight for my boyfriend who found it a squeeze to fit in

Su trato marcó una gran diferencia durante mi visita. El hostal tiene un espacio de coworking y una muy buena conexión a internet, lo cual es un gran plus para las personas que necesitan un lugar tranquilo para trabajar en línea 😊 El desayuno me pareció un poco caro para lo que ofrece. - Ksenija (10/5): Perfect stuff, amazing stay - Julieth was an absolute angel. I arrived at the hostel feeling completely devastated because I had left my purse with all my money in Guatavita, about an hour away, and I honestly didn’t know if I would ever get it back. Julieth helped me more than I can even describe. She arranged transportation back to the place, searched everything online, and made sure I didn’t have a panic attack while waiting. She even sent me a glass of juice to help me calm down, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The way she treated me felt like being helped by a close friend I had known forever. I will never forget this experience. In the end, everything turned out well and I found my purse in Guatavita, but staying at Viajero truly made my whole trip better. The next day, Alexa also helped me change rooms and provided me with a hair dryer, and I’m so grateful that such wonderful, cool, and caring people work there. You really feel that you are safe and supported at all times, which means everything especially as a solo female traveler. I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff is simply AMAZING! Everything was perfect

- Deborah (4/5): - Sehr nettes Personal Bis jetzt leider das schlechteste Viajero das ich war :(.. und ich war schon in 6 verschiedenen. Ich habe extra ein Privatzimmer gebucht wegen dem Spa und inbegriffen ist nur sauna, für den Pool muss man extra bezahlen und als ich gefragt habe für den Pool hiess es, der ist kalt im moment. Zudem ist das essen nicht wirklich sehr gut, und es gibt nur eine Beilage und das ist Pommes. Dann hat es zwar eine Klimaanlage aber die kann man nicht selber steuern. Ich hatte jede Nacht so heiss. Dann machen sie keine Wäsche. Die dusche ist halb kaputt, und das Lavabo fliesst nicht richtig ab. Der Fernseher ist gefühlt von den 80er Jahren. (Keine streaming dienste verfügbar). Zum Glück sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich :)

Area feels safe and has plenty of good food options nearby. Food is nice and service is good, though not the cheapest. Staff were extremely helpful, especially with helping us get a lost bag back. Thank you! Be prepared that it is loud at night, but that’s to be expected. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine!

- Eoin (5/5): Mediocre. Expensive. - Spa is alright but only opens from 12 which is quite late. I also paid for the top room which got me access to the sauna and steam room but not the small pool. Seems stingy Price of drinks was high. I also went on one of the tours but the guide had very little english so it was pretty pointless. I really did not like how I was told there was a social night, drinking, games and "cumbia dancing". I stayed for that but it turned out to be Karaoke. You can't change plans and surprise guests like that, a lot of people don't like karaoke and would have done something else if they knew that was what would happen. Getting asked 4+ times to sing in front of people you don't know and listen to others is not the social you think it is and is a terrible way to assume people will socialize. My room was also very very humid. There was an aircon but no remote to control it. The ensuite bathroom's tiles were all lifting as well.

I also really liked the shower pressure and the SPA surpassed my expectations, i wish i had more time to use it My room did not have an inner curtain, only the thick one so i couldn't really look out of it with privacy, so it stayed closed throughot my stay

- Noah Cristian (6/5): Fun but a quite dirty hostel, lazy people working there. Needs to improve for the very high price! - It is a social hostel with plenty to do, and places to hang out. location is very good, if you want to climb Monseratte, this will be one of the closest hostels you can find. The prices are even above gringo prices, and that is not ohkay. Driving the prices for locals also through the roof. Further i have to say that the tours organised by the volunteers itself was very poor, and i reccomend just to take the 'City Tours' or book a good local one. It was quite loud in the hostel, even 4 floors up. And lastly there were bugs in the room. And two other people in different rooms had the same problem. So seperatly 3 rooms with bugs and the staff did not do anything after asking for it to be dealt several times.
- Jasmin (9/5): - Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, welches mir auch bei der Buchung meines Busses nach Cali geholfen hat. Insbesondere Julieth nahm sich immer wieder Zeit, um meine vielen Fragen zu beantworten. Gemütliches kleines Zimmer mit warmem Wasser in der Dusche. In meinem Zimmer roch es manchmal etwas komisch und der Dampfabzug im Bad hörte sich an, als würde er bald auseinanderfallen.
- Tara (8/5): - Tolle lage, tolle aktivitäten, tolle Menschen Leider finde ich immer die viajeros für den Preis eher schmutzig. Im Bad hat es Schimmel, weil es schlecht durchlüftet ist. Das Bett war aber sauber und komfortabel und die aktivitäten machen die Sauberheit wett.

- José Miguel Beltrán Córdoba (10/5): Enjoy this!! - Es un hostel con un ambiente divertido y mucha energía. Hay bastante fiesta, pero también actividades que te permiten conocer gente y disfrutar el momento al máximo. Un agradecimiento especial a Cande quien organiza actividades como stretching, dinámicas físicas y momentos para compartir, creando una muy buena vibra entre todos.

- Mateus (10/5): Super social and great staff! - Staff was actually great, and I need to give a highlight to Cande, Leo and Alexa. They were super welcoming and helped me a lot when I needed in everything. Nothing to complain.

- Rene (6/5): - Der Sauna und Spa Bereich. Allerdings würde ich es besser finden, wenn der Pool offen wäre und nicht separat gebucht werden müsste… Das Preis leistungsverhältnis. Und mein Zimmer war ab 07:00 Uhr morgens sehr laut, aufgrund von Maschinengeräuschen, vermutlich die Lüftung oder eine Waschmaschine.
- Jeanette (7/5): Prijs/kwaliteit een prima keuze. - Leuke bijeenkomst ruimte waar ook gegeten kon worden. Veel reuring, dus ook veel mogelijkheden om contact met elkaar te hebben. Om 19.00 kregen we een welkomsborrel aangeboden. Goede locatie. Kamer erg klein, airco deed het niet, dus werd er een staande airco in de toch al krappe kamer bijgezet. Het kluisje deed het niet, waarschijnlijk moest de batterij vervangen worden. Wel gemeld, maar er werd verder niets mee gedaan.
- José Miguel Beltrán Córdoba (10/5): Vive la fiesta en Bogotá - Tuve una experiencia excelente durante mi estancia. Disfruté muchísimo el lugar, especialmente porque todos los días hay actividades que facilitan conocer y socializar con otras personas, lo cual hace que el ambiente sea muy dinámico y agradable. Si viajas solo, no tienes de qué preocuparte. Uno de los voluntarios, Leo, hace una gran diferencia en la experiencia: te guía por el lugar, te integra a las actividades y te ayuda a conectar con otros huéspedes, lo que hace que todo sea mucho más fácil y divertido. En recepción, Juliet también brinda una atención muy buena. Siempre está pendiente de lo que puedas necesitar, ya sea ayuda con información, un upgrade o cualquier solicitud durante la estancia. Su disposición y atención hacen que la experiencia sea aún más cómoda.
