• Andy (3/5): Untrustworthy pricing, hidden fees, and inconsistent policies—taking my business elsewhere - the room is sexy, plenty of amenities, and the tv was HD and huge I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and unfortunately, I can no longer trust their pricing practices. They charge extra for weekends and events, which is understandable, but there are hidden fees that aren’t disclosed upfront. If you’re American or book online, expect to be hit with a "security deposit" at the gate—which isn’t included in the total price when you pay online. The first time I stayed, this wasn’t an issue, but during my second visit, they suddenly required a deposit. Initially, they told me it was $25 USD, but then they changed the price to $50 USD without explanation. This inconsistency and lack of transparency are deal breakers for me. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
