- Ting Hsiang (10/5): Great and recommend - The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. They provide shuttle service to main road. Sometimes there are mosquitoes got into the room. However, the staff provided mosquito repellent incense which is helpful.

- Dalio (8/5): Schönes Hotel zum entspannen und die Natur genießen - Schöne Anlage mit großen Bungalows und eigener Terrasse, auf der Terrasse gab es einen Kühlschrank und eine Kochecke. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alles. Des Weiteren gibt es einen gratis Shuttle zum Strand oder zur Hauptstraße. Im Großen und Ganzen wirkte alles gepflegt. In unserem Bungalow gab es vereinzelt Schimmelbildung, was bei der dauerhaft hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Region leider schwer komplett zu verhindern ist.

Delicious breakfasts. The first person to greet us at reception was disinterested, he was not welcoming and when we noticed we had a missing roof slat on the ceiling and our friends had missing bedding we were preparing to have a disappointing stay BUT all of those things were resolved the next day and everyone else was absolutely charming. Perhaps just the wrong person on reception!

(You will just need to either walk or cab up to the main busy part of town from the drop off point which isn't far) We stayed in room 101 with a pool view. Rooms were spacious,clean and had a great outdoor bathroom. The kitchen is also located outside equipped with a fridge. Staff kindly moved the fridge inside as I carry meds with me that I don't like to leave unsecured. We enjoyed the pool and bevvies in the arvo which were great. Breakfast provided many options and our dinners were fabulous, make sure you have a meal there, the chef's are fantastic. Staff were very attentive and friendly, nothing was a problem. Would recommend the stay here. As the resort is set in a quiet, natural location expect insects/animals of all sorts. They have 2 dogs and 2 cats that roam the property which was a treat for me because I love cats. For a couple of nights we had possums (or some sort of animal) on the roof scratching/biting the timber which kept us awake for quite a while but they eventually left. The mosquitoes weren't that bad but I would take some repellent all the same, we even took some insect spray to be prepared. The hotel does provide a mosquito net if you need. The bed was extremely hard, staff did try and make it softer but it was still hard so I ended up bringing in one of the outdoor mattresses inside to sleep on. (Not ideal but it worked)

Our room was absolutely amazing—comfortable, beautifully arranged, spacious… It had that rare feeling of both quality and care. The food was consistently good, and we especially appreciated the drinks—great selection and very reasonably priced, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It made a big difference and added a very personal touch to our stay. Overall, a place we would happily return to and recommend without hesitation

Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder hatten wir zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine riesige Terrasse. Mega schön. Tollea Frühstück. Perfekte Organisation am Empfang. Tolles Frühstück. Ruhige Waldlage, nur die Grashüpfer o. Ä. Hort man deutlich, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Mit dem Golfauto wurden zur Hauptstraße gefahren und wieder abgeholt, ist inkludiert. Unbedingt zum Strand Bai Truang gehen, der war sauber. Long Beach war eine Katastrophe, voller Müll.

I loved that we were in the middle of nature and loved watching the wildlife, especially the lizards, geckos and butterflies. The staff at Valley Village were extremely helpful. There is a wee buggy that takes you down to the main toad any time that you want and will also pick you up. Our grandchildren loved it 😁 We all really loved staying here.

We had an issue with our a/c, and the staff made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The pool is great. Breakfast was wonderful. Massages were relaxing as well. I would live in a place like this easily. Mosquitoes in the evening, but insence and bug spray were provided, so for me, it was not an issue.

It was completely peaceful everywhere (vilas are surrounded by nature). Der Pool sehr schön zum relaxen und planschen. Das Frühstück toll, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Der Rollerverleih unproblematisch und ein Muss auf Phu Quoc. Die Outdoor Dusche/Badezimmer war genial. -

The staff were very nice. The distance to the main road was a bit cumbersome, but they do offer a vehicle that takes you to the main road so it wasn’t a big issue.

The staff were so friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Every morning we were greeted with a smile from the girls at breakfast and the chef and Quin. The reception staff Phat, Twin and the others (I can't remember everyone's names). We were so grateful for the complimentary tuk tuk rides - Vu. Huong and the other boy who would be there in 5 mins if you wanted picking up. We didn't want to leave but will definitely be back! Thank you for making Vietnam so special!

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider — on se sent vraiment les bienvenus. La nourriture est excellente, sans exception, et le service aux chambres est un gros plus très apprécié. Les chambres sont neuves, impeccables, et la salle de bain extérieure apporte une touche unique et vraiment mémorable. L’intimité est parfaite, on s’y sent bien tout de suite. La piscine est magnifique et très propre, tout comme l’ensemble du site. On voit que tout est bien entretenu avec soin. Gros bonus pour les amoureux des animaux : les chiens sur place sont adorables ! On a adoré pouvoir interagir avec eux, ça ajoute une belle chaleur à l’endroit. Honnêtement, c’est un 5 étoiles sans hésitation. Une expérience “wow” qu’on recommande à 100 %. On y retournerait n’importe quand ! Rien tout était wow

- Ben (9/5): A little oasis for chilling out - The resort is a little oasis surrounded by woodland. We had a very lovely one bedroom villa that had everything we needed. We spent most of our time at Valley Village but town is a 10 minute complementary buggy ride away (it’s a free drop off and pick up service). The restaurant on site provides great food so if you were after the same as us, chilling out, lying in the sun by a pool in a cosy small resort and reading books you don’t need to leave. It’s a really minor point but our bed was a bit on the hard side.
