• sonia (10/5): Great hotel - Super safe and clean hotel. Only bad part was that the shower door was very hard to open and close. I ordered a corn dog and it was over heated in the microwave and wasn’t that great. But beside that my stay was pleasant.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - It is an older hotel, but very well taken care of. You park in a courtyard with cameras keeping an eye on it. We felt very safe there. The rooms are large & very clean. Beds were comfortable. It is right off the #1, so very convenient to everything.

• M (8/5): Hot water! - The water would get really hot then cold and then really hot again. So that was the only real problem with this room.

• M (6/5): - Staffing was helpful and accommodating especially at checkin. My Spanish was bad but front desk clerk made efforts to understand me. There were three different female front desk attendee during my stay and all were polite. Noise level within the hotel at night was very quiet except for those guess with no consideraction to others who may be already sleeping—banging doors, loud footsteps, loud tv or music. Outside noise was also tolerable at night. Club music at 1am-3am was tolerable and negligible. As for the room: Door knob and lock felt doubtful it could hold off against forced entry. Dead bolt mechanism just barely turned to add security to the door. Once I entered the room the floor carpet felt spongy. Walking barefoot on it the bottom of my feet became dirty. I went to use the toilet and discovered the knob was not connected to the chain to be able to flush it. My entire stay I had to leave toilet reservoir open to be able to pull on the chain directly to flush the toilet. Housekeeping came in the middle of my stay to clean the room. Housekeeping returned the reservoir cover of the toilet back so I figured hotel management would have been informed of that. In the shower, water pressure was great. Hot water was a decent scolding temperature but not blistering. It did take close to a minute wait for water to get hot. The pipe the shower head is attached to is very loose. I was afraid it would shoot out of the wall at anytime while I showered. But it didn’t.

• Ivonne (8/5): - Hotel was withing walking distance to most anything needed and the Malecon too. Only thing needed badly was an ac unit or at least a swamp cooler and a screen door. Other than that it was good for the price.
• Natalie (6/5): Spacious but old - We had the family suite and while it was nice that there were three rooms and four queen beds, only having one bathroom between six people wasn’t the greatest. Also, the walls are reallllllly thin—woke up at 5:00 am from people yelling and roosters crowing. Room was pretty old and in desperate need of updates, but it was decently clean and the beds were comfortable. No matter how many times we went to the office to ask for help with the WiFi it wouldn’t work, which was really inconvenient. Definitely passable for the price, but I don’t know that I’d be eager to come back.

• Lui (6/5): Nice hotel close to main streets - Fast check in at 2:30 in the morning. I was in my room within minutes already sleeping. The bed was a king size bed, but felt bigger. The pillows were uncomfortable. No AC, and the curtains would not stay completely close. For the price is ok.

• barrie (8/5): You get what you pay for. - Very nice for the price. A bit loud as other guests were yelling and partying through the night. Pity the management never got them to be quieter (both nights)
• david (8/5): No-tell Hotel. - They need more regular channels, and you should probably qualify this place as an 'adult' hotel. Not really a place to bring kids. But for me as an adult male, it was fine for $21/night.
• george (4/5): poor staff - hotel very noisy the garage door opened and closed all night. only way in and out from the street. staff did not pay attantions as cars wanted to come in or out so we had to sound the car horn . front desk staff not friendly spent most time on cell phone not paying attention to guests needs. A fight bloke out that lasted about 20 minuts in the miffle of the night near the front desk area no one from the staff came out to assist. Had to go thereception to let them know and they did nothing more then ask what room the guests were staying in. did not manage guests needs and didnot care what was going on in the hotel.
• tania (2/5): Dirty - Receptionists are unfriendly almost rude. We stayed in the family suite which was very spacious but DIRTY. Towels were yellow not white. The walls looked so dirty, dust everywhere. You get what you pay for.
• Don (8/5): Better than you would expect for the price - This is an amazing room for a very low price. It is just off of the main tourist street. So it is quite but still very close to the action. The only negative is that bed is too firm. That's pretty typical of hotels around here though.
