- CONNIE (10/5): Rest and relax. - Location, and the physical property is very pretty. It was a windy day so we enjoyed the large breakfast area to play games and watch the world go by with all the windows.

- William (8/5): Convenient for Great Basin - Location
- DeAnn (9/5): -
- Alexey (9/5): Great hotel to spend a night on the road! - Outdoor patio area, gym, proximity to I-15, local restaurant, some great Utah hiking locations, overall value was waiting at reception for check-in for a while
- Christina (8/5): -
- Jill (8/5): - Comfy beds, good linens. Very dark in parking area. Toilet very low for adults.
- April (8/5): It’s a motel. - Decent for a motel. I didn’t realize it was a motel. Very loud outside.
- Cara (10/5): - Everything about the room and the staff. Very pleasant people and comfy room. Not a motel problem, but the road racing outside was a nuisance.
- August (10/5): Was a short walk to Drybar Comedy Club. - Covered parking garage.
Music was played by the pool and hot tub.
Room was very relaxing with a couch, coffee table.
But the # 1 thing we like best was the late check out time of Noon. Breakfast hours could have been extended.
- kayla (8/5): Was a quick overnight stop while driving through. Worked well for us. - Clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Dated/worn rooms.
- Kenneth (10/5): Amazingly delightful - Beautiful garden area to sit around, open music, fire pit outside to calm. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone in our picky group. Nothing, it was wonderful.
- Ronald (8/5): -
- Joseph (9/5): The facility was clean, comfortable and close to the highway but far enough that it was quiet. - Everything about this facility was. The breakfast in the morning was very well set. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- Van (10/5): It was good - Every thing was fine
- robert (10/5): -
- CONNIE (10/5): Great location, great value - We spent several hours in the lobby area where the fireplace was turned on, and we could see the windows to the world and just played our card games
- JoAnn (9/5): -
- Denise (8/5): - Location and nice property. Breakfast wasn't very good
- Rebekah (10/5): Great accommodations for our family of 7 on the way to CA. - There was a good variety of options at breakfast, even for those of us that are vegan and vegetarian. We all went away full and happy. The rooms have adequate space and don't feel too crammed. It is conveniently located off of the freeway. It is a clean and nicely decorated facility. We always stop here when we are going on a roadtrip to CA. They are a great hotel and reasonably priced. The fruit at the breakfast buffet could have used to be a bit fresher. Also, a longer breakfast time would be nice.
- Ron (8/5): - Outside entry to the room
- William (9/5): Lovely place to stay. - We weren't able to enjoy the breakfast, as we had plans away from the property. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is well taken care of. The fire pit on the property was amazing, but it seemed like there was a private party going on and we felt unwelcome. There is a mandarin restaurant on the property and an antique store that was fun to browse thru. The toilets are very old and very low. As senior citizens with bad backs and knees I would request an ADA room in the future.
- jdmcdm (6/5): Might want to get breakfast elsewhere, but clean decent place to stay. - Well, not so sure this hotel deserves the rating it has. Cleanliness, & front desk help were good. The room (2 queens) was spacious, but as other reviewers said, dated. The biggest issue I saw was the breakfast. I do travel a great deal and stay at BW, Hilton properties and Holiday Inn's so I am comparing to other hotels for sure. The coffee was lousy, the cereal choices were mostly sugary and only cows milk available, the fruit literally floats on liquid and has to be chased around to spoon up, the bread is about the cheapest they can purchase, eggs inedible due to saltiness. There is a yogurt machine and waffle maker which I did not try. I try to eat a healthy breakfast, today it was a skinny piece of "wheat" wonder bread like toast with peanut butter and an over ripe banana. The only reason I detailed all of this is so that hopefully management at BW can make some corrections. These are all simple fixes.
- K'Terrioun (10/5): - I liked how the room was spacious N/a
- Thomas (5/5): Do better than Best, Western.😖 - Location, quiet from road noise Noisy mechanical system
Could hear other rooms taking showers
Toilet undersized
Mattress too soft
Additional training for front desk staff
- Jeanine (8/5): Good service; quiet, clean. Good breakfast variety. - Right in the heart of the downtown area.
