- Maureen (2/5): - NO HOT WATER AFTER A 12 hour day of travel and being exhausted. Hotel would not even offer me a complimentary breakfast for my hassles of no hotel water! I hope no gringos waste their money staying here! Horrible customer service!
- Lisa (8/5): - Check in was smooth. I chose this hotel due to close proximity to the airport, however staff shared that although the hotel is a 9 minute walk, it's best to take a $5 taxi. I paid way more than I intended. Especially hotel tax added on and I was forced to pay for breakfast while making reservation that I will not be able to take advantage of due to early flight.

- scott a (4/5): Non-responsive staff I would not recommend - I tried multiple times to get a hold of this hotel and so did hotels.com before we arrived and they do not respond. We had to make a minor change and they made things very difficult

Additionally, the front desk staff should inspect the rooms after guests check out. This was the first time I noticed this issue. The rrst looks good

Sin embargo, ahora han implementado “demasiados controles”: Las llaves de acceso a las habitaciones se bloquean, el internet lo dan por cada equipo y tiene un límite de tiempo. Por otro lado, las opciones de desayuno eran mejor antes. No están pendientes de abrir el garaje cuando uno llega. No hay agua caliente. El teléfono de la habitación no valía. Pedí una plancha y nunca fueron a retirarla de la habitación. El personal nuevo no están amigable como el anterior.

Our waiter didn’t speak very much English (which wasn’t surprising), but he got our orders right, and practiced his English on us, which was delightful. Advertise breakfast ( charged me ) transportation to the airport same thing they charged me at the airport costed me 5 they charged me more … charge me $35 per person and the buffet is horrible !!! They served left over from the the previous days . A room for 6 they only had one towel.. they overcharged me over $225. Please do not go there you better with other choices at the airport . I only stayed 5 hours at the hotel. We try to contacted them weeks before and they never responded me . Please go somewhere else

We used the airport transfer both times and had no issues. Food is great and has a variety of options. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
