- vasyl (8/5): - Гарний чистий номер, все сподобалося. Чиста свіжа постіль. Центр туристична вулиця . В цьому готелі допізна працює ресторан, що дуже зручно . Є сніданки , але я не брав. В цілому позитивні враження, і гарні спогади . В мому номері в стіні щось глухо стукало , 5 хв а потім затихало , проте це мене збудило і в 6,50 включилася пожежна сигналізація . А вона вбудована в ту частину ліжка де подушка .

- Patrizia (9/5): Un breve soggiorno con gentilezza e professionalità - Sicuramente l'accoglienza alla reception è stata ottima, così come la gentilezza della proprietà e del personale durante il soggiorno. Con booking alla prenotazione ho avuto un disguido ma contattandoli telefonicamente hanno saputo trovare subito una soluzione. Siamo stati solo 2 giorni, ma terremo da conto questo hotel per eventuali futuri soggiorni. Unica pecca, se proprio vogliamo trovarne una, è il cappuccino della colazione: in realtà un latte schiumato con una goccia di caffè. Per il resto ottimo l'assortimento di torte e dolcini vari, così come molto buono anche il salato.

- Giulio (6/5): Tutto ok ma con un ma... - Staff cordiale e simpatico, pulizia ottima Sul piano della nostra camera c'era una camera adiacente alla nostra dove soggiornavano dei ragazzi che facevano schiamazzi con urli e bestemmie, facevano un casino indecente e siamo stati costretti a chiamare 2 volte la reception e 1 volta ci siamo pure andati di persona. Lo staff ci ha messo un pó ( 2 ore di puro casino) a sistemare la cosa il che é stato molto seccante. Per il resto tutto ok anche la colazione buona

- Samira (7/5): - Sehr zentral, nettes Personal Bei Regen hat es durch die Decke getropft, wir konnten dann das Zimmer wechseln. Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert.

For the price the room was well equipped and clean.It has a bar/restaurant area downstairs, you can easily have fun there but there are other amazing places in the area. The breakfast was included in the price, every day all the different options were available. I am all in all satisfied with the experince. The room was equipped with two separate beds, would have been nice to have the possibility to have them next to eachother.... but other than that everything was fine.

- Ingrid (6/5): Wir haben das Beste aus unserem Urlaub gemacht 🥳 - Es war Standard, oft bemüht- aber manchmal auch sehr unfreundlich. Sie waren lösungsorientiert - weil wir über booking.com ein familienzimmer gebucht haben und booking com hat aber bei der Hotelbuchung nur Doppelzimmer lt Hotel angezeigt. Bei meiner Buchung stand aber Familienzimmer. Sie haben eingesehen, das man nicht in einen Doppelbett (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) genug Platz hat. Klopapier und Handtücher haben gefehlt- nach urgenz- auch nicht gekommen… Standard familienzimmer ist nicht zu empfehlen- sehr alt. Komfort familienzimmer war dafür gut. Achtung - da es quasi auf der einkaufsstrasse liegt - ist es natürlich sehr laut in der Nacht…

- Gennadii (8/5): - Соотношение цены качество. В плане чистоты все отлично. Завтрак вроде одинаковый, но в наличии выбор колбас 3-4 вида, фруктов 3-4 вида, кондитерских изделий выбор и качество хорошее, яйца и хлопья. Без особых недостатков. Хотелось бы наличие холодильника в номере, всё таки лето!

Best quality price ratio. Sempre molto disponibili e attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Mi sono trovata benissimo, come sempre.

- Jessica (8/5): Wir kommen wieder :) - Top Preis-Leistung, sehr gutes Essen und Frühstück sowie besonders bemühtes Personal ! Die Zimmern sind total komfortabel und reichen für einen Kurzurlaub! Wir kommen wieder :) Sollte man mit Kindern reisen oder nur einen leichten Schlaf haben, dann gleich vorweg um ein Zimmer in Richtung Innenhof bitte ! Wir hatten einen großen Balkon in Richtung Einkaufsstraße, wo es abends auch lauter wurde ! Was uns aber nicht störte !
