- Agata (3/5): Rozczarowana - Lokalizacja to jedyny plus. Apartament wyposażony bardzo podstawowo, stare zniszczone meble, wygniecione i poplamione pokrowce na kanapie/fotelu. Łóżka duże, ale... pościel już dawno powinna być wymieniona na nową - kołdry i poduszki bardzo zużyte, poszwy czyste ale nie uprasowane. Do tego ogrzewanie wyłączone na stałe, w całym mieszkaniu zimno, szczególnie w nocy i nad ranem, w końcu to dopiero kwiecień. Śniadanie punktualne ale raczej polecam posiłek na mieście.

- Jamie (7/5): It was okay. - The location was great and good size. You can hear people walking around all night in the building. The curtains let in light from around 5am. Pillows were awful and the shower pressure was like a dribble.

W apartamencie są garnki i patelnie ale nie ma możliwości nic zagrzać bo brak jakiejkolwiek kuchenki. Jest tylko mikrofalówka. Byliśmy w sobotę i niedzielę wielkanocną i było zimno w pomieszczeniach. Były grzejniki ale nie działały.

Leider hatte es keine Kochgelegenheit um die italienische Kaffeemaschine zu erwärmen. Auch die Pfannen konnten wir nicht in Betrieb nehmen. nur ein Abtrocktuch und kein Lappen zum Tischwaschen. Wir haben auch nicht gefragt.

- Pille-Mai (8/5): Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, although there were a few minor shortcomings. - Very easy to find and check in. The instructions from the host were clear and helpful. Excellent location — the street was quiet and it’s very close to the Old Town. The room was clean. Pjotr came quickly and helped fix the TV channels when it wasn’t working. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette was good and well-equipped. Sound insulation could be improved, as noise from the corridor was quite noticeable in the room. On our floor there was a family with children who were playing and making noise in the hallway until around midnight. While we personally didn’t mind too much, it might be challenging for guests who prefer a quieter environment or wish to go to sleep earlier. The taps make a whistling noise, especially when turning on the cold water. Although we requested one large bed, the room had two single beds pushed together with different mattresses. There was a risk of slipping into the gap during the night. One slightly uncomfortable detail was the bedding — the mattress protectors seemed to be made of plastic, similar to those used in hospitals. They were noisy and didn’t allow the body to breathe, and I woke up feeling quite sweaty. We solved this by placing a duvet over the mattresses and then putting the sheets on top, which made it much more comfortable and also prevented the gap issue. Another thing to note is that the room had a very strong chemical air freshener smell. We left the windows open while we were out, and by the evening it was milder, and much better the next day. A small suggestion to housekeeping would be to avoid using such strong fragrances.
- Petr (6/5): Great Location, but Below Average Room - The location is excellent – very close to the train station and within easy walking distance of the city center. The option for self check-in and check-out was very convenient and hassle-free. In terms of accessibility and location, there is really nothing to complain about. From the outside, the building looks quite unattractive, but the interior is noticeably better. The towels and bed linen were clean. Although the location is attractive, the price-to-quality ratio of the room felt quite poor. The kitchenette was impractical – there was no sink, only one towel, and dishes had to be washed in the bathroom, making it almost useless (apart from the microwave). The bed was made of two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart, and the mattress had a waterproof cover that made noise with every movement. We also chose breakfast, which was delivered to the room. While the ability to choose from options was nice, it cannot compete with a buffet where you can pick exactly what you want. In hindsight, we would prefer going out for breakfast, as this was disappointing. The room also showed visible signs of wear, such as damaged furniture and torn curtains.

- Emily (7/5): convenient - The location of the property was fabulous, about a five minute walk to the old town! The bed was very comfortable. The shower head did not angle down at all, it stayed upright making water spray right at you, the bed was comfortable but was actually two single beds just pushed together, the property itself has no lift, we were on the top floor and had to go up and down the stairs constantly even after a long day of walking outside, we checked out at 11am and could only leave our bags until 3pm, even after we explained how our flight wasn’t until later and that we were going to the airport around 5:30pm.

