• Don (7/5): I needed a place to sleep for the night and this motel provided everything I needed. - I did not have breakfast. Left Very Early. It was a cold night, and it took quite a while for the wall Heater to Warm up the room. The staff was of the problem and to set the thermostat to a high degree so it would heat quicker.

Location was sorta strange- off Route 66, the area was run-down, and you could clearly see revitalization happening in other parts of the town/across the freeway, so if you wanted food or groceries, you had to drive around. Cute dog park nearby. Door didnt seem very sturdy- I kept my luggage propped up against it. Random and unknown spots of wet carpet near bathroom area.

• Drew (4/5): My room smelled like a stockyard - The price was cheap. You get what you pay for on this one. It had a fridge and microwave(dirty, of course). The room smelled like cow excrement... I wish I was exaggerating, but it was a very strong odor. The toilet had urine down the front of it, the shower worked poorly, and the front windows were broken, so they couldn't be locked up securely. Even for a value room, this one was nasty. The guys up front said it is under new management, but they have some serious work to do on that place. It's a nice touch that even the fan and picture on the wall are screwed down.

• Rick (2/5): unfortunate - The 2 gentleman who checked me in were very nice. I asked for an extra pillow and some ice and they brought them within minutes. That's where it stops. The toilet was broken, it ran all night long. The bed was sunken and very uncomfortable. One of the towels had blood on it. It was obvious the room had not been used in a while. No coffee maker, or ice machine. Room was just outright dirty! See above comments.

If on a hot day I don't know if the AC will be able to keep up they do have a fan on the table that does help. At least they have a little mini fridge. I'd still go back. It was worth the price.

• John (8/5): Very Good Experience. - This is one of the best 'budget motels' I've ever stayed at. The 2 hosts at front desk were most pleasant, accommodated our requests willingly, and the parking for our RV was perfect. Our room (not modern or fancy) was very comfortable, clean and roomy. It was a great one night stop along I40 in Gallup. We will be going back here again for repeat visit. P.S. Bring your own favorite shampoo etc.

Certainly no 5-star resort but the room was decently clean, a/c was loud but worked very well, & the overnight stay was quiet & uneventful, although the room did vibrate when the train passes by (quietly though: felt kind of like an earthquake but no noise). The lady at the front desk was also nice & helpful—I accidentally booked the wrong room type but she switched us for no additional charge. I know other reviews mentioned not having fridge or microwave but both were present in our room.

• Mariyon (2/5): - Even charging $10 per night to my companion “the service dog” As cleaning charge. Room was dirty, toilet paper was handed on check-in. However there was nothing in the room, only two sets of hand and bath towels. No blankets, only a thin sheet and very light bed cover. Around 11pm, power went off, then outage afterwards. No heater, no lightings, moreover no announcement for emergency situation. Frozen snowy weather outside, needed to wrap ourselves with clothes. No one at the office to conduct the awful situation. Checked out early to get out from icy room. Every hotel website should notify of this fact to all costumers.
• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Old school motel with a real key!! Ok, it has some Bates Motel vibes but I loved it. The lady is super nice, the bed is comfortable, it's nice and quiet, the area feels safe, and it's perfect for a good night's sleep. It's not luxurious but for the price, there's nothing to complain about
