• Rudolf (8/5): Sehr gut - Der Empfang, die Grösse der Zimmer. Zudem waren sie sehr edel eingerichtet und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight. Vorallem die Lokalität war sehr imposant. Nun gut. Wenn schon etwas, dann der Velokeller :-)

• Anton (10/5): - Bez nadsázky je možné povedať, že vila je architektonický skvost. Boli sme z miesta tak nadšení, že sme si pobyt o jednu noc spontánne predĺžili. Rád by som touto správou pozdravil majiteľku, s ktorou sme prekecali každé ráno a pobyt nám veľmi spríjemnila. Lago Sorapiss vyšlo super - krásny výlet, ďakujeme za tip :-) self-service čapovanie vína bol absolútny strop, parádny wellnes, a na talianske pomery veľmi štedré a chutné raňajky.

• Vivian (10/5): Wonderful! - Beautiful historic home. Very accommodating hosts. Centrally located to easily drive to sites! Will definitely return! City of Feltre was very nice. No lift. But due to history home cannot put one in.

• ANTON (7/5): Between 5+ and 3- - Gorgeous house, cellar, surrounding park, driveway -- very romantic. 1. Soundproofing. When the TV was on in the next room, it seemed like it was in my room. But the owners can't do anything about it, just like with the lack of air conditioning. Just for the information for tourists. So further -- about what can theoretically be fixed. 2. There is not a single hook in the bathroom (i.e. nowhere to hang clothes), there is not a single shelf inside the shower stall (i.e. soap, razor, toothbrush, etc. have to be simply placed on the floor). 3. There are no slippers, no spare pillow, no spare blanket in the closet (the blanket is quite relevant: B&B in the mountains, it can be chilly at night). The existing blanket is thin and cheap, as are the linens. In general, there is a strange feeling of the owner's love for this house and abandonment at the same time, a luxurious building and a very basic room and breakfast. For example, they asked €50 per day for two bicycles. Our rented Audi cost less. Are you a luxury hotel? – OK, then where are the slippers? 4. The front door is very tricky: without knowing the tricks (where to press, where to pull, where to turn) even with an engineering education it is impossible to open it either from the outside or from the inside. 5. The hosts consider it a duty of hospitality to communicate with guests throughout breakfast. It all depends on your temperament: for extroverts who are cheerful in the morning, this is probably great. 6. The driveway is covered with gravel, it is inconvenient to roll a suitcase on it, the wheels get stuck. All this would look like stupid quibbles, if not for the claim to a luxury villa and the prices (especially the prices for additional services). It seems to me that a one-time consultation with an ordinary specialist in the hotel business and a relatively small investment could justify this claim and transfer this B&B to the category it claims.

Magnifique villa, belle vue sur la ville et les montagnes Petit déjeuner excellent (fruits, gâteaux maisons, etc...), nous avons apprécié ce moment très convivial sur belle table commune Boissons fraîches, café et vins en libre service Rangements pour les vélos Sauna et hammam en option à réserver, pas de possibilité de faire juste 15 min de sauna par exemple Chambre sous les toits, donc seulement des petits hublots, même si largement compensé par la superbe terrasse à l"étage et les tables ou chaises longues disponibles dans le jardin

• Søren (10/5): We stayed here for one night only. It is such a lovely place. I really like the way they have integrated the new mordern - The attention to detail, the self service wine cellar, the very friendly and helpful couple the owns the place. Basically everything!! -

• Stephan (10/5): Beautiful location hosted by lovely people with eye for detail - Absolutely stunning location. The ones you see on tv. I felt like a celebrity, driving up the property. Once I did so, the door of the building opened and I was greeted by the host. He quickly verified in what language we needed to speak - which was a very attentive thing to do. (English has been hard in this region.) The property itself is decorated with a fine taste. Breakfast is simple but nice. Great wine collection you can taste. Don’t expect to ‘chill in your room’. My room had a bed and little windows. Perfect to sleep. Not to spend much time awake. There are plenty of other options in and around the building though.

Bellissima la l’ubicazione immersa nel verde con un bellissimo panorama. Troppo alta la temperatura in camera, io ho dormito bene, ma il mio compagno non ha chiuso occhio tutta la notte a causa del caldo e non era nemmeno acceso il riscaldamento.

La struttura, ben curata e pulitissima, propone un ambiente intimo, ma anche conviviale all'occorrenza; nel nostro caso, che eravamo un gruppo di amici ed avevamo prenotato 5 camere, è stato come essere a casa. Bagno turco e sauna nuovissimi, massaggiatore su prenotazione che ti rimette al mondo.. Assolutamente un posto in cui tornare volentieri!

Piccola area wellness (bagno turco e sauna), prenotabile ad uso esclusivo, nuova e pulitissima. Materasso e cuscini un po' duri. Mancanza di area relax nella zona wellness (no lettini, solo una panca di legno). Mancavano i bicchieri per bere l'acqua nell'area wellness (presente il distributore dell'acqua).

• T.Sidoti (8/5): Struttura confortevole e pulita. Personale disponibile e che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. - Location bellissima, immerso nel verde a due passi da Feltre. Parcheggio interno comodo, silenziosissima. La stanza è confortevole, completa di TV, letto matrimoniale comodo ma composto da due materassi singoli. Ottimi i libretti guida con gli itinerari e le cose da vedere/visitare del posto e delle montagne circostanti. Il bagno è risultato pulito: è cieco, ma l'aspiratore funziona a dovere. Benissimo l'apertura della doccia che permette un agevole accesso anche alle persone più "in carne". Ottimo il wifi e l'elenco dei locali e dei luoghi dove pranzare/cenare. I vialetti di accesso sono realizzati tutti in ghiaietto, mentre sarebbe utile predisporre almeno un pedonale che dal parcheggio sino all'ingresso in struttura sia realizzato con blocchetti/piastrelle o similari: chi è in sedia a rotelle o ha valigie con le ruote adesso non le riesce ad utilizzare. Scale: l'ingresso in struttura, alle camere ed alle sale è mediante scale. L'aspiratore del bagno dovrebbe accendersi automaticamente quando si accende la luce e spegnersi automaticamente con qualche minuto di ritardo quando si spegne la luce, mentre adesso è manuale.
• Davide (10/5): Splendida villa - Ottima esperienza in villa d'epoca ben ristrutturata e funzionale a conduzione familiare. Host gentile e accogliente. Bel parco ben curato. Buona la colazione. Posizione strategica per visitare Feltre. Cittadina molto bella e ricca di storia. Pregevole l'iniziativa della card per ingressi gratuiti nei musei cittadini.
• Richard (10/5): Beautiful house and grounds with amazing owners who were perfect hosts. - Loved the house and the grounds. Incredibly stylish decore and design though out allowed us to indulge in our quest to find new and interesting things to look at. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and it was lovely to wonder around taking in the relaxing atmosphere. The Owners were great and very helpful. Ulysse came to pick us up from the train station when we arrived with zero notice. Breakfast was amazing and we were treated as honoured guests. Nothing. It is a bit out of Feltre town (~2.5km) which we walked as taxis were scarce and when we did get one it was expensive. Ulysse did offer to arrange bike hire which in retrospect might have been a good idea. Maybe an idea would be to have bikes to hire at the venue, but this is a minor issue as we lived the walk.
