• Matthias (6/5): Zentral gelegen! - Zentral gelegen, zu Fuß und Bus, Metro alles sehr gut erreichbar!
• Rusi (4/5): - The room assigned was in the basement. A request for room change was not honoured. There was no 24 hour person at the desk. The price of 75 Euros/ day was very high considering the facilities. Two doors down there was a place "Romantica" with continuous desk attendant and a price of 50 Euros for a room with shared bath and 75 with a private bath. It looked nice as compared to Petala. Take it off your list.

• Verified traveler (2/5): やめた方がよい - 湿気の多いカビたにおいが気になった。シャワーの排水流れが悪く、シャワーカーテンの下がカビていた。ベッドは小さく、スプリングが硬い。テレビはつかなかった。全くお薦めできないです。

• fabry (2/5): posto orribile - Non risultavano prenotate le 2 stanze (già pagate) e "l'impiegato" alla reception voleva darcene una sola. Dietro nostra insistenza ci sono state date date 2 camere e non 1 ma erano orribili, mai visto qualcosa di simile. La mia puzzava terribilmente di fogna e dopo una notte ne ho avuto un'altra che non puzzava ma era orribile ugualmente. La camera della mia amica era anche peggio. Il posto peggiore dove ho alloggiato, ho fatto anche un video perchè non riuscivo a credere ai miei occhi.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - コスパが良いと思います。安宿を探している人にはおすすめ。近くにはスーパーやレストランもある。ただ、ホテル名がネットに出ているものと看板に出ているものが異なるため、どこにあるのか分かりにくい。
• Valdinei (4/5): Hotel tipo caverna, bom atendimento. - O hotel é horrível, parece uma caverna, as portas são antigas e frágeis e as paredes lembram literalmente uma caverna, além do barulho da conversa dos hóspedes que chegam de madrugada, Mas os funcionários são muito amáveis e cordiais. O Wi-Fi é bom e a localização fica à 1300 metros do metrô. Se vc for do tipo exigente esqueça, mas se só quer dormir e tomar um bom banho quente, o hotel atenderá suas expectativas.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für den Preis ist das Zimmer in Ordnung. Täglicher Handtuchwechsel erfolgte automatisch.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Un point positif : la propreté. - Les points négatifs : 1) On ne m'a pas rendu la monnaie de la taxe de séjour (arrivée avec 5€ pour en payer 3, je n'ai jamais récupéré les 2€ en sus). 2) La porte fermait à peine à clef. Il y avait un trou au niveau de la serrure (1.5cm de largeur, environ 8cm de hauteur) par lequel on pouvait voir dans la chambre (directement sur le lit...). 3) Les fenêtres donnent sur des conduits. Essayer d'aérer en les ouvrant est peine perdue. 4) Un interrupteur fendu, des fils électriques apparents ça et là.
• Daniele (2/5): Heavy mould and drain smell - Whole guesthouse smells of drain and mould, with no ventilation of corridors. Basement rooms smell heavily of mould. Upper rooms are better but still have mouldy smell. Would not recommend this guesthouse if you value your health as mould is a serious health hazard.
• Brigitte (2/5): Chambre très sale vieux pas de fenêtre - Chambre sale ménage pas fait , mégot dans la douche de la chambre pendant tout le séjour , pas de fenêtre bans le noir la lumière même le jour , le personnel de nuit très gentil et qui parle français le seul atout de l hôtel je ne pense plus réservé hôtel avec hôtel . Com deuxième fois que je suis déçu
• Verified traveler (4/5): Passabel mit gutem Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis - Lage ist gut, nette kleine Kneipen und Restaurants direkt nebenan. Metro knapp 10 min. Fussweg entfernt. Bei der Leistung des Personals gibt es viel Platz nach oben. Uriges Zimmer sehr dunkel ohne Fenster nach draußen. Insgesamt nur geeignet, wenn knappes Budget im Vordergrund steht.
• Thamiris (4/5): Simples, limpo e um pouco assustador - O hotel é bem simples e parece uma casa mal assombrada, o problema inicial se dá ao fato da fachada ter outro nome, o que dificulta a localização. A limpeza do quarto era de bom nível e o atendente fora muito prestativo, mas esteticamente falando, o estabelecimento assusta um pouco.

• Elena (4/5): Shabby accommodation - The guesthouse is run down. The light switch in our bathroom was half-broken, the toilet needed to be flushed by using the lever inside the water tank, the toilet seat was not attached, the bedside lamps did not work, the room was a bit damp and had a mouldy smell. In addition, the name on the pension door was "Aliluya", not "Petala Preciosa", making it harder to find.
• Alex (6/5): Hostel for 1 night stand - Not very close to subway, but in good area - a lot of caffees, supermarkets, banks etc.
