- Jusman (7/5): - Sarapan dengan rasa yang baik dengan jumlah menu tersedia cukup memadai. Hotel dan Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Lokasi hotel dekat dari tempat keramaian / wisata. Staf hotel ramah. Sarapan variasi makanan perlu di tingkatkan, selama beberapa hari menginap menu nya sama. Saran, sediakan satu atau dua menu khas bisa jadi nilai plus/ pembeda. Seperti minuman atau makanan khas jogya.

El cuarto de baño para mi es esencial que tenga un mínimo de higiene y tenía moho, la ducha estaba sucia y llena de cal. La tele durante el día como iba por conexión de Internet se paraba, no funcionaba! Solo funcionaba de madrugada. La ubicación perfecta el desayuno más que decente y el personal impresionante!!! Todo lo demás deberían de mejorarlo. Sobre todo la limpieza del baño, dejaba muchísimo que desear y la televisión puedes contar que no las vas a tener... se quedaba congelada todo el rato!!

- Ardhaneswari (4/5): - Die Lage ist top Das Zimmer war okay. Der Lufttrockner scheint allerdings sehr alt zu sein; er ist extrem laut und wirklich störend. Außerdem ist das Zimmer nicht schallisoliert. Als ich dort war, standen viele Leute auf dem Flur und es war sehr laut. Bitte bringt im Flur Schilder an, die die anderen Gäste darauf hinweisen, leise zu sein

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Malioboro Street, with rickshaws waiting outside for around IDR 20k per motor. The staff were very helpful and always full of smiles, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, though it would be even better with minor improvements as some facilities were not in their best condition. I didn’t try the breakfast, but their room service was great — especially the nasi goreng babat. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yogyakarta. -

The laundry service is very handy and not expensive. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our 8 day stay enjoyable. Yes I would recommend this hotel for short stays if your on a budget. The TV reception is a bit hit and miss, comes in through the internet, sometimes unwatchable. The lack of hot hot water in the shower was disappointing, warm showers not our thing, we probably had only 2 days we had to turn from hot to cold, and it didn't seem to matter what time of the day you used the shower.

- Jacki (6/5): A bit of a disappointment - The location is nice. It is close to Malioboro area where there are plenty of shops around. The restaurant was pretty good. The room was spacious. They offer room service but they do not serve alcohol. We had issues with the aircon. The aircon does not cool the room off even though it is set to the lowest setting. I asked them to look at it, but it didn't seem to be a priority for them as it took a long time for technician to even show up to look at it and he never came back to fix it. I asked to switch rooms which luckily they allowed. The new room also had the same issue with the AC so we just dealt with the room being hot. When on the AC also leaks water where we had to put a towel down under it. The shower is very slippery when wet and we slipped multiple times we had to buy shower sandals. Next to the hotel is a mosque I think because at multiple times you can hear a call for prayer. Even at 4:30am. I sleep with ear plugs so it wasn't too bad but I can easily see this being a deal breaker for some people as that alarm is pretty loud and will wake you up if your room is close to it

- martina (6/5): Nel complesso sufficiente ma con ampi margini di miglioramento. - La struttura nel complesso è abbastanza pulita e vicina alla via principale. Sono stati disponibili durante tutto il soggiorno realizzando le nostre richieste. Da migliorare sicuramente la pulizia delle sedie nella sala colazione e nella moquette. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una “rinfrescata”. Banalmente forse basterebbe anche una tinteggiata alle pareti.

De kamer was behoorlijk klein, met z'n tweeën hadden wij eigenlijk niet de ruimte om beide onze koffer open te leggen en hier nog fatsoenlijk omheen te kunnen lopen.

- Albert Jan den (7/5): Eenvoudig maar goed hotel, centraal in het stadwscentrum - Op loopafstand van Malioborostreet en alle belangrijke stads attracties. In rustige straat gelegen. Nette eenvoudige kamer Moest borg betalen voor een extra kamerdeur-kaart ( je krijgt er standaard maar 1). Dit heb ik nog nooit in een hotel meegemaakt.

Masakannya hambar, staff reseptionis kurang ramah, waktu check in jam 14, saat sarapan saya mau pakai meja makan, di bawah meja ada yang kotor, saya sdh minta tolong waitres tuk bersihkan, jawabnya "sebentar ya", lalu pergi tdk balik2 lg, waitres ke 2 juga begitu, waitres ke 3 jg begitu jawbanya sama, pdahal dia cuma tinggal jongkok aja tuk ambil tisu2 yg berserakan di meja..staft tdk ramah seperti satf hotel pada umumnya.