- Irene (10/5): - Quite clean room. Nothing fancy but nice.
- Donna (10/5): - The hotel is very clean and kept up very well. The grounds were lovely. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options. We liked everything!
- James (7/5): -
- Blair (6/5): - Room was clean, a little dated, breakfast didnt look great so we went out to eat.
- KaerukunZ (10/5): Great place to stay the night. - I have stayed at this location many times, and always find it a pleasure. Staff if very friendly, and the rooms are very comfortable.
- Pamela (10/5): Fantastic! - Beautiful facility. So many amenities. Games, Garden, park across the street, BbQ next door N/a
- Alan (10/5): -
- Malia (10/5): - Great check in, comfy bed, good breakfast
- john (10/5): - Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff.
- John (8/5): - Clean
- Judy (6/5): Thankful close to Shakespeare play. Sad that it had to be so expensive. - Liked the breakfast. Elevator awesome for outdoor entry. Nice to have Chinese food close. There was no bible in drawer. Likely I brought my own.
- tiger803 (7/5): - 位置,附近有中督厅 卫生间管道声,隔音差
- Donna (10/5): - This was an excellent place to stay. Would highly recommend it! Clean and convenient to eating places. Staff was very friendly!
- paul (10/5): - Great staff, good breakfast centrally located
- Lissa (6/5): - Mmmmkmmm no
- Adam (8/5): - The hotel was really cute with a firepit, live music in the evenings and vegetable gardens for kids to look at. The rooms were average, but clean overall. The bathrooms need to be updated badly. But shower was hot, airconditioner worked well. Overall a good property.
- Williams (10/5): Excelllent in everyway - Room great and clean. Nothing
- J2444JSbrentb (8/5): Good experience just eat breakfast elsewhere. - Very professional desk help. Room very clean , spacious , slept good. Quiet and amenities worked great. Breakfast was bland , no omelets, plain salty scrambled eggs. Gravy was watery thin as if from a package with no sausage bits in it. Hardly any choices. Someone had hung clothes out to dry outside their room on the second floor just above the office , but it didn't bother me.
- Nolwenn (9/5): -
- Melanie (7/5): -
- Judith and Stan (9/5): - There is much to be said about the service, quality of the grounds and facilities, and location. The breakfast was not great. The fruit was frozen when served, the eggs were not great, the yogurt was limited to a bland flavor...you get the message. Staff was very nice so it was not about them.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Property was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Mike (7/5): Good not great - Nice place, bath and vanity area very small. AC quiet. Great breakfast area and food Bath room snd vanity too small for two.
- Linda (10/5): Highly Recommended - The hotel was spotless & staff so pleasant. Rooms were clean & well stocked & beds were very comfortable. Outside area is charming. Breakfast was everything you could need. We would never stay anywhere else in Cedar City
- James (8/5): - A great experience. The staff, particularly the young lady at the front desk, was friendly, helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had and a hotel.
- Esther (10/5): -
- Stan (8/5): A good choice overall. - This is a nice, attractive hotel convenient to the Shakespeare Festival. The breakfast is standard fare -- scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, breads and cereals. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, but the A/C unit is very noisy and seems to struggle to keep the temperature down.
- Lizzy (6/5): Fijne plek, goed ontbijt, aardige staff - Locatie Geur van de afvoer in de badkamer
- C.R. (9/5): We like the property. Been staying here for over12 years. - Good location and very clean. The “free hot breakfast “are not that good.
- bonniewC8343EW (10/5): the perfect hotel - our stay perfect. the room was clean big and quiet. very beautiful grounds convenient to walking to restaurants and grocery store. staff was friendly and professional.
- Mark (10/5): - We have stayed at Best Western a number of times when visiting Cedar City. We are always taken care of expertly by staff. It is walking distance to SUU where we enjoy the Shakespeare Festival. We have enjoyed our stay each time and have never experienced a negative situation.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable and quiet - Easy check-in, reasonably comfortable bed. The room itself was clean, though dark color hotel carpets leave us wondering. Our room was quiet even though it was located next to the elevator. Breakfast is the standard hotel "breakfast included" fare, with the exception that the coffee is brewed fresh for each cup.
