• Mario (4/5): - Le personnel de la réception était très gentil et m’a permis de faire le check-in à midi au lieu de 14h. Cependant, on m’a réveillé plusieurs fois alors que j’étais assis dans le lobby avec les yeux fermés, en disant qu’il était interdit d’y dormir, alors que je n’étais pas allongé. La chambre (Cabrio) est très petite, sans placard ni espace de travail, et la salle de bain avait une odeur désagréable (rancie). Il n’y avait pas non plus de sèche-cheveux. Les couloirs sentaient également mauvais, probablement à cause des douches communes pour les autres chambres. L’emplacement est correct : un Carrefour se trouve juste en face, à une minute à pied, et un Decathlon à environ cinq minutes. Le quartier n’est pas très propre, mais il reste assez facile de rejoindre le centre de Paris. Globalement, c’est convenable pour une nuit, mais je ne le recommanderais pas pour un séjour plus long.

• Reverend Guy Didier (2/5): - I am not going to tell lies. I am going to be honest. A. I booked my hotel room, which I paid for, to have a toilet as well as a shower room included. But after arriving at the reception, I was denied my rights by the staff as well as the manager. B. Despite not having my room for which I paid for, I was proposed to move with two days to a room that should have the missing facilities above stated. I was a little bit happy. But on the second day when I asked for my move, I was once again denied and forced to remain in the same room. C. The hotel facilities, such as the toilet, were always wet on the floor and on the toilet itself. No hand-washing facilities inside the toilet. I have to use a toilet tissue to dry the toilet, but not the floor. The floor was every time like a rained. D. Customer services at the hotel's reception, on my arrival, there was one very arrogant, impolite, speaking with no manners. Disrespectful. He refused to write my title, Reverend, despite having in his hands my British Passport, which had my title printed on it. E. Health and safety have no place. Despite having the hotel equipped with CCTV, during my stay, there were two luggage left unattended in the lift, which could have caused all the hotel residents to be evacuated. It would have been one of the highest alerts to bless our French Police with. F. Staff are not competent, and the most on them is the manager and one receptionist. Please do not get motivated to go stay there. It is not safe.
• Timo (8/5): - Kleines Zimmer mit eigenem Bad für Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Kein Föhn im Zimmer oder an der Rezeption. Bad ist sehr eng. Frühstück war gut. Auswahl war 1 Stern Hotel entsprechend, aber geschmacklich in Ordnung.

• David (6/5): Passable for the money - For the price it wasn't terrible, but they hide the fact that it's a shared bathroom situation deep in the description rather than making it foremost in the title like other places.. We didn't expect shared bathroom at time of booking. Moreover, the showers are unpleasant to use due to non-articulating shower heads and tempremental temperature control either scalding you or freezing you. Not all bad though, they let us borrow their vacuum cleaner to pack some clothes. And Location is ok. 3 stars overall

• Alexander (10/5): - Hotel F1 was a perfect place for my stay in Paris. It is just literally outside of Paris, which means you’re away from the insane tourist crowds (and prices) of places like the Eiffel tower, Louvre, and what have you, but all those places are a quick and cheap metro ride away. The location instead is in a more “real” (if you will) part of Paris, where local life and atmosphere can be observed more authentically. You are close to wonderful neighborhoods, cuisine, and people that are off the beaten path for a stereotypical tourist visiting the city of light. The hotel itself was perfect for what it is: a straightforward crash pad that allows you to see the city for cheap. The front desk people were SUPER kind and helpful. The room was very small and bare bones, but it was quiet, comfortable, and charmingly decorated. The bed was rather firm (maybe this is common in Europe?) but perfect for my liking. I would stay here again!
• Joan (2/5): - Me ofrecieron dos habitación súper sucia, al momento del check in, la persona quería darnos una habitación con olor fuerte a Marihuana, el cual le reclame, porque andaba con un niño de 6 años, más un adulto de 60 años. Le reclama que me diera otras habitaciones lo cual se rehúso, le pedí hablar con la manager porque el nada de lo que le estaba solicitando le importaba, y solamente me dijo: Si quieren se pueden ir, pero ya el hotel cobró su dinero. Lo cual procedimos hacer otra reserva y gastar más dinero en otro lugar, luego estuve llamando todos los dias para lograr comunicarme con la manager y nada, nisiquiera contestaban el teléfono. Me cobraron la estadías, NUNCA HICE CHECK IN, y me cargaron todo el dinero. y peor aún, Reclame mi dinero y le expliqué la situación a Expedía y tampoco hicieron nada. Es un martrato total.

