• Darwin Jr (7/5): - It was close to the station and there are many restaurants around the area including some convenient stores. I also enjoyed the amenities and the selection of food during breakfast as compared to other non-APA hotel. I have stayed in other APA Hotels before and as I expected, you barely have any extra space in the room. I was also frustrated when they missed to make up my room.

• Tomoko (3/5): - Location When I need to be away for a couple of days during the stay, they don`t store my luggage and ask me to use the coin locker but the suitcases don't fit so I had to send them to my friends and then send them back to the hotel. VERY incovenient. Don't understand why they do that. I hate those services they don't offer for the customer and are not on the customer side, so not customer-focused.

• fumiko (8/5): 部屋で電子タバコを吸わないで下さい　禁煙なのでルールを守って下さい - 共同の少し広めのお風呂があった　巣鴨駅から徒歩3-4分くらいでホテルに着く　アパホテル全体にあるが、浴衣スタイルの部屋着もある　 部屋で電子タバコを吸うと、隣の部屋や共有部分に 有害な空気が流れて来るので、部屋で電子タバコを吸わないで下さい　今回こちらはそれほどひどいルール違反の客は比較的いませんでしたが…　どうしても喫煙したい人は全館禁煙のホテルに泊まるべきではないです。喫煙出来るホテルは他に沢山有ります。

• Vazquez (5/5): - Hello, During my recent stay, I discovered what seems to be some type carpet beetle larvae on my bed sheets and dirty underwear underneath my bed. This is a serious hygiene issue and does not meet basic cleanliness standards. This incident occurred on my last day with you guys, i notified the staff on my way out while checking out. I will attach photos regarding the issue. I am requesting a partial refund due to this experience. Please let me know how this can be resolved. Thank you.

• 瀧本 (9/5): これがあれば快適 - booking.comを使用して宿泊したので、少し宿泊時に時間がかかったが丁寧に対応して貰ったので気にならなかった。 ポットが簡易的なので、お湯を沸かしたら30分後には冷め始めたので、連泊する人用に保温出来るポットがあれば完璧だった。

• Urška (9/5): - The hotel has everything one needs for a comfortable stay: hairbrush, rasor, cottonbuds, instant coffee provided every day, kettle, toiletries … This is my 4th time there and I will definitely return. The rooms are small but this is known from the start and the ratio quality : price is excellent - so this is just to mention, nothing negative meant by it.

They also left additional towels and yukata on the door for the 2nd night. If the window had a fly screen, it would be better. This is to prevent mosquitos etc.