Po pierwsze brudne okna, niezbyt czyste zasłony z baldachimu, w toalecie też przydałoby się dokładnej posprzątać. Pokój był ciemny, okna wychodzące na dziedziniec brak firan - rolet w oknach skutkowało ciągłym półmrokiem w drugim pokoju. Widok na kawiarnię / restaurację obok z okien zatem okna musiałam mieć cały czas zasłonięte. W informacjach o pokoju deluxe jest wyciszenie akustyczne, co jest nie prawdą. W dzień słuchać gwar gości z restauracji obok. Całe szczęście w nocy cisza i spokój co jest na plus. Okna nieszczelne , stare i nie dźwiękoszczelne. Największy minus - zimno ! W pokoju! Dwa niedziałające grzejniki i brak instrukcji jak je załączyć. Obojętnie jaką opcję wybierałam i nastawiałam i tak nie działało. Pokój deluxe okazał się standardem rodem ze słabego hostelu. Łazienka malutka i bez kaloryfera. Absolutnie nie polecam, w tej cenie można znaleźć dużo lepsze miejsca i na pewno bardziej CZYSTE

- Jetske (7/5): Fijne dagen gehad en een ideaal verblijf voor een citytrip. - De locatie is dichtbij het centrum. Daarbij lag het bed lekker. De kachels gingen zomaar uit. Het warme water was snel op. En er zaten vlekken op de bank.
- Bohdan (2/5): It’s definitely not worth the money. - location, easy to check in We had “Deluxe Studio”, so it’s not cheap. It was too cold, the floor was cold and the was no slippers. The pillows are too small and cheap, we had large bad but instead of a single full size blanket there were two small ones 😐 The wardrobe is very worn out. I just opened the door and it started to fall, if I hadn’t reacted, it would have crashed onto the TV.

- Marta (10/5): Przytulny i czysty apartament w samym sercu Krakowa - Fantastyczna lokalizacja, blisko starówki i komunikacji miejskiej. Apartament był wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Duży plus za kawę - niektóre miejsca oferują 2 mini kawy z torebki, a tutaj było jej wystarczająco na cały pobyt. Do tego naprawdę przesympatyczna obsługa. Pozdrawiam Pana, który pomógł z przechowaniem bagażu!

- Ann (1/5): Totally love Krakow but this unit wasn’t good. - The bed was very comfortable but only one pillow each. The room was very, very cold!! The heater was warm but didn’t blow any heat. We did ask for an extra heater but there wasn’t one available. The shower was very small and had mould in the frame. Duct tape on top of toilet cistern. Had to wash up in the bathroom basin but there was no tea towel. Curtains were hanging off the rails and very difficult to open and close. It was so run down and definitely not worth the money. Only positives were the comfortable bed and location was good.
- Ashton (8/5): Comfortable with a large living area. - Very spacious and comfortable area. Location was good only a quick walk into the main square. Was a slight problem with the bedding but it was soon sorted when we contacted the owner.

- Henri (1/5): The cold in the apartment, the bad smell in the bathroom. - The two negative points that have remained unchanged for a long time: There is a lack of warmth, as the heating system is not powerful enough, and the apartment is always cold, around 8°C throughout. In addition, there are unpleasant odors in both the bathroom and the kitchen. I do not recommend booking this room during the winter.

- Alina (4/5): - Розташування Взимку в квартирі дуже холодно, що створює значний дискомфорт. Незважаючи на наявність теплих ковдр, низька температура в приміщенні викликає бажання якнайшвидше його покинути. Холод істотно впливає на рівень затишку.

- Pajtim (4/5): Appartement à éviter. - L'appartement est bien situé, proche du centre historique. La personne chargée de l'accueil était très sympa. Il s'agit d'un appartement destiné d'avantage à agoniser après avoir descendu des litres de bières entre copains. Il ne convient pas du tout à une famille pour ces raisons : Nous avons récupéré les accès afin d'y déposer notre valise, sans trop regarder l'appartement. Quand nous y sommes revenus en début de soirée, nous avons découvert un appartement sale. Des taches sont visibles un peu partout, murs, couvertures de lits, canapé, chaises... des cheveux au sol, de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Nous étions pris au piège car nos enfants étaient fatigués et n'avons donc rien pu entreprendre. Je laisse rarement des commentaires négatifs, mais là c'est scandaleux. C'est la première fois que je tombe sur un appartement dans cet état.

- Barbara (5/5): - Die Lage war optimal. Das Frühstück bestand ausschließlich aus abgepackten Lebensmitteln und wurde mit viel Verpackungsmüll vor die Tür gestellt. Nur Löskaffee. In der "Küche" keine Möglichkeit sich etwas zu wärmen.

- Vilte (7/5): Great location, needs some repairs - Lounge was a hidden benefit and location is great, at the city center. Appartement needs some repairs: black mold in shower, candelabra is falling apart, some more small broken things.
- Simona (7/5): - Appartamento molto spazioso, 2 camere da letto ampie, living confortevole, bagno grande, doccia spaziosa. Cucina ben accessoriata. Posizione eccezionale, proprio a due passi dal centro. La piastra a induzione non funzionava. Lo abbiamo subito comunicato ma il problema non è stato risolto. La pulizia non era proprio al top (mai guardare sotto al letto e in una delle stanze la trapunta presentava una macchia evidente).
