• Dauna (4/5): - Basic cabin with squeaky bed, loud air conditioner and small frig. I guess we hoped for better, but we're on an adventure of the UT Mighty Five and location was convenient.

The sheets were stained, which made it hard to feel comfortable sleeping there. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and far from relaxing. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a clean or comfortable stay.

• kent (6/5): Magic Lights turn on by themselves LOL - The cabins are fun but the beds were a little squeeky. Also the ceiling fan light turned on by itself in the evening and then again at 7:26 a.m. (we were all still trying to sleep). Turns out the ceiling fan remotes in the cabins all use the same channel/frequency so our neighbors were turning our lights on/off at the same time as their cabin lights.

• Jeffrey (4/5): Not great - The room was not very clean. It did not look like it had been cleaned recently. The ceiling fan had a lot of dust on it. Coffee pot had not been cleaned.

• Joyce (2/5): - This property looked abandoned. The porches were broken. Safety did not appear to be a concern. Broken beds. Smoke alarms were removed. We moved cabins to find the new one did not have a smoke alarm. Power was glitching and the excuse was a previous fire in the area.

• Jessica (8/5): - Cabin was sufficient for our one-night stay. Small and not a lot of extras but clean and convenient. Nice free breakfast at the hotel across the street and staff was nice.
• Karen (2/5): Nightmare in Tropic - The first cabin was in poor condition and the a/c not working. The second one had cobwebs and the bed spring cover was torn and sticking out from under the bed. When I saw a tick on the pillow, that was it! We checked out. They refused a refund, but it was so uninhabitable I could not stay. Hotels.com tried on our behalf, but no go. Hotels has given us a $25 credit and I appreciate their effort. In all the year I have used Hotels.com this is the first poor review I have posted.

• Ronald (4/5): - The pictures were a bit deceiving. Very noisy A/C, bad design at the sink/wash area. Far less room than most hotel rooms due to design/furniture choices. Beds were not good (all 4 of us didn't sleep well). Would not stay again for the price.

• jodie (8/5): Cute - Cute cabins in a non-descript parking lot. Comfy bed and clean. The shower was the letdown. Very small and ran out of hot water very quickly. Breakfast was across the street at a hotel and was satisfactory.

• Michelle (4/5): It’s ok - The cabin was clean, and housekeeping dumped our garbage daily and provided clean towels. However, the headboards and footboards will barely held on by L brackets. The mattresses sink in the middle and the springs squeak as you move. It’s a small room and bathroom. You could fit 4 adults in there but not comfortably. The ceiling fan light didn’t work and we didn’t have control of the fan speed. There was a remote but, it didn’t work. The air conditioning unit in the wall is loud, sounds like you’re in a small airplane. We had to raise our voices to talk. If you are just staying over night and mainly there to hike. It’s fine.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Perfect for the night - Everything was clean and housekeeping came by everyday to replace towels with clean ones and dump out our trash. However the layout of the room was weird. Felt like I had to tip toe over to the fridge to place anything inside. Fridge was on top of the dresser and the bed was slightly next to the dresser blocking the draws. It was no easily accessible without having to shuffle. The chairs in the room need be fix, they are wobbly felt like it would give out any time . The shower getting in is slipper ,so watch your step. Other than that it was good stay. Perfect for someone looking a place to stay for the night and it was good price.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Both my husband and I had a hard time moving around in the stand up shower. We are both tall and broad shouldered. Trash was picked up but bed was not made. My sister and her husband had a hard time shutting the door at night in their cabin. They propped a chair against the door because there was no latch.

Fan light would turn on by itself in the wee hours of the morning. I would never recommend this property. I don’t know how it got an 8 out of 10.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The cabin was clean and the shower had good hot water. The beds were less than average. The problem was the window unit for ac and heat. It rattled so loudly, that it was impossible to sleep with the unit on. There was nobody available after 9 pm to switch our cabin.
• David (8/5): Bryce valley - you check in across the street i stayed during the slower season so not many people there which was good..... some items need to be repaired like boards on rails on front porch... but in a very good location
• Dana (2/5): - Dirty floor, had to stand on a plastic bag to change clothes. Tile floor at sink and bath filthy. Wash and hand towels old and stained. Sheets old with yellow stains. One brown stain. Remote held together with a bandaid. Dirty, crushed tissue box on nightstand. Mattress so sagging and lumpy hard to turn or get up, made terrible noises. Worst stay of my life.
• Mary Jane (4/5): - The cabin was cute & roomy. However, figuring out lights & fan was a bit of a chore. We were never able to connect to the internet in order for the tv (or our phones) to work. Being in a totally unfamiliar part of the country weather conditions would have been nice. If we crossed the road we were able to get phones to work. We did report the problem twice at the office but nothing was ever done.

