• Adam (8/5): Good hotel for a short stay - I liked the location. Close to Bangla Road but just far enough away to be able to sleep before 3am. The hotel allow guests with no questions asked. The only issue was the room was small. Just enough room for the bed. The wardrobe was very small, ok for a few days but no good for a week.

• Hamood (7/5): اقامتي في باتونغ بيتش - موقع الفندق ممتاز ولاكن لا يصلح للعوائل الموضفين ودودين جداً اشكرهم على الاتمام بالضيف السعر جداً ممتاز واقامتي كانت قصيره جداً وفي موسم منخفض الغرف ضيقه جداً بالكاد تمشي من من جنب السرير الستائر تحتاج اعادة ترتيب لأنها بعيده عن النوافذ فبالتلي الأضاءه تكون قويه في الغرفه (قد يعجب البض وقد لا يعجبه) اصوات الديسكوات يمكنك سماعها من الغرفه لأن الغرفه لا تحتوي على عوازل
• bjorn (5/5): Kan beter - Ruime kamer met goeie uitrustingen. Deur / raam naar het balkon sloot niet volledig af, dat is in zo'n drukke straat toch wel belangrijk als je nog iets van wilt slapen. 1000bath deposit(borg) was nergens vermeld en kon alleen cash voldaan worden.

• Nihat (1/5): In short, the only good thing about it is the location; otherwise, it's a rip-off hotel. - It was just the location that was nice. The rooms are very small, and the staff are only interested in extorting extra money. Although my reservation was originally for Centro Önü Patong, they forced me to book this second hotel. I asked for what was rightfully mine, and they demanded double the price, insisting that I could do whatever I wanted without making a fuss.

Шумоизоляция очень слабая, поскольку отель находится на самой шумной улице Патонга - Бангле Роуд. Весь шум происходящий у вас под окном, слышен в номерах, а это всю ночь ездиющие тук туки с разрывающийся музыкой. Бассейн на крыше очень маленький.

• Ahmed (6/5): passable - Bien située pour se rendre rapidement à Patong, les chambres sont correctes, mais le bruit est tout simplement infernal 24h/24 : c’est le chaos total devant l’hôtel Entre le bruit et la caution de 1 000 baht demandée au check-in, malgré le prix déjà payé, je trouve que ce n’est pas un bon signe. Le fait qu’ils nous aient demandé soit un passeport, soit de payer cette caution en dit long sur la qualité de l’établissement

La posizione è centralissima, nel cuore della vita notturna di Patong: perfetta per chi vuole divertirsi e andare a dormire la mattina presto, ma non adatta a chi cerca tranquillità. Tutti i servizi forniti dalla struttura erano ottimi e hanno reso il soggiorno confortevole. Nel complesso, una buona scelta per chi vuole vivere pienamente la nightlife della zona.
• Issa (5/5): Decent - The location. The staff. Our room was very small. Very weak Wifi in the room The breakfast was on the other branch of the hotel so you have to walk like 200 meters to take it. The breakfast options were limited.
• Arie (3/5): Slecht - Ontbijt was slecht, zeker dat we te plekke er achter kwamen dat het hotel uit 2 delen bestond waarvan het andere deel 300 meter verder weg was waar ook het ontbijt bevond. Als het regende moesten we eerst door de regen voor het ontbijt. Airco's 3 buiten units bij ons voor het raam die veel lawaai maakten, uberhoud wou de airco maar op 3 standen waarbij de laagste staand veeel lawaai maakte, het bed was groter dan het matras en veel te hard, bij het ontbijt stond een koffiemachine uit grootmoeders tijd met filterzakjes waarbij er veel werd gesmeerd. Veel last van lawaai , niet alleen van de airco's maar ook van het verkeer en uitgaans leven.

• Dadullah (7/5): Average - I can rate the location, After booking and I ensured my CC, which was valid in all aspect, but every day before my arrival I was receiving the unnecessarily message from property that it card is not valid, we eye 6 persons in a group and booked 6 rooms with 2 adults, however hotel was alarming us any additional guests you’d have to pay 500 THB more, this was an useless and stupid demand. Although at 11th hrs once we reached hotel, they cancelled our online reservation, but given us rooms with same standards but in spot booking.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room size is relatively small, there is no veranda, and the swimming pool is quite limited in size.

The smell of smoking is excessive, with people smoking in both the lobby and rooms, making it difficult to breathe. Cleaning service is not available during the night, making it difficult to stay if there are any issues with the room. We must wait until tomorrow.

The windows are not of great quality and also ours was not clear so we cannot see the street. It is noisy, but the noise is coming from everywhere so it is heard as uniform roar and one can fall asleep easily.

Even had breakfast in their other hotel every morning, Good selection at the buffet, enjoyed the breakfasts very much. Lovely receptionists, and their laundry service was affordable and convenient. Plenty of massage placed on the street and Banzaan market is just around the corner.. Honestly, enjoyed it more than the other fancy hotel we stayed in with pool access further up the hill in Patong.

The manager refused to refund a duplicate booking, even though Booking.com allowed the cancellation without charge. I had to spend extra money calling Booking’s hotline because they wouldn’t help me. The lack of customer service and disregard for policies was appalling.

Also the breakfast was really nice. The rooms are not 100% soundproof. We could hear the chatter on the streets and people from the next room. As it is a throw stone away from Bangla Road, it was a struggle to get a good night’s sleep.
