• Maira (8/5): Ottima struttura in posizione comoda, pulita e accogliente. - Struttura comoda vicino a tutti i servizi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera spaziosa e anche bagno e doccia grandi e comodi con gadget di cortesia molto apprezzati. Se possibile aggiungere qualcosa di dolce alla colazione in più , anche se era abbastanza abbondante

• 00Isabella (9/5): Beautiful hotel, just a small walk from center - Beautiful and clean hotel, with helpful staff. Nice breakfast and pretty close to central Tirana. In the area there are lots of restaurants and small shops. We, by mistake, got woken up by staff one day who came to clean the room. Perhaps a "Please, do not disturb/Please, clean my room" sign could be added to the rooms :)

• Carmela (9/5): piacevole - La struttura ha una buona posizione e bisogna camminare una 20 di minuti a piedi per raggiungere la piazza centrale della città. Le stanze erano molto ampie e anche dove erano previsti due lettini singoli, in realtà erano due letti di una piazza e mezza e c’era possibilità di unirli. Il bagno funzionale Migliorerei leggermente la pulizia e anche la colazione era poco abbondante rispetto ad altre viste in altri hotel

• Xhafer (6/5): Overall, it was ok, but probably not as nice as it looked in the photos. - Restaurant/breakfast room was spacey and beautiful. Breakfast was ok. Parking was conveniently next to the hotel, but had to leave the car keys with the reception since they had to remove and park again to make space for other cars. Room was pretty dark and location was quite a bit of walk from the city centre. There was a loud music coming from the reception/siting area till midnight or more. I never understood why it was so loud when there was none sitting there or there wasn't any party ongoing.

• Marija (10/5): - Lokacija veoma dobra, sve je na 10-15 minuta hoda po centru. Park sa jezerom isto blizu. Recepcija 24h, restoran radi. Lift ima. Internet dobar. Retro namještaj, svakog dana sobarice mijenjaju peškire i srede sobu. Ima parking, klima ok Doručak je mogao biti sadržajniji, sobarice ulaze tokom doručka da srede sobu, čiste restoran neke u toku doručka što nije bas ok. Vlaga je u sobi i zvučna izolacija nije bas dobra od vani, svjetlo previše prigušeno. Doručak je mogao biti sadržajniji i češće da se dopunjava.
• Jones (9/5): - Everything that you expect of a hotel is there and is good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good and wasn’t far away from the centre. Overall good place. The parking is round the back and you need to give your keys to the staff since they might need to move your car to let others in and out.

• David (8/5): - The staff were very helpful with questions I had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent in its variety and provision. I slept well there. The base of the showers were clean but stained from the past. However,this was not a problem as the rooms and shower were actually very clean. The small bottles of shampoo and body soap were hard to squeeze open. These are small points as overall the rooms and showers were excellent.

• VINCENZO (8/5): vacanza rilassante - Ottima posizione e personale molto attento e qualificato cosa importante da la possibilità di parcheggiare in uno spazio interno alla struttura ambiente molto accogliente e curato a parte piccole criticità nelle stanze facilmente superabili con piccole manutenzioni (pitture scrostate in prossimità degli infissi) La struttura pur prenotata con carta american express e pur avendo tra le carte esposte all'ingresso l'american express al momento dell'arrivo mi è stato comunicato che non offriva il servizio fortuna che ho risolto con altro circuito, colazione da ampliare con dolci e cornetti visto la buona affluenza di italiani
• Osman (5/5): Great location and friendly staff, but the hotel needs serious maintenance and better breakfast serv - The hotel looks nice at first and has a really good location. Staff were friendly and tried to help, even though they spoke very little English. The place feels like it’s seen better days—mold around the windows, peeling paint, and a broken bathroom door handle that made us change rooms. The bed was saggy, and breakfast was disappointing: when we came at 8:20 there was only one egg left and nothing was refilled.

Had a basic breakfast menu but disappointed as no coffee available I asked the staff member and said his machine was broken and waiting for a technician don’t know why he could not provide instant coffee

• Andrii Mykolayovych (9/5): Гарний готель - Гарний просторий номер, було все необхідне, міні холодильник з напоями, електрочайник з склянками, вікна виходили на тиху вулицю. Сніданок був добрий, але не швидко оновлювали страви. Інтер'єр гарний, чисто. Гарне розташування, близько до центру. Бра чомусь не працювали. В наших друзів вікна виходили на активну вулицю, було трохи шумно.

