Chaleur epouvantable dans la chambre et si on ouvre la fentre bruit infernal toute la nuit car donne sur une avenue. La situation geographique n'est pas super.

Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer liess sich nicht recht regeln (entweder zu heiss oder zu kalt). Wendeltreppe nach unten in das Badezimmer: Achtung, nicht stolpern (vor allem im Dunkeln).

- André (9/5): Für Parma unsere erste Adresse. - Alles. Von der Lage über das Frühstück bis zum Personal ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ganz kleiner Wermutstropfen: Klimaanlage war noch im Winterbetrieb, war aber erträglich.

Prächtiges Interieur - insbesondere Eingangsbereich, Treppenhaus, Korridore und Frühstücksraum/Restaurant. Großzügig geschnittenes Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstück Im Vergleich zu den imposanten gemeinschaftlichen Bereichen war zumindest mein Zimmer (Superior Zimmer) in punkto Größe und Ausstattung ein wenig enttäuschend. Insbesondere fehlte (platzbedingt) eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt nahm 15-20 Minuten in Anspruch, zum Bahnhof rund 30 Minuten. Dabei waren einige soziale Probleme doch recht sichtbar …

The Maitre d was friendly and engaging and we had an amazing waiter (Nicky?) who made the most amazing Martines. Looking forward to our return. Everything was perfect.

- Monika (7/5): Not worth it - The Grand Palace Parma presents itself as a five-star experience, but unfortunately, my stay did not live up to that promise. While the hotel has the appearance of luxury, the overall experience felt quite average and lacked the attention to detail you would expect at this level. One of the most disappointing aspects was the housekeeping service. My room was not cleaned during the day, which is a basic expectation for any hotel, let alone one claiming five-star status. It gave the impression of poor organization and lack of care for guest comfort. Additionally, I was charged extra for items from the minibar, which later turned out to be a mistake. Although the issue was eventually acknowledged, it should not have happened in the first place, and it added unnecessary inconvenience to my stay. What was most surprising is how different my experience was compared to the reviews I had read beforehand. They did not reflect the reality I encountered, making the stay even more disappointing. Overall, the Grand Palace Parma did not meet expectations and falls short of what one would anticipate from a hotel of this category.

- Fabien (9/5): Stylish Parma - Beautiful building in very nice park. Large rooms, modern and clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Nothing to report. The Hotel is a good 15 min walking distance from the historic center but it is a nice walk and not a problem at all.

Nemmeno ci hanno proposto un upgrade a pagamento. La struttura non ha nessun servizio da 5 stelle, stanze vecchie e buie.

- ANNO Dazumal (10/5): - Rundum zufrieden, das Frühstück ist das absolute Highlight, selten so vielfältige Auswahl gehabt , für italienische Verhältnisse definitiv Luxus ! Matratze sehr gut ! Zimmer 10 im EG leider ab 5:30 recht laut , da direkt an Rezeption und um die Ecke Frühstücks Raum ....dort wird vorbereitet und Gesprochen , das hallt extrem und man wird früh geweckt . Nächstes Mal lieber ein Zimmer oben. In der Dusche spürte ich warm den Marmor Boden ab, es waren einiges an Haaren von anderen Personen noch dort.
