Me lleve una gran sorpresa cuando hice mi check out a las 2 de LA MADRUGADA! que pasaba si no tenia plata en cash para pagar???? ahora tengo que resolver como hago que la empresa me devuelva mi plata. Eso es un error garrafal considerando que estamos en otro pais y esa ley no la tenemos, no tengo un PIN para mi tarjeta de credito.

- Excursion681249 (10/5): A relaxing experience - I love the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The pool is awesome and the music selection is really nice. The location is good, with many restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast should include more protein, not only eggs. Bacon or sausage or something salty to eat with the eggs. Prices in the hotel restaurant are a little bit pricey but the food is pretty good. Definitely recommend this hotel

Localização fácil para se deslocar e pedir comidas. Há grande variedade de frutas frescas, um buffet quente bem diversificado, além de sucos naturais. O ambiente da sala de café é climatizado, garantindo conforto, mas também existe a opção de tomar o café da manhã à beira da piscina, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. O hotel oferece várias opções de comidas regionais, o que enriquece bastante a refeição e costuma agradar muito aos hóspedes estrangeiros. A única coisa que não me agradou foi que o cartão‑chave do quarto desmagnetizava com muita facilidade. Felizmente, há um telefone no corredor, o que permite contatar rapidamente a recepção para solicitar uma nova chave já magnetizada.

It’s a very nice hotel with great hospitality and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, there is a nice pool and also a small but nice fitness center. If you need to work during your stay there is a business center where you can work comfortably. The staff were extremely friendly, and my fiancée especially enjoyed the pool. We were also lucky to have great weather. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town, which was very convenient. They also arranged an early breakfast and an airport transfer for us, making our departure very easy and stress-free.

Opposite the police station in fact. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. The pools is very nice and in general no complaints whatsoever.

The atmosphere is really peaceful and nice with typical paints and stuffs that remiends the history of SC. Rooms are so beautiful ans confortable. - Rene (5/5): Voor een 5-sterrenhotel is de menukeuze van het restaurant onder de maat. - Centraal gelegen, met hier en daar horeca-gelegenheden en winkels. Grote en comfortabele kamer met compleet ingerichte en schone badkamer en goede douche. De bedden zijn uitstekend! Redelijk groot zwembad met daaromheen grasveld en groenvoorzieningen. Via de reservering aangegeven dat, in verband met het ontbijt, mijn partner een gluten- en lactose-intolerantie heeft. Helaas bleek dat niet goed overgekomen te zijn, ondanks de bevestiging via de mail dat hier rekening mee zou worden gehouden. De chef van de keuken maakte hiervoor excuses en probeerde met maximale moeite toch iets klaar te maken. Communicatieproblemen tussen het personeel onderling was de oorzaak dat er uiteindelijk erg weinig terecht kwam van een redelijk ontbijt. Teleurstellend. Het lunchmenu van het restaurant was beperkt, waardoor wij de keuze hebben gemaakt om buiten het hotel een restaurant te zoeken.

- Benji (5/5): I wouldnt come here again - This hotel is overrated. - The room is a good size, I did book the biggest room that they offer. The room was spacious. All the facilities were available. Breakfast was ok, they have had a big selection of food. The TV in the room is big size and channels in a good quality. The WIFI is actually very good. In my room, they put this perfume and that is absolutely terrible smell. The intentions are good, but this smell is chemical and it gives us tourist headache. The noise isolation is very bad, I can hear everyone in the hallway and I can hear the traffic loud and clearly. This is really important that you do something about, since this is not good for us costumers. We do not feel home, when door is poorly isolated for sound and windows are poorly isolated from traffic.

Nos dejaron cerrado completamente el restaurante todos los días a los que estuvimos por lo que nos tocó ir a la calle siempre a buscar restaurante. Por otra parte, como la gran mayoría de hoteles de Sudamérica, que dicen que tienen gimnasio y no es cierto. En este caso han concertado con otro gimnasio que está unos 400 m de distancia del Hotel, pero hay que llevarse la ropa, bolsa, toallas, gel y etc. Pues todo lo que ha ido mal, podía haber ido bien. Además, prácticamente desconoce lo que es el café descafeinado y todos los demás productos derivados de este

Great massage and steam room. Jacuzzi was emptied every 30 min for next guest that reserved it. Was a waste of water and time.

I had trouble with my key staying active multiple times and that was annoying but the staff helped me quickly and were very apologetic. Well located. - Kelly (10/5): Awesome - Hotel Cortez excelled at almost everything and was the nicest place we stayed on our 3 week trip to Peru and Bolivia. Reliable hot showers, hot water in the sink, functioning plumbing, clean, with great WIFI, a mini fridge, and air conditioning. We ate the best hotel breakfast of our trip with many options. We also ate in the hotel restaurant for 3 dinners over our two separate stays at the hotel. The staff was excellent. We were unable to book a trip to the local sand dunes with multiple tour companies. Within 15 minutes of talking to the hotel staff, we had a private tour booked the next day - with water, snacks and sandboards, for less than half the tour price. Oddly, we had noise in both our rooms. The first stay (room 202) we could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around at night. The second room (311) I swear we were hearing construction sounds from 4am - 7am on a Saturday morning. There was street noise in the 311 room that was loud (honking) during the day, but fine for us at night.
