• Agnieszka (6/5): - Das doppelstöckige Appartement was schon sehr in Jahre gekommen. Das haben wir schon bei dem Preis aber einkalkuliert. Vor allem die Küche war etwas unappetitlich, aber Bad was sauber. Beie Betten, das richtige Bett oben und die Schlafcouch dafür sehr bequem. Da man in Frankreich anscheinend erst ab Mitte Oktober heizen darf, was es ziemlich kühl, aber das freundliche Personal hat uns einen elektrischen Heizkörper und eine zusätzliche Decke gebracht. Die Lage hat und gut gefallen, 3 Minuten zur Metro. Eine ausgesprochen ruhige Straße.
• Christiane (4/5): On se moque du client - Ascenseur en panne a l' arrivée. Bonde lavabo ne fonctionne pas. Éclairage près du lit HS. Sommier d une place et demie pour lit deux places ... Mobilier vétuste. Besoin de rénovation qui ne sont pas faites. On se moque du client. Accueil sympathique et bon emplacement c est tout.

• caroline (2/5): - Le batiment est tres vieillissant et peu entretenu. Une odeur de tabac froid a du imprégner les appartements, ce nest vraiment pas agreable.
• Monica (6/5): - The heat was turned off the second day of my stay and I was given different stories about why that happened but no solution. I asked for a space heater or extra blankets and was offered a sheet. It was only after I asked for a refund that a space heater miraculously appeared. The unit I was in was in need of a refresh. The lady working the desk during the day was amazing to deal with but sadly that isn’t who I dealt with regarding the heat issue. I wish I had a more positive experience as the location is convenient and the neighbourhood is alright too.
• Philippe (10/5): - Deuxième séjour dans cet appart'hôtel qui offre de bonnes prestations dans un quartier commerçant à quelques mètres de la station de métro qui offre la facilité d'être au coeur de Paris très rapidement.
• SAS (10/5): Trés bien - Trés bien. Les chambres dupleix sont trés bien. On dort bien. Quartier calme, literie trés bien. Personnel sympathique.
• daniele (10/5): Samedi soir aux lilas - Le séjour était parfait sauf le chauffage qui n'a pas pu être diminué. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre ( 25 degrés ? ) et encore plus chaud dans la salle de bain.
• SAS (4/5): Mitigée - J’ai passé quelques jours dans cet établissement et mon ressenti est mitigé. Les points positifs : • L’endroit est calme, idéal pour se reposer. • Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. • Les appartements sont globalement bien aménagés et agréables à vivre. Les points négatifs : • La literie est vraiment à revoir : le lit m’a donné mal au dos tout le séjour. • L’isolation sonore laisse à désirer. J’entendais clairement les bruits venant de l’appartement du dessus, notamment une machine à laver en marche à 4h du matin. • La VMC s’active automatiquement à 08h30 chaque matin. En semaine, ça passe, mais le week-end, ça réveille. Si l’établissement améliore la literie et l’isolation phonique, ce serait un endroit vraiment top !

• Philippe (10/5): Bon séjour - Excellent appart hôtel avec tout le nécessaire (et même un peu plus) pour s'y installer. Bon matelas, bonne salle d'eau et kitchenette bien dotée. Le personnel à l'accueil (Sandra, Pablo,...) est d'une grande gentillesse. Excellente situation près du métro de la ligne 11 (le centre de Paris [hôtel de ville ou Châtelet] est à moins de 30 minutes sans correspondance) et de l'hôtel de ville des Lilas. Bon quartier avec de très nombreux commerces. Seule petite difficulté, la procédure de post-enregistrement après la réservation a été un peu compliquée. Avant de l'entamer, il faudrait expliquer qu'il n'est pas possible de l'effectuer avec un computer qui ne dispose pas d'une caméra. Il est préférable d'utiliser un smartphone. Trop de message en anglais.

• Donald (10/5): Belle place - Super place bien placé à côté d'un métro (Mairie des Lilas) Le matelas de la chambre 12 (un des lits jumeaux) devrait être changé. Personnel super accueillant avec café Nespresso a volonté a la réception.
• Massimiliano (10/5): Tutto perfetto a Paris! - Posizione comodissima a pochi passi dalla fermata metro. La zona è piena di supermercati e negozi e anche la sera è molto tranquilla. La struttura era molto pulita e il personale gentile. L'unica cosa è che effettuano le pulizie (incluso il cambio degli asciugamani) a partire dal 7° giorno di permanenza. Consiglio comunque la struttura

