Answered all my questions and gaved many advices as well. I stayed there 3 days before my flights to Europe. Finally the owner brought my to Colombo aeroport. Big thanks for everything,.
• Steffen (8/5): - Es ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind okay aber man sieht das Alter. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig das Frühstück ist eintönig. Es gab immer Früchte, Toastbrot und Omelett. Einmal in 14 gab es Sri Lanka Frühstück.
• Islam (9/5): great place - The place is so nice and the owner is so friendly and we had a great stay, i recommend it so much for any one visiting bentota, but you need to know the internet is not that woow and the hot water is only in morning ^_^ hot water not always available and wi fi is not that good
• Julia (8/5): Very good - Didn't use the pool, but glad there was one. Great room! Breakfast was not special. Sachet of coffee with a cup of hot water was poor.
• Paola (7/5): Good - We are Paola and Silvano from Italy, travelling through Sri Lanka by bicycle. We spent one night at Litlle Paradise. The room was clean and confortable but the bathroom hasn't hot water. The hosts were friendly and cooked us a good breakfast for a good price. There's also the pool, but we didn't use it because we stayed only for a short time. Nearby there's a a good restaurant (Esprit Bentota).

• Pierre (10/5): Little Paradise!! - This hotel has breakfast included (verry good) it is walking distance to the most beautiful beach I've seen so far no river to cross nothing. The train station Bentota is 50 metres away next to Coco's restaurant for fresh fish and cold beer ! Staying a few days here is a must !

• Dip (4/5): Disappointing - Good pool No TV, not regular Wifi. Lost connection many times. No accomodative nature and no room service, no help for dinner, no facilities nothing. You should book good hotel at Bentota rather than going for cheaper options. Not so good location. And the hospitality is very bad. No nature of help given to guests.
• Wolfram (10/5): A real gem in Bentota - I found a real gem in Bentota. The description on booking.com is correct. The upstairs room has a small lounge and a separate bedroom with poster bed and A/C as well as a fan. One could see the nearby beach and hear the sound of the waves. There was the option of a continental breakfast also with omelette or a Sri Lankan breakfast. The sparkling pool managed to keep me away from the beach most of the times. An additional benefit was that the Lucullus Garden Restaurant (seafood and western) was basically less than 100 metres away, and that kept me away from the competition.. I originally booked Little Paradise for 1 night but then I added another booking for a total of 10 nights and I was not disappointed no complaints

• Sally (7/5): Very relaxing - Nice room with living area with fridge which was great for drinks on the balcony looking out at the sea view. Good location, only minutes from the beach with lots of eating places nearby. Bed was comfortable and air con good. The pool was nice but the electric cable hanging over the edge into the pool - presumably for lights was alarming.

The staff were extremely accommodating and made me feel valued throughout my stay. The hotel's unique location, surrounded by lush greenery, added to the tranquil atmosphere. The recent renovations by the new owner have given the property a charming appeal. The rooms, though showing signs of age, were clean and comfortable. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious Sri Lankan cuisine and attentive staff. Overall, Little Paradise Hotel offers a unique and charming retreat with exceptional staff
• Anna (9/5): Superb - Great little guesthouse - close walking distance to beach, with sparkling pool in a lovely garden setting. We stayed in the family room which was great for us - great aircon, spotlessly clean. The owner and staff were always on the look out to help. Simple breakfast was just right each morning. Definitely value for money and would be very happy to stay there again.

Rooms were dirty with cobwebs, red ants and cockroaches. Non functional air conditioning, non functional shower and the other alternate washroom offered to us had water logging issues. They had to bring plumber to repair. We had a disturbing stay. Booking.com was informed but they did nothing other than forwarding our message to the hotel. We do not recommend this propriety. The son and the old man was kind and helpful but the owner is an arrogant and rude guy. His approach to issues are not friendly. The approach road to the beach is a very very narrow lane and dark in the evening.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Large rooms in a quiet location - Big bedroom with a separate living room and a sitting area outside the room/in the corridor. Breakfast was good, except that they could have served butter cut out for each guest instead of letting guests take butter (actually it was margarine) l from the original package with the same knife used for eating. Negative side: shower has no pressure; it drizzles. The mattress is not very comfortable. Noise from neighbouring guests sitting outside the room may be disturbing, especially guests who like dragging heavy wooden chairs days and nights.
• Verified traveler (4/5): A nice hotel if it wasn't half abandoned - The hotel was not properly maintained. The room was spacious and kind of nice, but the bathroom was not very clean and looked very dated. There was only one member of the staff and not easily found when needed. We had to wonder around the property for 20 minutes trying to find him and call a phone number written at the entrance of the hotel to get our breakfast. The outdoor area where we had breakfast was super dirty. It is a pity because if the property was properly taken care of, it would be a really nice accommodation. It just needs better maintenance and cleaning.

Skitiga rum, taket läkte in, dusch och toa fungerade dåligt, poolen var grön av alger, utemöblerna var grymt skitiga. Jag kom kl 2 på natten så jag hade inget väl än att stanna till morgonen. Lämnade hotellet kl 7 på morgonen. Det här ska man inte betala för Det värsta hotellet jag sett!

The location is not great but away from the hustle and bustle and within easy walking distance of the beach,railway station, shops and restaurants. I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.
