- Andrea (10/5): Quiet, convenient location attached to Convention Ctr - We stayed one night for a conference and it was wonderful. We drove from out of town and the hotel was easy to find, we pulled right in and valet parked our car for us. They held our bags at reception and texted me when our room was ready around 1pm. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet! Beds were perfect with 4/5 pillows on each. The only thing we did not care for was the glass sliding door on the bathroom for the lack of privacy. Who comes up with these design ideas? Lol. We would absolutely return regardless. Having the convention center attached meant that we didn’t have to go outside in the weather to go back and forth to our room and was so convenient. They had elevators and escalators so traveling between the hotel and conference was very easy. The front desk personnel were so kind and cheerful. They also provided several great dining options that we could walk to for dinner. The valet gave us a phone number to text prior to check out so our car was available immediately. Overall just a wonderful property and we had a great stay!

As a frequent solo traveler, I felt safe and well cared for. This place is a must-stay if you’re in downtown Cleveland! The market offers a variety of packaged items, from snacks to toiletries, but I would advise against purchasing the hot menu items. The products are frozen and heated at the time of purchase.

- Stephanie (4/5): It was ok but the bathroom door was really annoying, Parking cost was ridiculous - Location and staff Bathroom door would stay shut kept sliding open. Very expensive for mediocre rooms.
- Logan (10/5): We loved our time at the Hilton and will definitely be back! - The room was amazing. We loved being able to look out the window and see the city! The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. We also loved the easy access to the convention center. There was no microwave in the room, so we couldn’t have the food we brought with us, but it’s not a big deal.
- Jessica (10/5): It was a beautiful stay overall, I made best of the valet all the way to the room and fitness center and restaurant - I liked the modern look it was beautiful room beautiful view and everything was pretty much accessible it was a beautiful hotel as well What I didn’t like is the included breakfast you already paid so much for it why couldn’t I have it up in my room I feel like that should be okay…um I didn’t like the pool area very small didn’t match the upscale and the fitness center didn’t have sanitary wipes to wipe down equipment

- Autumn (10/5): 10/10 - Staff was fantastic and kind! The room was very clean and up to date, plus there were multiple food/bar options within the hotel. The tunnel to the parking garage was great because it keeps you out of the weather at all times. Loved this place, will absolutely stay here again in the future.

- Johnnie (1/5): - I’m going to make this plain and simple… I really don’t care if you are a millionaire there’s no way in hell that you should have to pay $55 to park in a space!! it’s about time that someone starts giving out bad reviews because of the parking alone!!! And I was also told breakfast was included and of course it wasn’t included… and if I wanted to include it, I would’ve spent another million dollars!!! it’s just sad that I have to spend that kind of money to put my car in a “space” where there are a bunch of empty spaces all around me!!! You will spend $50 plus the tax to park your car in a space!! absolutely unacceptable! And basically the new scam in this country! Every single item in the gift shop was overpriced!! it was an embarrassment

- Kristin (10/5): Best hotel stay to date ! 10/10 - Room exceptionally clean. Larger than normal room with plenty of strategically placed outlets so everyone could get ready at the same time without getting in each other’s way. Bed super comfy. Staff texted throughout our stay and responded quickly to any of our requests. Late checkout accommodated which we needed! Hotel connected to convention center where we participated in a volleyball tournament so no need to even go outside each morning - great that we did not have to deal with cold Jan temps! Everything was great

- Trisha (10/5): Would def stay again! - Beautiful and clean property, the coffee shop was really good! the gentleman at the front desk Shaq was welcoming and had a great personality. Room was on the 30th floor with beautiful sites of the city. The valet was nice to have! But $60 a little pricey!

- elizabethwD8403HL (10/5): Staff and dog friendliness awesome - Came into town for a Cavs game and will stay here again next time. Location, cleanliness as well as dog friendliness were great. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you especially to Meech at the front desk for being so kind and helpful when we had a little issue with our dog!!
