• Jennifer (5/5): Terrible breakfast - Price and cleanliness Breakfast was terrible! The first day I made myself a waffle and the batter was spoiled. The Breakfast items were never refilled, it was always empty. Our stove range kept tripping and the emplyee was annoyed with us for asking him to flip the breaker. We finally gave up and didn't use it anymore.

• Paul (10/5): - I checked in early and the hotel staff offered me water and/or milk. I got to eat the tail end of the breakfast and the attendants were very friendly. Got to check in early because there happened to be a room available. I enjoyed my quiet room, and asked the staff for and was given a recommendation for a local barbecue place called KD's. Went there and the bbq tasted great. It was quiet at night and I got good sleep that I needed. The next morning breakfast was easy, check out was easy. After I left I realized I had forgotten my phone charger in my room. The hotel staff handled it and placed it in a nice looking manilla envelope for me. Excellent, warm, friendly hospitality. The staff makes this place great and I felt taken care of. Great job.

• Tamika (10/5): - Overall our stay was great we flew in from East Texas to visit our grand baby. We stayed 4 nights and i also got an extra room so the kids and the baby could be close to us. We hot in late and they already had us set and ready to go. It was easy breezy. The rooms were really nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was great especially the front desk clerk. They were all friendly and accomodating. The breakfast every morning was great and we loved the varieties that they offered. The bed was great and the hot water in the bathroom was excellent i loved that i could take a hot bath i loved it. I also lobed the fact it was easy to find and not far from the airport. If i ever visit Midland again i will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

• Mitsuko (9/5): The staff at the hotel are super friendly and nice! We love the kitchen. Very clean! - The front staff is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a bottle of water for free! Next morning the staff also gave me a free bottle of water. Other hotels charge $3. I love the kitchen! It has a better equipped refrigerator. We could not find the place easily even if we had the GPS. The time we stayed, it had a flush flood and the roads were under construction. Roads conditions were not great around there.

Location was ideal - close to airport and to the 3 appointments I had for the day I spent in Midland. I experienced difficulty accessing hotel WiFi. The front desk directed me to an IT support person who successfully got me connected. Breakfast was ok but not special. I tried an english muffin but it was stale.

• William (2/5): Hotels.com lost my reservation - I booked 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived, there was no record of my reservation. They were sold out. There was no room at the inn. I had to spend an hour on the phone with Hotels.com to get a refund. On this trip. 3 hotels.com reservation s I was not allowed to stay at. Something is drastically wrong.
• Ruben Nathan (10/5): Traveling with family for work training.Great stay - The hotel was updated. Rooms and common areas were all clean. Breakfast was good and changed daily throughout our day. The hotel was very quiet. It was mainly oil field traffic but it was very quiet and clean regardless. The location was accessible. The kitchenette had all the essentials we needed to cook meals. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

They cut off the bathroom ventilation for some reason. Since they operate mainly on oil rig workers they downgrade the breakfast in the weekend.

• Erica (6/5): - Elevator was down, which happens yes; but having to haul several large items into room, it would have been nice to have known prior to arrival, a room on a lower level than the top or even a staff member to have offered assistance. Thankful for the dishes & cooktop amenity, I came prepared to keep from having to eat out. That ended up being a waste as the cooktop did not work. Stayed 2 nights so used the 2 complimentary regular coffees the 1st morning, they did not add any while cleaning the room. Overall, not great but okay for the price. Just call ahead and ask what works and what doesn’t.

Microwave beds were extremely comfortable. Be sure to put the do not disturb sign on your door if you’re going to sleep in because maids come at 8 o’clock in the morning

It was extremely cold, I couldn’t charge my devices, no breakfast was serviced, etc. Typically a decent stay but I feel I should be refunded for this night.

• April (8/5): I would love to stay again, but we can't if they no longer allow pets. - I like everything about this hotel. It was a perfect location, and the facilities were very clean. It was not too crowded. We were very comfortable here. Every single employee was kind and helpful. Really haven't experienced much of that anywhere this day and age, so I'm very thankful for that. We have a pet, and Booking.com still lists the hotel as pet friendly, so that's why we stayed. However, we were notified by one of the desk receptionists that they are removing that. That is very disappointing.
