They say they are remodeling but the new rooms still - The only good thing about this hotel was the location The rooms are very small and not worth the price you pay. They make you put a 500 peso deposit for a room that's already expensive. The coffee in the eating area is always old

• Emmanuel (7/5): bien pero mal la informacion de Booking.com al mometo de la reservacion decepcion - muy buena la atencion de recepcion y solucionan rapido algun incomveniente que tienes en la habitacion que hubo metiras en la reservacion pues yo reserve habitacion con 2 camas y llegando al hotel resulta que solo es de una cama, en recepcion dicen que booking.com tiene falla en su oferta, decepcion..

• steven (6/5): Over all a good stay . - The staff was always amazing, been going for many years, everyone is like family to me . With all the nice upgrades they have done , I feel that the pillows are extremely old and very flat with No support whatsoever. It’s been the same issue for at least 10 years i have been staying there. Plus for the first time there were pets allowed, the room next to mine on Second floor had a dog screaming and barking for hours on a Sunday. Since when have pets been allowed?

• Trang (6/5): Old and reliable - Comfortable clean room with tile floors and glass shower divider. The reception area is outdated with 2 empty refrigerators and miscellaneous decorative items and posters. Ignore that. There’s a great rooftop with a good view. I was told the hostel on the rooftop is the last one in TJ🚓 You cannot beat the location
• Virginia (10/5): - Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with th great restaurants and many food vendors around, and shopping within walking distance.. Lovely breakfast room with coffee and tea. I really enjoy the terrace and the kitchen on the terrace. The views up there are spectacular and there are beautiful plants blooming. It's nice and cool up there.

La chica de housekeping..me pidió mi llave para querer abrir otro cuarto lo cual se hizo muy sospechoso. .. no lo pudo abrir. Logico.. Definitivamente no me gusto.. No volvería a hospedarme ahí..

• Angela (4/5): - I was placed on the 4th floor. I was not aware there's a hostel on the floor above. Lots of noise from furniture moving late at night/ early in the morning and playing loud music. Housekeeping was great, very friendly and helpful.

• Luis (4/5): - The room was clean and nice to have microwave and fridge in the room. The air conditioner was leaking water just on top of the microwave. The maintenance guy is nice but is the only one. Plus you need to ring a bell every time you go out and in.

Price was just right for my budget. no comment i could not find anything wrong with the place. I think it was awesome. would stay there again.

• Dolores (8/5): Overnight stay - It was good, hotel has an elevator, room was good, plenty of hot water in morning, Luke warm water in late PM. The only thing that was concerning to me as a solo female was that there was no looking hole on door nor latch to open door securely when someone knocks and you don’t want to open the door all the way. Other than that, it was all good

• Andrew (4/5): - It was like a run down motel 6 holes in the ceiling no heat old windows and bed. I turned around and got a hotel a different hotel after I saw the room. I have had better $5 hour rooms in Tijuana. If you know what I’m saying 😂

• Jason (6/5): - The burden learns more comfortable and clean. Showerhead plenty of hot water lots of pressure. Being on the third floor with no elevator could’ve been better. I am building a cabinet at 8 AM in the hallway with a hammer and a saw was not appreciated on a sleeping kind of day. It will do but it wouldn’t be hard to do better.