- Janet (10/5): -
- Mary (10/5): - Great stay for the Shakespeare Festival. Close, convenient. Good breakfast. I missed having a swimming pool and hot tub, but all else was great.
- Edwin (8/5): -
- Ryley (10/5): - Good location. Convenient
- cd68046 (8/5): Location Location Location - If you are hiking Cedar Breaks, Zion or Bryce Canyon, this is a great location. We had a room in the main building with an interior entrance right off the lobby/breakfast room/fitness center and even with all the traffic, the room was quiet. Our room also had an outside door to the patio, garden, splash pad, a neat alternative to a seasonal swimming pool. We found the room well appointed, clean with everything working in working order. There is a Chinese restaurant and antique shop attached and other restaurants, shops and city park within easy walking distance. The front desk staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
- Kimberly (10/5): - Queen beds were comfy and had 4 pillows each. Check-in was fast and easy, as a link was provided to enter key info.
- Robert (9/5): - Location is perfect for us. A friendly welcome would have been appreciated from Lindsay, at Reception, or even a smile???
AC was like an airplane coming through the room, toilet didn't flush without holding down the handle and counting to thirty!!
- Mary (10/5): - We had an excellent stay while we were attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Clean and convenient. Loved the vegetable garden. Good fitness center. Only two disappointments: No bacon was offered at the otherwise good breakfasts and no swimming pool, which was a bummer. Otherwise, all good.
- Terry (10/5): -
- E4683KYdawnc (10/5): Great Stay! - This Best Western Plus had beautifully clean rooms, the back garden/patio/fire pit area/ with gardens was such a nice atmosphere to sit in and also look out from our room window. The workout room was the most well equipped we have seen in hotels. Breakfast was delicious. Great stay!
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Great stay! The courtyard area was beautiful. I wish our stay had been longer, so we would have had the time to enjoy it more.
- Gayle (10/5): - There was breakfast in the morning and coffee available all day
- Mercedes (10/5): Amazing staff, great location, and great value - The Best Western Plus was great! The staff was courteous, the location was amazing, and I enjoyed my time there.
- Dreamer49182672393 (10/5): Perfect after that long(ish) drive - Awesome little hotel close to just about everything you could need. They have a nice little garden that's perfect for walking around after a long drive, three restaurants are right nearby and parking is almost directly in front of your room. Added bonus is moving your luggage about using one of their carts always results in a small static shock, which I thought was kinda fun.
- José Luis (10/5): - Easy to find, good room, good staff
- Linda (10/5): - Very nice stay!
- Julie (10/5): - Clean. Helpful staff.
- Patricia A O (8/5): Great place to stay for the Shakespeare Theater - The hotel is new, comfortable, and well located near a nice park and playground as well as restaurants and the Utah Shakespeare Theatre. It has a little garden, a splash pad, guest laundry, vending machines, and office equipment, but no swimming pool. Breakfast is included.
- Janet (9/5): Clean and Quiet - My room was clean and very quiet. The breakfast was very good. There was good water pressure in the shower. There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.
- Stephen (8/5): Very clean, reliable hotel. Excellent location: walking distance to Shakespeare Festival and Main St - Quality of the breakfast .
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (10/5): My favorite stay in Cedar City - Comfortable, friendly and clean. Within walking distance of the Shakespeare Festival. Front desk staff was exceptionally patient with my elderly mother. We will definitely be returning. Thanks!
- Ryan (10/5): A bit pricey for a Best Western but facility was clean, well thought out and well run. - Clean with friendly staff. Instead of a pool the facility had a beautiful fire pit seating area and live music. There is also an incredibly well maintained vegetable and herb garden and on our way back from our day’s activities we were met by Bradley who shared info and let us taste many of his lettuces and herbs. That made for a really nice end for our evening. Would have liked some softer pillows.
- Fitzsimmons (10/5): Exceptional -