The receptionist told me this when I arrived, which indicated that the hotel themselves know this is not upfront information (and it definitely should be). • Geraldine (8/5): A pleasant surprise! - This was our first time staying at an F1 hotel, so we were unsure of what to expect. Plus, this was the first time either of us had booked a hotel where the bathroom was not in the room with us. We were both pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and each time we went to the bathroom, or to have a shower the rooms were clean and tidy. My expectation for F1 hotels was greatly increased by this hotel. The location was a bit remote from many of the places we went to see in Paris, but the metro was only a 5 minute or less walk away. There was a market not far from the hotel, but we were so busy doing touristy things we did not have a chance to go there. I like that there was someone at the desk 24/7, so that if you need assistance for anything, someone was there. There were snack machines in the lobby & various food options not far from the hotel.

• cécile (6/5): - Hôtel pas loin du métro et à prix raisonnable pour Paris. Mais quartier pas top la nuit. Pas de Clim dans la chambre, il faisait 35 degrés dehors la journée et pareil pour dormir. Et tellement bruyant dans la rue qu’on ne pouvait pas dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte… Heureusement l’accueil était parfait et personnel très agréable.

Parecia tudo sujo, quartos pequenos e sem o mínimo de privacidade. Não me senti segura nem no hostel nem no bairro o qual foi abordada por 3 homens de moto.

Located far away from the city centre but with transports nearby (about 40 minutes on the underground/metro to the city centre). Breakfast at the property was awful and very expensive for just bread and coffee and some cereals.

• Flor Angela (10/5): Comfortable stay - It totally worth it, nice and friendly staff, they allowed us an early check-in without any charge, which was very convenient to have some rest after a long trip. The showers are pretty organized and convenient as well as the toilets which were always clean, despite those are not located in the bedroom they are quiet and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and neat so we could sleep very well, highly recommend it :)

Die Toiletten- & Duschkabinen wurden regelmäßig mit dem Hochdruckreiniger abgespritzt, es war ständig alles nass. Beim Frühstück war ich überrascht das es keine Wurst oder Käse gab. Es gab Marmelade, Nutella und Obstsalat. Hat mir leider nicht gefallen und ich würde nicht nochmal wieder kommen.

• richard (8/5): Did the job at a great price - Stayed 2 nights in an Ensuite room. Room was tiny as was the bathroom, literally no room to unpack our suitcase. However it was clean, quiet and the shower was good. Also there was parking under the hotel for just 10e a day. Overall excellent value if just wanting basic accommodation.

• Mariam (6/5): - Small room with no bathroom on it. Not being mentioned at all So was big bad surprise For us. Location of the hotel is not bad as it is next transport and shopping
• Christine (6/5): - I didn’t know my room didn’t include the bathroom: toilette and shower! This was not my standard, but the staff was nice and it was calm.
• Philippe (8/5): On reviendra - Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous descendons au F1 Paris Porte de Montreuil, c'est presque notre hôtel de référence quand nous descendons sur Paris, et si nous y revenons c'est que nous en sommes satisfaits. Nous les provinciaux quand nous descendons sur la capitale ce n'est pas pour passer notre temps en chambre. Les chambres sont correctes, les petit déjeuner sont satisfaisant, l'emplacement est à proximité des métros Porte de Montreuil ou Robespierre, très pratique pour nos déplacements, les tarifs du parking sont plus que convenables. Les personnels à l'accueil et en salle à manger sont agréables. Le seul bémol c'est le bruit dans les couloirs quand il y a des bus scolaires, mais bon il faut bien que jeunesse se passe et pour minuit les bruits s'arrêtent.
• larissa (10/5): Muito bom - A estadia foi tranquilo, o hotel limpo e organizado apesar do banheiro compartilhado, os atendentes muito simpático, porém o hotel fica longe do centro e em bairro popular, mas pra quem sabe andar de metrô é tranquilo, pois a linha do trem passa a uns 100mts, mas no geral gostei e ficaria novamente, pois vale o custo benefício.

• Chamsia (8/5): Sympathique ! - J’avais beaucoup apprécié l’accueil à notre arrivée à l’hôtel, la chambre était vraiment agréable et confortable. Mes enfants et moi sommes restés 4 jours à profiter de notre séjour mais aussi de notre lit d’hôtel. Merci 🙏

• ANDRE (10/5): Revoir Paris - 2ème séjour d'une semaine au Formule1 de la porte de Montreuil. Bus 57 depuis Austerlitz. Il manque d'un petit meuble ou des étagères pour ranger ses affaires. Prix raisonnable.
