- Paula (10/5): Great experience - Excellent communication before and during the stay, Angelo is very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 9pm, tired of a day of travelling. Angelo met us for a smooth check in and personally took us an amazing pizzeria for dinner. The next morning, he took us to another property in his group so we could have an easy breakfast before leaving. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night, but the accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. Secure parking. Highly recommend!

- Alessia Pia (10/5): Deluxe - L'esperienza merita la complessità di questa recensione. Avevo prenotato presso questa struttura tempo addietro ma qualche settimana fa sono stata avvisata dal proprietario che, a causa di lavori da parte dell'acquedotto, la stanza non sarebbe stata agibile. Il proprietario ha provveduto a trovare una sistemazione alternativa in un'altra stanza di quelle disponibili. La stanza era davvero molto spaziosa e nuovissima, dotata di cabina armadio e grande bagno en suite con doccia idromassaggio, mini frigo e parquet ovunque, estremamente pulita e organizzata. Tutto molto curato, in ogni minimo dettaglio, dai prodotti per il bagno, alle lenzuola... sembrava di essere a casa, super coccolate! Appena arrivate in stazione, il proprietario, una persona squisita e super disponibile, si è offerto di accompagnarci in auto al b&b e di farci vedere il percorso migliore per il centro e per raggiungere il Palatour, entrambi sono a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stanza. La posizione quindi è comodissima qualunque sia il motivo della visita. L'ingresso alla struttura era tramite codice che mi è stato inviato prima dell'arrivo. Il giorno della ripartenza il proprietario ci ha tenuto ad accompagnarci al bar vicino alla fermata dove avremmo preso poi il bus per Bari. Mi permetto di aggiungere che ogni abitante di Bitritto è stato profondamente gentile e disponibile in tutto durante il nostro soggiorno... motivo per cui non vedo l'ora di tornare! Un sentito ringraziamento! ❤️

- Leandra (8/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ho apprezzato molto la camera perché era silenziosa e mi ha permesso di riposare facilmente. Un ambiente tranquillo che favorisce davvero il relax. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ CI sono alcuni aspetti che non mi sono piaciuti: il balcone, seppur grande, era privo di tende da sole e questo riduceva la privacy, costringendomi a tenere le tapparelle abbassate e a usare solo la luce artificiale della stanza. Inoltre, il frigorifero era piuttosto rumoroso. Infine, la pulizia veniva effettuata ogni giorno senza che mi fosse chiesto il consenso o comunicato l’orario, cosa che avrei preferito fosse gestita con più attenzione.
