• Lisa (6/5): Bra läge, något låg standard. - Superbra läge! Mitt i smeten, väldigt nära strand och matställen. Ett stort plus är att det låg en streetfood marknad precis utanför, och mysiga fik och restauranger intill. Minus för sängen som var väldigt hård och att det var lyhört- man hörde musik och stök varje kväll… dessutom trånga rum med lite förvarning.

• Christine (4/5): Skuffende og et byggerod. Ikke besøgsværdigt. - Synes på ingen måde, at billeder stemte overens med realiteten. Poolen var lille og beskidt, restauranten var lukket, kun aircon i et værelse og ikke begge værelser, hotellet lignede generelt et stort byggerod, internettet var elendigt og nærmest ikke eksisterende (fungerede tilnærmelsesvist kun i et rum), der var en mini varmebeholder på toilettet man først skulle tænde (hvis man ville gå i bad i varmt vand), køleskabet fungerede ikke og frøs istedet alt og sparsommeligt lys udenfor på altanen. Generelt et meget skuffende ophold og besluttede derfor også at tjekke ud to dage før planlagt selvom vi havde betalt for dagene. 😔 Desuden ligger diskoteker/barer lige udenfor hotellet, så der var fuld smadder på høj “techno” lignende musik til kl 2-3 hver nat. Ikke fedt når man har booket som familie med børn.

• Jason (6/5): If you're going solo it's okay. - The hotel was actually pretty nice but it did not have an air conditioner, if I stayed there by myself I wouldn't of mind, but I had my girlfriend with me. The room is probably better if you were solo by yourself and it's right next to the beach so I don't think people would even be inside of the room for long and it doesn't have a TV which is even better for me.

• JOSE A (4/5): Estancia familiar Mayo 2022 - Se va la luz y no dan información y ninguna solución (solo dicen ¨no es mi problema¨), no cuentan las habitaciones con aire acondicionado y los ventiladores proporcionados están en muy malas condiciones, buena ubicación, mal servicio, requiere mantenimiento inmediato
• Alma (6/5): - The location was great, right by the town square and by the hot spots and restaurants. They cleaned the room every day and the man attending us was great. But there were several roaches. I know that the big ones were just from outside and the front door did not reach the bottom of the floor so they could easily get in but there was two small roaches that are infestation of the property and that was disgusting and made us very uncomfortable at the hotel.

El wii fi pésimo, me quedé una noche más, intentando hacer la reserva por la app pero no funcionó y no hay ningún tipo de ayuda para resolver nada. Perdí acumular una noche. Buen colchón, agradable y bien ubicado.

Fue terrible por error mío reserve una hab. económica pero la tarifa por noche es similar a la que he pagado en otros hoteles donde los servicios y limpieza son mejores y usan todos los protocolos acerca del covid y el cual llame a servicio al cliente de hoteles.com y la persona que me atendió me dio muy mala servicio y me colgó la llamada sin darme una solución siendo que soy gold member

• Pablo Vinicius (8/5): Hotel atende as expectativas - O Hotel é bem localizado, bem próximo ao centrinho de Holbox e próximo à praia também, um quarteirão. O ruim, é o chuveiro, pois a água saia para cada lado e dificultava o banho, mas tirando isso, foi um excelente estadia. A piscina é linda, mas muito muito muito fria, o que não dá pra usar. Mas o check-in, funcionárias, limpeza, roupa de cama, toalhas foram excelentes. Gostei bastante. Me hospedaria novamente!

El cuarto no tenia ni donde colgar la ropa, la ventana no cerraba, el espaciode los cuartos es muy reducido, cero servicios, solo habia jabón para bañarse. El personal no está al pendiente de los huespedes, la señora de la cocina era la que los tenia que atender, pedí una plancha y al cabo de media hora que llegó alhuien a atender me dieron una muy vieja en empolvada que no servía, los cusrtos no los limpian, es más ni siquiera tienden las camas. Muy decepcionante toda mi estancia.

Impossible d’avoir assez de débit pour se laver les cheveux. Piscine toute petite (gros bassin) pas tres invitante. L’hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville, c’est un avantage, mais comme il n’est pas isolé du bruit, impossible de dormir avant quatre heures du matin. Il y’a des hôtels bcp mieux pour le même prix.

Cerca de la playa y de los restaurantes, a la alberca no le da el sol, las sábanas estaban manchadas, el aromatizante que usan huele feo, el agua para bañarse necesita calentarse y dura muy poco. Rooms are good size, especially the queen rooms which have a small living area and a cocineta. There is one queen room #7 that has a very good ocean view on the top floor. Higher rooms are quieter as some lower rooms are by the street. Helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Small swimming pool is kept very clean. Rooms are also very clean. Mattress was super comfortable. A/c works ok. For those that need TV there are NONE! Also internet is very weak and sporadic due to one antenna serving the entire island. Good value room especially during low season.

