- Emily (9/5): Beautiful location, ok room. - Fabulous location. Right on the piazza. Room was large with large bathroom. Little kitchenette. Simple but stylish in a pared down way-surprise remains of original Rococo ceiling decoration. If your phone does not work it is very difficult to check in. Very frustrating and the staff was not very helpful.

- Gary (8/5): Fantastic location right on the Piazza Castello, with an equally fantastic staff! - Absolutely fantastic location right on the Piazza Castello. You’re at the center of Torino. Many museum are less than 5-10 minute walk and you’re right at the end of Via Garibaldi. Watching the night lite on the Piazza day and night is was also enjoyable I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk because of the hour i arrived. The entrance is on the second floor and you need to be buzzed in and get the elevator enabled. After that, everything was wonderful. The receptionist was fantasticly helpful during my two day stay.

The room was very different from the photos on the Booking.com site, and very dark and claustrophobic. The water in the shower couldn't drain properly, so it flooded the entire bath room. The furniture was very uncomfortable.

- stefania (8/5): - La posizione centralissima. La stanza era ampia. Gli infissi perfettamente funzionanti: nonostante fossimo sulla piazza e c'erano manifestazioni, non si sentiva alcun rumore. Il personale disponibile ha risolto in breve tempo un problema col riscaldamento guasto. L'assenza del bidet.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Se si viaggia da soli e non si ama prendere l'ascensore, ci si trova in difficoltà perché la reception chiude alle 18 e la porta delle scale si apre solo dall'interno. Migliorerei questo aspetto.

Abbiamo saputo solo al check-out che c’era un bar convenzionato per fare colazione, dato che in struttura non c’è un bar o ristorante… La camera ha bisogno di essere ristrutturata o perlomeno manutenuta meglio.

Accès bloqués et aucun personnel à notre arrivée en raison d’une coupure d’électricité. Personne sur place et aucune indication à l’entrée. Aucun numéro à contacter sur la porte. Grâce a un résident nous avons pu entrer et contacter un numéro qui nous a dirigé vers un autre hôtel à 20 mins à pied. Autre hôtel très agréable certes mais pas de dédommagement ou geste commercial.

La clime était en panne, l'hôtel ne m'a pas proposé une autre chambre sous prétexte qu'il était complet ( un mardi) et m'a proposé une ristourne pour la gêne occasionnée. Ce remboursement n'est toujours pas arrivé un mois après mon séjour. Personne à la réception présente que de 16h à 20h

La comodità per gli spostamenti (parcheggio a pagamento nella piazza, taxi e tram sotto alla struttura). Tutti i servizi a portata di mano (bar, caffè, ristoranti, negozi etc.).
