Debora (8/5): Lo consiglierei sicuramente! - La struttura è molto pulita e ben tenuta. Vicinissima al centro con ristorantini tipici e vari locali tra caratteristiche viuzze. La colazione proposta è buona, con torte fatte in casa e cornetti, succhi di frutta e soprattutto bevande calde, come il cappuccino, fatte al momento dal gestore.Gli ingressi sono a combinazione, quindi molto pratici. La struttura è anche abbastanza vicina ad un bel parcheggio al coperto a vari piani con un costo contenuto. Abbiamo utilizzato la vasca idromassaggio solo una volta perché, dopo averla svuotata, dallo scarico è iniziato ad uscire cattivo odore. Probabilmente essendo palazzi datati gli scarichi non sono così efficienti.

Daria (7/5): Arezzo con bella vista, ma qualche lavoretto da fare - Posto centralissimo. Comodo soprattutto se non hai la macchina. Le aree comuni sono molto accoglienti e si vede che sono state ristrutturate e riarredate da poco e con gusto. Terrazza molto bella e vista della città dalla camera. Molto gradito l'angolo acqua e caffè. Se da una parte le aree comuni sono davvero accoglienti e carine, penso si possa fare qualche lavoro di rinnovazione nel bagno, che è molto grande, ma gli spazi non sono sfruttati bene. In camera invece ci sono delle belle vetrate, ma nessuna tapparella. E le tende oscuranti non sono sufficienti, infatti alle 7:00 entrava già parecchia luce. Se non è possibile installarle sarebbe carino fornire delle mascherine che possono essere utilizzate dagli ospiti. La camera era un po' fredda e purtroppo c'era qualche problema con il calorifero.

Lejeuxsonfait (8/5): Ottima struttura per un fine settimana, vista l'eccellente ubicazione. - Posizione eccellente, a circa 2/3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, e circa 3/5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale della città. Nei pressi della struttura sono presenti supermercati, bar, ristoranti, farmacie, edicole, etc. La struttura offre una bellissima terrazza con vista città, e la sala comune per la colazione è molto accogliente. La stanza è grande e provvista di tutto il necessario, così come il bagno. Tutto positivo. Gli unici appunti sono quelli logistici (cioè la struttura si trova all'ultimo piano di un palazzo antico, che è provvisto di un'ascensore piccolo e antico; l'insonorizzazione non era perfetta: è possibile ascoltare distintamente suoni e rumori provenienti da altre stanze (personalmente, non è stato un problema). Il letto matrimoniale in realtà erano due letti singoli uniti, e quindi nel mezzo risultava leggermente scomodo (anche questo, personalmente non è stato un problema).

valeriamazzitelli (10/5): - E stato un soggiorno fantastico. Superando le mie aspettative. BB centrale, a die passi della stazione e di tutte le attrazioni. Camera amplia con grande finestre con vista alla città. Un Jacuzzi stupendo e la gentilezza di avere la possibilità di fare un thè o caffè nel salotto. Mi sono sentita come a casa . Lo consiglio vivamente.
PAOLO (8/5): Tutto considerato una buona struttura, con qualche pecca non grave. - La posizione in pieno Centro a 50 metri dalla Stazione FS. L'alloggio e' molto confortevole, ben riscaldato e silenzioso (occupa un quarto piano). Check in automatico ma comunque di facile comprensione. Purtroppo la tipologia di offerta B&B non consente nessun rapporto con la gestione, ci si sente isolati, anche se le istruzioni telefoniche sono state esaurienti. Ascensore lillipuziano e claustrofobico. Miscelatore del lavandino bagno difettoso eroga per lo più acqua bollente o fredda, di difficile regolazione.. Apparecchio TV di dimensioni ridottissime.

Joy (9/5): It was a relaxing and refreshing stay - I liked the fact that even if I got to the bar late for breakfast the staff still found some snacks for me to eat because he saw I was a nursing mom with a baby and they were so friendly and kind. Also loved the fact that it was so close to the train station just 5minutes from the train station. The elevator 🛗, it was so small that my baby’s stroller couldn’t fit and I was traveling alone with my baby, so I had to carry the stroller with my hands to the floor where the rooms were, so imagine me holding a baby and having to carry a luggage and a stroller up the stairs, but the rooms are on the first floor of the building.

Sala (10/5): - La nostra stanza al B&B è stata una vera sorpresa: luminosa, curata nei dettagli e incredibilmente accogliente. Gli spazi comuni, eleganti e pulitissimi, invitano subito al relax. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, a due passi da tutto. Un soggiorno breve ma davvero indimenticabile: consigliatissimo!

Irina (10/5): Шикарно жить с видом на старый город - Шикарный вид из панорамного окна. Удобная кровать. В номере всё, что необходимо. Есть открытая терраса на крыше, оттуда старый город совсем на ладони. Отзывчивый персонал. Не сразу поняла, что на лифте можно доехать до нужного этажа, последний этаж шла пешком. На завтрак было предложено только сладкое.