No habia ni recepcionista, nos dieron una habitacion que ni era la que habíamos reservado. Y al, siguiente dia movieron las cosas a la otra habitacion que era, sin ni siquiera estar nosotros avisados. No recomendable

Por lo demás ,, ningun problema

Bagno pulito anche se la doccia scarseggia con l'acqua, frigorifero, stanze spaziose, stendino in terrazza. Unica vera pecca è il letto esageratamente morbido, sembrava di dormire su un marshmallow. Ci ritornerei.

En la primera noche hubo gente hasta la media noche en la piscina tomando y no se pudo reportar pues no hay nadie en la recepción. La ubicación excelente, la atención de la recepcionista muy buena, la camarista mantuvo todo muy limpio.

• Gustavo (2/5): Pesima experiencia - No habia aire acondicionado, servicio muy malo, atencion en recepcion pesima, no tenian informacion de la reservacion, hicimos check out y pedimos una habitacion de hispitalidad para poder asearnos y cambiarnos y nos ofrecieron una regadera en el patio enfrente de la alberca y un baño sin cerradura en la puerta abajo de unas escaleras para cambuarnos, las condiciones del hotel estan como las de un hostal, de hecho deberian categorizarlo asi, no vale lo que me cobraron por la estancia

Las toallas eran súper viejas, la primera noche no había agua caliente, la cama es de 135cm, el baño olía fatal a ratos, el ventilador del techo hacía ruido y la piscina no es apetecible. Me dejaron hacer check out una hora más tarde de lo permitido

• Noe (2/5): AVOID!! - The hotel had oversold the room we reserved, so they placed us in a cheaper room and warned that no refund would be given. Next day we were out and upon coming back we discovered the staff had moved all of our belongings without or consent to another room. They left my laptop and passport laying on a chair in the hallway for hours and USD$100 was missing from a wallet we left in the room. Staff refused to acknowledge any of this and also refused to contact the manager, they claim he shows up only on saturdays. STAY AWAY!

The hotel was perfectly located in the middle of town with proximity to everything, super clean and the staff ready to help. We loved our weekend there. And just a block from the hotel there is this great restaurant "La Parrilla de Juan" best steak ever and if you are into fish, he brings out the catch of the day, whatever he caught that morning. • Verified traveler (6/5): Location is what it has going for it - We arrived later in evening theres a bell you ring, we were given a key that was extent of staff interaction. There is no WiFi but its seems most of the wifi on island is poor. The discount rooms are very small and overpriced also the bar in the next street causes noise not the electric kind which makes it tolerable use earplugs.

• Todd (10/5): Cute hotel near the beach - The staff was very helpful when I accidentally booked for the wrong night. When I realized the mistake (moments after payment), we contacted Hotels.com, and they told me that they could only change my check-in dates if I were to pay for an additional night; they claimed it was the hotel's policy. My wife contacted the hotel, and within a few emails, the reservation had been changed to the correct date, with no extra charge to us. When we arrived, we were an hour or two earlier than the check-in time, but they let us check-in and get settled into our room. The room was cute with blue stone (maybe glass) details in the floor. There was separate area with kitchenette that had a gas cook-top and a cold refrigerator. I did notice that there were no pots or pans, or other cookware, but since we hadn't planned on using the cook-top, I didn't ask staff about it. We had a sitting area outside of our room with a couple of chairs and a table, as well as a hammock. The hotel is really close to the beach where you can swim, rent bikes, etc. We took a taxi from the ferry when we arrived, but we were able to fairly when easily walk to the ferry when we left. For us it was a little expensive, but if you are staying Isla Holbox, I would recommend giving this hotel a try.
• susana (8/5): Great location, super cute' - The hotel is super cute and confortable, location is perfect for the beach and small downtown area. I really enjoyed my stay here, it has a small refrigerator and stove. The only thing that i disliked was that they did not have an iron in the room and when i asked the receptionist for one she said they didnt have one :( so i ended up wearing wrinkled clothes, also Wifi did not work at all i believe it was down not sure why. The pool was small but very nice. I wish they would offer bike rentals that way we didnt have to walk to the beach to get one. The young lady who works there was really friendly and helpful. p.s beds matress is super duper comfy!!! Oh and they also have a hamock. bRINg mosquito repellant!!
