• Ciara (10/5): Fantastic stay, highly recommend! - Fantastic stay! Ana the host was incredibly helpful—she assisted us with a late 11pm check-in and even arranged our airport transfers. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the main promenade, restaurants, and beaches, yet still peaceful at night. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, featuring modern, practical furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

Lovely roof terrace with gorgeous pool and plenty of sun loungers. Room was spacious with English TV channels and kitchen had everything you need utensils fridge washing machine kettle microwave Our main thing was the mattresses which were very hard but that is a personal preference.

• stephen (10/5): Fantastic - Very close to the centre. Just a small stroll down the road. Supermarket across the road. Very clean modern and everything you need. We had the perfect stay and nothing to dislike about the property at all. Unfortunately on our last night, a new group of people checked in at approximately 3 am in the morning and were extremely noisy. Having no consideration for everyone that was asleep. They remained noisy for at least an hour. Talking on top of their voices and slamming doors which spoilt our last night stay at the apartment and making us extremely tired this morning when we had to leave for the airport at 8 am. But that was no fault of the owners of the apartment, just a shame to end our holiday in a disappointing way. But all in all we loved our stay. Thank you.

• Ulla Inger V (8/5): Tråkig start med ficktjuvar men allt ordnade sig vistelsen blev bra! - Att det ligger väldigt centralt och nära till alla restauranger och shopping! Borde vara bättre utrustat i köket med mer glas, porslin och en funktionsduglig kaffebryggare samt brödrost och stekspade! Spräckt golv i duschen samt att det läckte emellan duschhandtaget o slang!

La ubicación no puede ser mejor, ya que en la misma plaza hay un aparcamiento subterráneo. Hubiéramos agradecido una hora de salida un poco más tardía. A las 10 de la mañana es demasiado temprano.

• Kathryn (8/5): Great accommodation and value for money! - Great location close to centre. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Good air con. Free safe. Great value for money. Friendly hosts who answered queries very quickly. As others have mentioned there is a building site next door but it didn’t make any difference to us, occasional noise when sunbathing on rooftop. We stayed for 5 nights and our towels were not exchanged, the welcome pack stated they would be changed twice a week.

Les containers à poubelles juste sous les fenêtres...les cafés et restaurants de la place font un va et vient pour déposer leurs déchets le soir et le pire c'est le ramassage des containers à 2h. du matin.BRUIT INSUPPORTABLE....pendant 1heure.
• David (8/5): Excellent position in the centre of Nerja - Central position right in the heart of Nerja. A Lift, which is a boon for anyone of 'advancing years'. It's surprisingly quiet inside the Apartment for being where it is situated - our Apt was on the 1st floor facing Calle Pintada Excellent host - Ana & 'the lady of the Towels' as we christened her. Lack of a balcony to sit out on - Juliet Balcony overlooking Calle Pintada. There is a Roof Terrace with a Plunge Pool but mainly very crowded during our visit. Other people banging doors! Which echos through the building.

Voy a ser claro.Muchas de mis expectativas sobre el apartamento se vinieron abajo en el momento en que al llegar me dicen que no tienen libre el apartamento que reservé. Yo no sé de quién es culpa ni como ocurrió,pero vi un apartamento con 2 habitaciones y 2 aseos más barato que el que reserve con 1 habitación y 1 aseo en el mismo edificio de apartamentos gestionado por los mismos gerentes. Automáticamente reserve ese apartamento (como sería lógico para no perderlo) y cancelé el de 1 habitación. No era muy normal,pero si estaba en la página de Booking,pues sólo piensa uno en qué probablemente lo pondrían en oferta. Al llegar al local nuestra sorpresa era que sólo tenian el que cancelé,y el de 2 habitaciones estaba ocupado☹️. Yo lo tenía todo correcto,y en el planin de los dueños tampoco les aparecía mi nueva cancelación y nueva reserva.😬 Ellos se portaron bien con nosotros al cobrarnos lo que nos costaba la de 2 dormitorios ( más económica que la de 1) y además nos regalaron el parking,pero evidentemente ya empiezas el puente chafada las espectativas que tienes del apartamento. No sé quien será el que haya metido la pata,pero si es Booking,muy mal por ellos y buscaré otras apps en adelante.

• Paul (9/5): Beautiful apartments beautiful Nerja - The apartment was spacious well furnished and very clean, the location was as central Nerja as could be with all you want within 100 metres fantastic Easily found and booking in was simple we had a fantastic stay and rested well. I would have made it 10/10 not 9 but for a couple of things out of the owners control but should be mentioned when booking perhaps There is a building site next to the apartments that when your on the roof top and using the pool has a noisy cement mixer and builders between 9-5 somewhat kills the ambience and the infinity pool and if the wind is not in your favour you can get a bit of cement dust blowing your way. Also we did have a couple of nights of noisy neighbours singing and shouting a little late in the night just a couple of nights. These things did not though ruin our stay and we had a great stay

The AC works nicely and decent kitchen. Lovely stay! Very noisy road as you are quite central. The matresess were not really comfortable and maybe need upgrading.

• Natalie (10/5): A modern, clean apartment in an ideal location - The host was lovely, she waited for us to arrive and showed as the parking area and took us to the apartment. The location is very convenient, next to the underground car park and within a few minutes walking distance to the pedestrian area and beaches. The apartment was very modern and clean, it had everything we needed and included English telly. The roof top pool was a nice bonus and it was quiet spot even though it was close to everything. I would definitely stay there again. I couldn't fault the accommodation or location. They only downside was a building outside being built but it wasn't an issue as we were out most of the day and it wont be like that for long.

Las camas comodas,asi como las almohadas. La amabilidad de la persona que nos atendio a nuestra llegada. Por decir algo, estaria bien disponer en la cocina de un escurridor de vajilla portátil.

Most convenient for an apartment, there was an area to leave my luggage, after checking out. The location could not have been better! Right at the Plaza de España, 2 mins from the Balcon de Europa. The apartment was spotless and functional. I would highly recommend this apartment.

• María (10/5): - Apartamento 2 dormitorios con 2 cuartos de baños: Hemos estado del 18 al 21 de Agosto. Todo genial. Estaba todo muy limpio. El mobiliario todo nuevo. La cocina muy completa. Los colchones super cómodos. El apartamento en general estupendo. No le falta nada. La piscina muy limpia y con unas vistas muy bonitas. La ubicación genial muy cerca de toda la zona de bares y el balcón de Europa pero a pesar de esto se descansa y no se escucha ruidos de noche. Ana muy amable. En general magnífico todo. Si puedo el año que viene volveré. Gracias.
• Andrea (8/5): - Posizione eccellente e, volendo, la piscina sul tetto è un veloce e perfetto rifugio dal caos del paese I condizionatori sono piuttosto rumorosi, soprattutto quello della camera da letto, e se si ha il sonno leggero possono diventare fastidiosi. Il checkout alle 10 è un po presto quando si è in vacanza ed alla richiesta di avere 1h in più la risposta è stata "a quell'ora arriva la cameriera"....
