- Pha (10/5): Excellent service, great location, a very relaxing place to stay - The girls at reception were amazing! At first I thought they spoke English, as my initial interactions with luggage storage and checking in went flawlessly, but later when I had a question about the laundry room, they had to figure out what I was asking and how to resolve my issue. They went out of their way to help me out and showed me exactly where to go and what to do without hesitation and for that, I am grateful. My room was huge with 2 double beds and a large, modern bathroom with electronic toilet. Loved the view outside! Not exactly the center of town, but lovely to see. Location was walking distance to a lot of stores and eateries, so easy access to everything. Wasn't expecting the room to be cleaned the following morning (I stayed 2 nights), as I set up my own clothes line to hang up the stuff I washed the night before, as well as having my travel gear sprawled out on the other bed. Not really a negative, just that I would have tidied up a little more if I knew the room would be cleaned and sheets replaced during my stay.

- Claudia (8/5): 隔音真的太太太太太差了 - 整個晚上都被四周不同間的小孩哭鬧聲包圍 另一半無法入睡 而我是深眠的人 但早上是被超大哭聲嚇醒的 可以理解是親子友善旅店 但麻煩加強一下隔音吧 然後房間內窗戶貼了全霧面 完全沒有窗景 房內會有一點壓迫感

- Douglas (7/5): Not a good hotel for the money - Well located. Lousy breakfast for westerners. Decent coffee, tasteless eggs with consistency of gruel, and a few slices of stale bread. No pastries. No juice. Lots of choices for Asian-style breakfast. Room was cold and drafty and there was nothing we could do about it. Air conditioning was entirely in the hotel’s control. Our thermostat was useless.

- Dorota (8/5): A good choice for a short stay in Chiayi - A decent hotel for a short stay in Chiayi. It's located next to the train station and within walking distance to the food market. The room was spacious and clean. Nothing, for that price there was hardly anything more to expect

- 朱慧燕 (8/5): - 離嘉義火車站近，交通方便 旅館建築很新，安靜 服務人員很親切，還升級給我們兩個大床，房間寬敞 簡式早餐，但感覺蠻豐富的 衛浴間沒插座，必須在房間使用吹風機，房間只提供一個移動的小鏡子 沒衣櫃，很簡單在牆上設置兩個橫桿，放數個衣架 希望浴室有個小架子，可放自備的清潔用品

- 志遠 (8/5): - 整體環境不錯，房間夠大跟乾淨，衛浴設備不錯，入房前退房後可以寄放行李很方便，早餐較為簡單 服務人員不熱情，早上就到飯店，但無法辦理入住，出去逛完超過10點半才到飯店辦理入住，結果大門鎖住（因為飯店的規定，10點後要靠房卡感應進入），員工就直直盯著住客，過3、4分鐘才開門，如果一開始就讓房客拿取房卡不就好了，再者既然員工暫離櫃檯，有說明可以打電話，但為何手機留在櫃檯，那留手機號碼有何意義，下次去嘉義不會回住

- CHUEN-GUANG (8/5): 地理位置佳，CP值不高。 - 位置佳距火車站走路6-7分鐘，交通便利，距市美術館3分鐘。房間清潔明亮，升等雙人房至四人房（對二人空間寬敞對四人有點小）。 無衣櫃僅一小衣架，停車需計費（外包給停車場），是否有早餐要問清楚。