• Silvia (10/5): Pleasant Surprise - Booking online is like playing roulette-you never know what will come up. Consequently, I was delighted when I checked into Bryce Valley lodging. It exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that the two large and comfy beds hindered free movement. Otherwise, near perfection.
• Jamie (8/5): Quaint and Cozy Cabins - Check in process was easy. The front desk at the sister hotel across the street was very friendly and helpful. The internet was not working the first night and they kindly reset the router for us. Our shower was old and the water handle broke, so they gave us keys to a different cabin to shower in. It was slightly inconvenient, but they were very apologetic and accommodating once the issue was brought to their attention. This is the second time I have stayed here, and despite those issues I would return. The price is right. The cabins are clean and in walking distance of food and coffee in town. They are a 15 min drive from Bryce Canyon and a perfect place to stay for any outdoorsy type person. Nothing fancy, but I like the vibe as I am a hiker and like to be out in nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great place to stay - We loved our cute little cabin. Very comfortable and clean. The property gave us instructions on how to check in. The property itself seems pretty dated, however, it was still a comfortable stay. The place didnt have many amenities but the general store was across the street which was very convenient.
• Amber (8/5): - The mixed reviews here are pretty accurate. First, be aware that there are limited hours for check-in, and check-in is across the street from the cabins. (this may only be an off-season thing). We were notified of this only through Expedia and only once immediately after booking. I would have appreciated another friendly reminder closer to check-in with more detailed information (time, etc). When we checked in, we were handed a set of keys and quickly crossed the street to scope it out and start getting settled in. Unfortunately, the beds were unmade and the cabin had not been cleaned. We returned to the office at the Red Ledges Inn and reported it. The staff was very kind, and moved us to a new cabin. This one was a success. The outside of these cabins are pretty weathered, but inside was acceptable for our quick overnight stay during our visit to Bryce Canyon. We showered, slept well, and made it to the park before sunrise. All in all, it was a convenient location to stay with only a short drive to the park.

• Roxanne (10/5): - Very comfortable cabins with traveller/hiker's essentials: cozy bed, mini fridge, microwave. The cabins have a hybrid heater/AC which is a bit loud for sleep time. Loved that there is a shop with gas accross the street, and a lovely coffee shop.

• Theodore (4/5): Needs major maintenance attention - Without getting into too much detail about the need for updating and maintenance, I would highly suggest looking into one of the newer cabin properties down the street.
• Verified traveler (2/5): ONLY STAY DURING IN-SEASON - They sent us check in instructions, how to get the keys, etc. we get there & there is a sign on the door that says “closed for season”. I got the checkin instructions on Jan 5th, & nothing said closed for season!! So we had to find a new place to stay the day we arrived in Bryce.
• Lisa (2/5): Avoid unless it’s high season - We arrived and tried to check in at the location as instructed. However, that check-in location was still closed for the season. I called both numbers posted on the door: one connected to a central call center for a chain, requiring a code I didn’t have, and the other went to a voicemail that wasn’t set up. I inquired at another lodging and that property manager did not know how to contact the owner. I stopped at a convenience store down the street and a clerk informed me that Bryce Lodging was still closed for the season. She tried to help out me in touch with the owner without luck. My husband drove us back to Bryce Canyon City, and we secured a hotel room with the newly opened Best Western where we had a delightful two-night stay. I realize weather dictates when properties in the area open, but taking reservations months in advance and then not honouring them - and not contacting me prior to my arrival about not being open - is very poor business practice.
• Nick (6/5): - The little cabin was cute. However we had a broken bed frame, a cracked window, a broken bench out front, and the front door looked like a wild animal scratched it to death. Needs painting.
• Ashley (10/5): Clean and cute! - The cabin was cute and simple. Clean and centrally located. Had everything we needed for the night.
• Dorothy (8/5): - Cute cabin, shower could be a little bigger though. Great pizza place right down the road, thanks to the recommendation of the front desk.
• David (6/5): - Shower floor was disgusting. Need to replace rusted and moldy drain. Need to repair dripping shower. No deadbolt on door, only a typical residential handle with button to lock.

• Tamara (4/5): - The check-in is across the street in a hotel. The little cabin was not clean. (dirty floor) Cramped. The coffee maker was broken; we walked across the road to the hotel that checked us in and received another. Back in our cabin, the ‘new’ one spewed over the counter. Walked back across the street and were given a new in box one. Also asked for towels (none in room) and let them know the tv was only static. The ceiling fan is on remote/timer that randomly sounds an alarm and turns on the overhead light. (not awesome to have happen at 2 am) We won’t stay here again.
• Jon (4/5): - Toilet had dark ring around inside of bowl. Spiderwebs hanging from ceiling, and stain on pillowcase.
• Mike (6/5): - The cabin was probably the most affordable in the area. The cabin is in need of maintenance. The front door was very hard to close, the A/C was loud and the shower was so small it was like being in an MRI. The TV didn’t work and when I reported it they said they call the maintenance guy. He never came and when ask again I was basically ignored. Would not recommend this property
• Ilisa (8/5): - The person doing check-in was a few minutes late opening the office, so we had to wait a bit, but otherwise check-in was fast and easy. The WiFi kept cutting in and out, which was inconvenient.

Very small shower, rust stained toilet, and a very loud air conditioning unit were not ideal. Went in with very average expectations and the room met those. It was fine for a one night stay.

• Scott (2/5): Dont stay at this place! - The light outside wouldn't turn on unless you held the switch on the inside in one certin spot(fire hazard). Door was all broke up, could barely open or close it. Bed was absolutely horrible and the whole place smelled like an ash tray.
