- Stellar (8/5): Ótima localização. Necessário agendar horário do café da manhã. - Hotel localizado muito perto da Rua Augusta. Com muito comércio e pontos turísticos perto. Janelas com ótimas vedações contra ruído. Banheiro muito bom, com box com portas de vidro. Para tomar o café da manhã é necessário fazer agendamento do horário na véspera, pois o salão de refeições é muito pequeno, com poucas mesas. Isso tira uma pouco da liberdade de nas férias poder acordar na hora que desejar.

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was wonderful with an excellent selection of items. The room was a little small without a lot of space for personal items, the perfect location comes with a little bit of noise in the evening but your in the perfect location

Door een fout/onduidelijkheid in het boekingsysteem was onze boeking geannuleerd. Het werd snel en goed opgelost door alsnog een kamer te regelen. De managerin (maria) maakte persoonlijk excuus en we kregen alle ontbijten gratis tijdens ons 4 daags verblijf. Echt heel netjes. Was wat druk bij ontbijt, soms moest je even (10-15 min) wachten.

A localização é excelente, a cerca de 300 metros do Arco da Rua Augusta. The hotel is completely renovated, with new facilities. The location is excellent, about 300 meters from the Arco da Rua Augusta. Não gostei da maneira que foi decorado. Porta de vidro transparente no banheiro, tira a privacidade. Iluminação muito escura no apartamento. Não tem onde colocar sabonete/shampoo no box. Box muito pequeno. Café da manhã bom, porém pago. Não tem estacionamento. I didn't like the way it was decorated. The transparent glass door in the bathroom compromises privacy. The apartment is very dimly lit. There's nowhere to put soap/shampoo in the shower. The shower stall is very small. The breakfast is good, but you have to pay. There's no parking.

We had an enjoyable stay. .We paid for a room that was listed at 215 sq.. ft. as per Booking.com. The room was small about 175 sq. ft. They could do a better job organizing breakfast. A number of people were unhappy because they couldn't be seated. They should tell EVERYONE upon check-in that if they plan to have breakfast they will schedule a time for them. Lastly, there is an area in the lobby adjoining the breakfast area where they could place an additional 2 or 3 temporary tables if needed. Thanks!

- Анна (8/5): - Отель имеет отличное расположение, в пешей доступности от основных достопримечательностей и от набережной. От аэропорта на такси 20 мин. Хороший разнообразный завтрак, свежие продукты, но очень плохой кофе. Единственное, что испортило настроение в плане условий проживания: номер отличался от заявленного на фотографии: вместо ожидаемого светлого номера с двумя окнами нас заселили в темный номер с одним окном, без коврового покрытия как было на фото, с холодным полом. И да, достаточно шумно с улицы, с открытым окном спать не получится. Но достаточно удобные кровати и комфортные подушки, что в отелях редкость. Уборка номера отличная. Также хотелось бы большего количества питьевой воды в номере вместо одной маленькой бутылки на двоих. Прежде всего, соответствие номерного фонда и по площади, и по комфорту заявленным на сайте условиям. Поменять кофе на завтраке однозначно.

- Heloise (3/5): Uniquement pour l emplacement. - L emplacement est parfait La chambre est tres petite , la salle de bain minuscule, vitree et pas isolée (si vous voulez de l intimité c est loupé). Beaucoup de bruit aussi bien de la rue que isolation des chambre. Bref prenez des boules quies. Salle du petit déjeuner tres petite et le prix excessif. Vous faites 1 pas et vius avez un petit pour moitié moins cher Prix tres cher .
- Silke (9/5): Top Lage, jederzeit wieder! - Das Personal an der Rezeption war unser erster Eindruck vom Hotel und der Mitarbeiter war supersympathisch, aufmerksam und hat sich ausreichend Zeit für Infos genommen. Auch Vanessa an der Bar war entzückend! Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut! In naher Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Da der Frühstücksbereich begrenzt ist, musste im Vorfeld abgeklärt werden, wann es freie Plätze fürs Frühstück gibt. Da bleibt die Spontanität etwas auf der Strecke.

- Gästin N. (8/5): Top für Städtetrip - Die Lage ist top und die Anlage insgesamt sehr sauber. Das Bett und die Kissen waren taumhaft und das Zimmer wurde täglich aufgeräumt. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants und Bars fußläufig, und auch ÖPVN (Bolt ist oft billiger). Die Zimmern brauchen eine Erneuerung insbesondere der Boden, die Beschichtung der Türe und die Sanitäteranlagen. Wer Stufen meiden möchte sollte das bei der Buchung angeben - Zugang zu einigen [wie unsers] erfolgt über 5 Stufen nach dem Aufzug. Auf Frühstück haben wir verzichtet, weil der Frühstücksbereich sehr klein und dadurch laut war.

- Irene (2/5): - Havia duas reservas duplicadas e o hotel informou no momento do checkin, e eu informei que não havia feito duas reservas, somente uma ,até porque não recebi nenhuma comunicação a respeito da segunda reserva. De qq forma o hotel estava ciente no momento do checkin que esta reserva não tinha sido efetuada por mim pois foi através da plataforma do booking e que deve ter havido algum problema no sistema deles. E mesmo eles sabendo que eu não ultilizei esta segunda reserva e durante toda a minha estadia conversei com os funcionários explicando a situação ;, depois de 12 dias eles cobraram uma reserva , mesmo sabendo que não usei. Como tb não fui eu que havia feito esta segunda reserva. Acredito que esta política deles , vendo e sendo explicada presencialmente a situação , eles não deveriam ter ficado com o valor da segunda reserva . Não recomendo este hotel para ninguém. Pois quem não respeita um cliente sério e com razão , não merece que seja utilizado este serviço por ninguém.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit Kleinere Mängel wie Toilettenpapier-Halterung wackelte und bei der Toilettenspülung konnte man das Wasser nicht immer zum stoppen bringen. Da im Bad keine Lüftung vorhanden ist, hatte ich den Eindruck, dass es an der Decke leider leicht anfängt zu schimmeln. Ich hatte dies gemeldet, jedoch meinten sie, dies sei wegen des Dampfes und lässt sich wegputzen.

Erityistä plussaa oli huoneessa vesipullo, jonka henkilökunta täytti - ei muovipulloroskaa eikä huolta siitä että muistaako käydä ostamassa. Ainoa pieni miinus(eikä kovin merkittävä): Vaatteille ei ollut kaappia eikä hyllyä, ainoastaan henkarit (ei riittävästi kahdelle).

- Ljiljana (10/5): A wonderful stay in an excellent location, right next to the heart of the city. - The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many landmarks. The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and well maintained. One downside was that I could hear the alarm clock from a guest’s phone in the room next to mine, possibly because the single rooms are positioned very close to each other.