• Fazer180 (9/5): Excellent stay for an affordable price - Room was larger than expected and very spacious. The room contained a very large and comfortable bed as well as a TV, large window, mini-bar desk, chair and wardrobe. The bathroom was modern and stylish in which we were provided with several towels, a dental kit and showering essentials. A kettle with coffee sachets was also provided. Breakfast was included and contained a diverse selection of local and international cuisine. Dinner on site was reasonably priced and tasty and of a high standard. The foyer and lounge areas are spacious and elegant, including a sit down area with WiFi included. Staff were more than happy to take our luggage before and after our check in/out times whilst we explored Tirana. The room contained a few faulty items, unusual for a 4-star hotel. This included plaster off the wall under the window, a broken shower door hinge and a broken toilet paper holder. Furthermore there was not enough toilet paper in the room for 1 night for 2 people and there were no milk/sugar sachets supplied for the coffee. When we enquired about milk at the reception, we were asked to pay 80L for a glass of milk. The street outside is quite noisy, with a school (and the school playground) located just outside.

• Tomas (8/5): Nice place - Quiet place to rest in the dynamic Tirana. The staff was really pleasant and kind. Also the restaurant is really recommended.
• Charles (9/5): A welcome and comfortable oasis in busy Tirana - The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming! Breakfasts were really good too. The aircon wasn’t working the second night, so was a bit stuffy, but this was already being fixed by the time we came down to breakfast, a temporary problem.

• Mao (7/5): The location is great. So hopefully they’ll spice up the place soon due to the fast growing tourism. The interior design - Comfortable bed and the location. The shower is not clean, there were visible moulds in the corners. And the shower head is fixated, so you can’t take it off which is inconvenient. The staff was helpful during the check-in and if you have questions. But strangely, they don’t come and ask if you need a coffee or tea for breakfast. They’re just chatting to each other at the bar, and you have to walk over there to ask for it.

• Carlos (6/5): Pleasant - The restaurant was quite good. The room was large. In general, facilities and everything were more adequate to a 3* hotel. Breakfast was a good example, really poor for a 4* hotel. My room faced the street and it was quite noisy due to lack of insulation - cars passing and people shouting all night long. On a couple of nights it smelled quite badly (not sure why, maybe due to the sewage) so the hotel tried to hide it by distributing a strong (and sweet) air freshener through the ventilation. Not sure what was worst. Some staff was nice but the rest had no training on how to receive foreign guests in a 4* hotel.

• Jakub (9/5): Good Location for a short stay in Tirana - Good location, comfortable bed, nice and helpful staff speaking good English. Terrace on the top floor with table where you can enjoy some drinks. Room was clean. Location within walking distance from the centre. Many restaurants and bars around. At all, can recommend it for a short stay in Tirana. Breakfast could be much better. No hot food options at all. No coffee machine, you have to order at the bar.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location was really convenient, about 20 minutes walk from the centre one way, and 20 from the Grand Park the other. We had a great stay! There was a late-night sports court on our side of the hotel, which meant we could hear shouting from players until quite late - this wasn't a massive issue and didn't detract from our stay, but it did disturb our toddler a few times.

• James (1/5): NO HEAT. NO HOT WATER. - There is a serious problem at Classic Hotel in Tirana regarding the heating and hot water systems. After 10 days in Room 203, spanning Feb. 4-14, 2023, I am surmising that both systems need to be entirely replaced, and that retro-fitting them into the existing building structure is going to be a major undertaking---possibly requiring the hotel to be closed for several months. Most of the hotel guest rooms were empty during my stay. It would seem that all of the locals know that there is NO HEAT, and NO HOT WATER in the hotel rooms. It's only the out-of-towners that get caught unaware. If you scan back through the guest reviews from a year ago (in Booking.com), you can see clearly that this is not a new problem. In fairness, I need to acknowledge that the WiFi was working well, and so was the elevator---these had not been working well on my only previous visit November 3-8, 2022. Housekeeping has always been good. The hotel might represent an interesting investment opportunity for the right developer. The location is nice, and the building, otherwise, has a lot of nice features. Check to see whether there are bank debts and liens on the property---and you may be able to force a buy-out at an attractive price.

• Guo (1/5): not recommend - tv with Netflix The equipment lacked maintenance, the desk lamp in the room was broken and there were only two main lights in the room, very faint lights. The water pressure in the shower was not adjustable, the water temperature was cold, and I saw white bugs crawling around on the walls. Breakfast stopped being served at 10am and was very sketchy. When I went downstairs for breakfast at 9:00, there were only a few slices of bread and jam and milk left, and not even a coffee buffet. The waiter didn't look like he was going to replenish the food either.

• Marleen (8/5): Very good - location is good, staff is great. they have a big balcony that every guest can use. if there's room you can park your car in the hotel's property. there's lots of great restaurants, shops and bars near to the hotel in walking distance. hotel has its own very good restaurant there's probably no parking space available near to the hotel on the street. water was covering the floor every time you showered which was annoying. hair dryer doesn't do much
• Jonian (9/5): Stylish hotel, welcoming staff - Small hotel in a good location. Stylishly decorated. Very good breakfast. The staff was super helpful, kind and cheerful. We happened to be having a coffee in the lobby, when the staff burst out in song to celebrate that the receptionist's birthday and treated her and everyone else (including us :D) to birthday cake. We were satisfied with our stay.