• Gary (8/5): - Our stay was great. The location was very convenient for transportation and available shops for groceries and baking. The hotel itself was good. Could use a little bit of a refresh. The air conditioning wasn't the greatest, but considering this is something difficult to find in Paris, it was better than nothing. That said, talking to locals it was hotter than normal during our stay, so maybe the machine had trouble keeping up. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was much better than in the room. Definitely take advantage.We would definitely stay again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): I'd love to be back here - I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment hotel. It was in a very nice and calm neighborhood close to the inner city. I felt safe in the area and there were good connections with a lot of busses, tram and metro. Sadly, metro line 11 was closed at the time of our stay due to renovations, but it was still not much of a hastle to get around. There was a lot of food options in the area. I saw two halal boucherie and a kosher boucherie close by. There were a lots of grocery stores, restaurants, boulangeries and cafés. A nice park a short walk away that had quite a well equipped playground. I got the impression that the area over all was quite wealthy and low crime rate. The room was in a bit of a rough shape, a bit old, but nothing to complain about. The kitchen was well equipped and even a little freezer box in the fridge. Maybe a bit dirtier than what it could have been but it was absolutely not a problem for me. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no way to lessen the visibility though the big windows except by completely darken it out with the heavy curtains. I would have loved if there was some kind of blinds that you could use as something in between if you want some privacy. The staff was very nice. A bit hard, and took some time, to get in contact with the hotel before my stay. The online check in was quite unclear but it resolved in the end.

Comodo il quartiere con Mcdonald, Domino Pizza, supermercati e anche qualche ristorante. Plus la vicinanza alla metropolitana, linea marrone, veramente ad 1 minuto a piedi dall'albergo. Lo consiglierei a chi non ha grosse pretese.

• Timo (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist schon recht runtergewohnt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren aber super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Innerhalb des Viertels ist alles ganz einfach zu fuß erreichbar. Wenn die U-Bahn Station wieder verfügbar ist, ist der Weg in die Innenstadt von Paris auch schnell und einfach erreichbar.
• Geoffrey (6/5): Pas trop mal - Etablissement bien placé (metro à 2 pas et tous les commerces a proximité) et calme. L’appartement plutôt bien pensé : Suffisamment de rangement, assez grand et bien équipé. Seul bémol à ce sujet est la télé très mal placée (derrière l’escalier…) L’équipe est a l’écoute et très reactive. En revanche la propreté est limitée… beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, canapé sale, et aucun passage de personnel d’entretien durant les 5 jours de notre séjour. Pas de balais non plus dans le logement pour le faire soit même. Un petit coup de ménage tous les 2 jours aurait été bienvenu. Le Dernier point négatif est la clarté dans la chambre de jour comme de nuit car une grande fenêtre haute ne possède pas de rideaux. De plus elle est placée au dessus d’un lampadaire. Il ne faut donc pas être dérangé par la lumière pour dormir. Dans l’ensemble nous recommandons ce logement pour une petite famille.

Shower was very good and when we had an issue it was resolved quickly. Very comfortable bed. Ready for a redecoration..Not soundproofed. The location is convenient for Metro 11 route, which is useful. Bakeries, cafés and a few eateries close by.

• Lars (10/5): Dejligt ophold - God service og god lejlighed som ligger tæt på metroen. Deres p-kælder er dog meget smal i nedkørslen og vores bil kunne ikke være der. Vi blev oplyst af Hotels.com at vi skulle hente nøglen på en anden adresse inde i Paris. Da vi stod på adressen var det slet ikke der. Vi skulle bare hente nøglen på hotellet. Det kostede os en masse tid og spild af kørsel. Det var rigtig træls.
• RP (8/5): zeer goede locatie, maar wel behoorlijk verouderd - Dit is een verblijf op een prima locatie als je Parijs wilt verkennen via het openbaar vervoer. Bus en metro zijn op zeer korte afstand te bereiken. Er is een parkeergarage, maar die is wel vrij krap, en ook het laatste stuk weg is niet breed. Wel was het hele interieur van ons appartement aan vernieuwing toe. Afgebladderde verf hier en daar, doorgezakte bank, incompleet servies, rommelig ingerichte keuken, etcetera. Wanneer alles vernieuwd zou zijn, zou ik je dit verblijf wel aanraden.
• Herve (6/5): - Tout s'est très bien passé pour nous, excepté l'arrivée car nous avons dû nous rendre dans le 3ème arrondissement de Paris afin de récupérer les clés pour Mairie des Lilas... Il s'avère qu'Expédia n'est pas à jour dans les renseignements qu'ils fournissent (mail reçu de leur part) et que l'hôtel nous assure avoir déjà communiqué à ce sujet auprès de leur service. En gros nous sommes allés pour rien jusque dans le 3ème... un peu rageant comme arrivée ! Merci Expédia !
• Volha (8/5): - Si trova molto vicino dalla metro. Ma parecchio fuori mano, lontano dal centro di Parigi. Nei dintorni ci sono tanti ristoranti, pasticcerie, negozi di alimentari. La stanza era piccola, con mobili molto seplicj, alcuni parecchio usurati ma in ogni caso molto pulita. Il personale è molto gentile,ottima comunicazione. Sono rimasta soddisfatta

You need to walk a bit to the train station to get to central paris, but you have the local busses just outside. The Pictures of the rooms showing is the more expensive once. The other standard room is a bit old furniture and not to modern bathroom. The check in is now where the apartments are and u must go to 3 arridiamont to get the key. 300 euro deposit with card!

