- Larry (8/5): Nice hotel. But I'll get a place closer to the action next time unless I drive to Mexicali. - The room was modern, Plenty of hot water. You get no room key. Someone has to let you in and out of your room every time you leave. A real pain if you stay a few days and didn't drive like I did. If you do have your car, it's not so bad. You pull up to the gate, give them your room number, and a friendly staff member comes to open your private garage. There is no restaurant, no bar, or no coffee shop as advertised. The only food and morning coffee available is by room service. The location is fine if you have your car. On foot, there is no place to eat within walking distance. The staff was really nice for as many times as I bugged them to let me in and out.

- Jose (8/5): - I booked this Motel for convenience since it was a walking distance where I was going to visit my mother at a rest house, to my surprise this Motel had abnormal rules and regulations, firstly I could not see the receptionist when I checked in, I only talked to her thru a dark glass and a mic and I was asked to deposit $500 pesos, they didn't offer a key for my room, I went through the car garage to get into my room, I could see that this was a Motel for sex encounters mainly, they offered sex toys for sale and had 3 porn channels in TV. The room was very clean and convenient, Motel offered good food and beverages. Neighborhood feel unsafe to walk at night.

The rooms are entered by driving in to the one car garage and entering the room. The Motel is new, modern, and well kept. The rooms are very clean and I found the mattress comfortable.

The front desk called me at 2am and said that I have to pay again because my time has ran out, WTF... my check out was slated for the next day at noon! Do not stay here! No management to talk to. Go elsewhere.

- Kirsty (7/5): Good - Clean and facilities fine. The employee was behind a blacked out screen so we did not see them at all, very unpleasant. They insisted on a cash deposit on arrival. Once in the compound we had no key to get in and out of our room. We did not know in advance that this was designed as a discrete place to go for sex - this should be made clear on Booking.com.

- Alex (2/5): - This place is more of a place where you would take your date for the night. Expedia said children are ok, but the sex toy menu on the counter says different. They have hourly room rentals, no front desk just a person on the opposite end of a one way glass that checks you in. You do not get keys to your room. They open the garage to your room and when you leave you let them know so they can close it.

The room was clean but good luck with hot water there’s enough for one person at best. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. But honestly the biggest complaint was just the staff and you better have some that speaks Spanish in your group which we did but they where very difficult to talk to and hide behind a mirrored glass wall, very strange place

Yelling at us saying we didnt have any money in our acct when it was their front desk clerks mistake. So embarassing. The TV and DVD player didnt work properly. The towels we nasty and frayed. The room was freezing cold with no heater. I waited an hour for a piece of cheese cake from room service that never came. I ordered it again and waited 30min only to get it delivered frozen solid and inetible.Total waste of money. The room had a garage door which was your only way in or out from your room thats controled by an incompetent front desk clerk. We waited 20min more than once just to get back into our room. At 2am. my had husband gone to the store and left the garage door half open so he could get back in. Next thing i get a loud obnoxious knocking at the room door asking about the garage door. I mean come on the whole idea of this place is suposed to be about your privacy. It was the complete oposite. DONT STAY HERE!!!! ITS A RIP OFF!!!

Forget about calling room service unless you want to wait 1&1/2 hours for it to show up frozen. You cant lock your door and the staff have total access to your room when ever they want. Not cool. Its not worth spending the extra money to stay here. Way over priced for what you get.

It’s a perfect place for couples to get away and enjoy each other. Customer service is excellent. Anything you need is a phone call away no need to leave your room.