• athimmel (4/5): - The building was well-placed in Les Lilas. The metro stations was very close as were buses. There were plenty of places to eat and shop for groceries. However, we had a number of problems with the property itself. The first room we were assigned was a disaster from the start. The room smelled of sewage due to the fact that the toilet wasn't evacuating properly. We immediately called the office, and they said that someone would come by to fix it. However, nothing had changed after that visit. We couldn't even sleep the second night because the smell was so horrendous. We called the office the next morning to insist that they move us to another room or refund our money and we would find different lodging. At first they said nothing was available, but after insisting, they moved us to another room. There was no problem with the smell in that room. However, there were still issues with the room. The tile on the floor in the kitchen was slightly raised and broken on one corner, and we had to dodge that frequently to avoid broken toes. In addition, tiles in the shower had pushed inwards, and mold was growing there and in other places. Overall, the room was a huge disappointment, despite the reasonable price and location. We do want to praise one employee though. Sandra, the maintenance manager for the property, was thoroughly professional and very kind. She helped us to move to the second room and was deeply apologetic for the trouble.

Le lieu est silencieux et les nuits tranquilles.Il y atout ce qu'il faut coté équipement (fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, nécessaire de cuisine). Le lit est confortable également. Très bien situé car à 2 minutes à pied du métro, un très bon restaurant chinois juste à coté, boulangerie, supérettes ....

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Como positivo si bien está lejos del centro de paris el subte queda a una cuadra y está rodeado de lugares para comprar alimentos. La habitación era vieja... la limpieza mala... hasta una cacerola sin lavar... lo cual para ser tan exigentes en cómo hay q dejar el departamento al irse me pareció bastante contradictorio. No tiene aire acondicionado. Muy pequeño.

Debes acercarte a la oficina que esta a 30 minutos de la residencia y solo en horario de oficina, de no recogerla en el horario no te dejan ingresar y pierdes esa noche sin devolución, El acceso a la llave debe ser en el mismo punto y la confirmación debe ser respondida a primera hora.
• Verified traveler (8/5): All The Basics Were Met - I had a pleasant stay at Resident Les Lilas. The check-in option was quite different to anything I’d experience before. You have an option for free check-in at an office located in Paris or you can arrange to check in at the front desk for a fee. This could be inconvenient for many people. However, that aside, my room was clean and comfortable. I had all that I needed for quiet’s night stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Je regrette qu'au moment de la réservation,il ne soit pas indiqué plus clairement qu'il faille passer par une autre adresse pour avoir les codes d'accès, quand on a de lourdes valises les trajets comptent double. Rien à dire par ailleurs, la proximité du métro est un atout indéniable, l'équipement est très bien pour un bref séjour et le quartier calme.
• Yves (8/5): tromperie - seul bémol, sur le site internet, lors de la réservation, il n'est pas mentionné que l'on doit aller chercher la carte d'accès à l'agence place de la république. Un samedi en pleine manifestation, c'est pas cool. c'est une tromperie ...
• Zeynep (6/5): Lohnt sich nicht für 2-3 Nächte - 1. Die Wohnung ist zu weit für eine Städtereise. Es sei denn, man bleibt länger als 1 Woche. 2. Um den Schlüssel abzuholen muss man erst zum Zentrum, ins Büro. Das stand nicht bei der Buchung. Erst danach haben wir erfahren, dass der Schlüssel abgeholt werden muss. Wenn wir gewusst hätten, hätten wir gar nicht gebucht. Das kostete uns schon 10,- Euro, Zeit, Stress. Unverschämt! 3. Die Mitarbeiter im Büro waren sehr gleichgültig. Telefonieren, unterhalten. Es hat über halbe Stunde gedauert bis wir Check in/Check Out hatten. Fransözische Gelassenheit statt deutsche Organisation.
• hani (4/5): אכזבה מעצמי על הבחירה הזו - לא לצפות למלון. דירה קטנה פשוטה מאוד,ישנה, יש מטבחון מחובר עם הסלון. בסלון יש ספה נפתחת , המזרון היה סביר.יש מדרגות בסלון לגלריה ששם יש עוד שתי מיטות יחיד

• Janet (10/5): Short stay Paris - Arrived to find that I needed to collect the keys 2 stops back on the metro could not have an issue with this as company had advised me on 3 separate emails which I was unable to access on my emails, do to internet issues, staff were very efficient and friendly. Accommodation was easy to find very close to metro. Plenty of bars and supermarkets in the area not many restaurants did find a lovely Chinese one though around the corner. Very comfortable but very warm no windows to open just French doors but a bit too noisy to leave open. Would have liked a bottle opener and cork screw and some mugs as cups were too small for a cup of tea. Well equipped otherwise comfortable bed, cooker with 2 rings, microwave toaster oven combo no instructions though. Hot powerful shower and plenty of clean towels. Great wifi connection too. Definitely would consider staying here again in the future.
• E (8/5): Nice hotel and nice staff (Anna) - We stayed about two weeks in the hotel, the staff were super kind we had to deal with a girl named Anna I guess, she helped us a lot. For the cleaning they have a very awkward policies, we stayed about 16 days and only had the cleaning service once !! But we had clean towers available at the floor. We had an overall nice stay, thanks
• daniel (4/5): Nice town - No front desk when needs. Parking not easy. The room was not 100 percents clean. We checked out a day early.
