• Lucas (10/5): - Incredible place designed by a host who thought of every possible thing you might need for your stay. I was unbelievably surprised by every resource at our disposal, letting us only ever worry about food while also making sure to give precise and constant information of every small detail about Venice a tourist might not know, from scams to noticeable or important locations. The employee who greeted us was incredibly respectful, gave us location to a nearby market and even took time to help us off-duty so we could be assured on the return of our deposit. I will certainly be inclined to choose it once more should I return.

I so appreciated this as it was our first time in Venice and I was worried about finding it. He also gave us great recommendations. They have thought of everything here! Zeer autoriteire mensen deze eigenaren. Uiterst onvriendelijk en onbuigzaam. Bij het boeken zei ik dat ik uit het ziekenhuis kwam, we hadden 1 dag enkele uren verkeerd doorgegeven en daar wilden ze niks van horen, bon geen probleem, het was uiteindelijk mijn fout. Bij aankomst zag de dame in kwestie mijn krukken, maakte er een opmerking over om uiteindelijk ons te begeleiden naar ons appartement zonder nog 1x om te kijken ging ze er al snelwandelend heen, ik moest er achteraan strompelen als een hond. 0 begrip, 0 menselijkheid. Geen aanrader!!!
• Łukasz (10/5): - Bardzo fajna komunikacja z Carlą. To niesamowita osoba, otwarta, pomocna i serdeczna. Dzięki wszystkim wskazówkom od Carli dotarcie z Piazzale Roma do obiektu (przystań vaporetto San Samuele), odbyła się gładko i bez stresu (to była nasza pierwsza wizyta w Wenecji). Carla czekała na nas na przystanku vaporetto i udzieliła wielu praktycznych wskazówek. Czuliśmy się oczekiwani i serdecznie przywitani. Mieszkanie w tym pułapie cenowym wyróżnia się pozytywnie na tle innych ofert metrażem oraz wykończeniem (jasne, brak ciężkich, niskich i ciemnych drewnianych sufitów oraz stylizowanych na surowe mury ścian). Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, w tym dostępne podstawowe przyprawy, kawa, herbata i wielka butla schłodzonej wody + pyszne ciasteczka z Burano (zjedzone jeszcze w dniu przyjazdu ;)). W łazience komplet kosmetyków, łącznie ze szczoteczkami do zębów i pastą. W innych opiniach była informacja, że klimatyzacja w lokalu (dwie osobne jednostki - w pokoju dziennym i sypialni) pracuje dość głośno. Faktycznie, urządzenia zintegrowane bez agregatu na zewnątrz budynku mogą wydawać się głośne, ale mieliśmy na to sposób - po powrocie wieczornym do apartamentu, wystarczy schłodzić oba pomieszczenia i wyłączyć klimatyzację przed snem, a na noc otworzyć na oścież okna w pokoju dziennym i sypialni. Szybko można poczuć lekki, komfortowy przeciąg trwający całą noc. W lokalu można podłączyć się w bardzo łatwy sposób do sieci WiFi (kod QR bez wpisywania hasła), by mieć dostęp do szybkiego Internetu światłowodowego. Z apartamentu można dotrzeć wygodnie do wszystkich atrakcji, piechotą lub vaporetto. W okolicy spora liczba lokali gastronomicznych.
• Roman (10/5): Bardzo chętnie wrócę tam za rok :) - Przemiła i bardzo pomocna Carla, która dodatkowo musiała sobie poradzić z moim słabym angielskim :) No i oczywiście kawa! Pyszna kawa z expresu - zapas wystarczający na cały nasz pobyt. Piękne obrazy na ścianach, gustowne, jak i cały wystrój apartamentu. Małym mankamentem były okna, które wychodziły na ściany innych budynków. Podczas upałów ma to też swoje plusy.

• Faye (9/5): Lovely apartment in perfect location - Well furnished, spacious flat in a quiet area and great access to Rialto, San Marco, Canareggio, Accademia. Our host, Carla, was absolutely brilliant - helpful, rapid comms, and met us at the vaporetto stop to guide us to the accommodation. I can't praise her enough! Good provision of kitchen and bathroom supplies (tho if you are like me, with sensitive skin, take your own, as the shampoo etc has no ingredients shown). Very comfortable and elegant. High quality towels and bedding and - hurrah! - a range of pillows. Good kitchen, so you can take advantage of the nearest supermarket (10 mins away) and Rialto fish market. The AC unit in the bedroom is too noisy to use at night - just as other reviewers have said - due to on/off compressor noise. You can try earplugs, use only the lounge unit, or if cool enough, you can open the windows (they have insect nets :) . No other issues.
• Anita (4/5): Disappointing stay. - The photos show a bright apartment which looks quite modern but it was dark and old fashioned. It states to leave the windows shut but our bathroom window had been left open on arrival so there were numerous mosquitoes in every room. The stairs were steep leading to the apartment door. We were also told to take out our own rubbish to the bins.

• Zuleide (10/5): Literaly heaven! - We liked everything! The location is perfect, the apartment was clean and everything very organized. All items for daily use available and in good conditions. Very good toiletry kits (even ear plugs and sewing kit!) Carla from the staff helped us since I booked the unit and was VERY helpful all the way to checkout. She gave us tips that were very helpful and went to the waterbus station to pick us up upon our arrival. The checkin/checkout is pretty easy and all automated. Working air conditioner, great shower, I could not be more happier! If we come back to Venice, this is the place we will look for. It is not that I did not like it, just a tip: the windows are tricky to open/close. Just make sure to ask the person checking you in to show you how it works.

Just a few minutes walk from the San Samuele vaporesso stop was ideal for getting into the heart of Venice. Rooms were clean, modern and homey. The staff was really communicative and picked you up right from the boat stop. The apartment had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Only gripe was that the coffee machine had some scaling in it so opted not to use it. Not a bad thing especially if you want to get your espresso fix at nearby caffès.

There was everything we needed for our stay in Venice. Towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, shaver, umbrellas, coffee, air-con and tips from the host. The location was great. There could have been a couple of thinner pillows as well. I travelled with a friend and we slept on the same bed and shared one large sheet. For friends, maybe two separate sheets would be more suitable. Then again, we did not mention that we are traveling as friends. We also had some trouble with the lock of the front door, but that was our own mistake, as we are not familiar with the mid-european door knobs and locks. Ask thorough instructions from the host and film it to ur smartphone, so there can be no mistakes about the rotation directions and so on. 🙏

Quiet location, but not too far of a walk from anywhere you’d want to go. They provided detailed instructions on getting to the apartment from the train station and even met us at the vaporetto stop to walk us to the apartment and go over details. Loved having a washing machine, able to dry clothes on the line. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend. N/A

Easy communication via whatsapp. But you have to be on time as host is waiting for you on site, so no flexibility here Great location. The appartment was quite dated for what we paid. Old mats on the floor looked dated and not clean. Better without. If you look at the photos of the appartment onliine it seems to be an incredibly bright place which is not the case. The truth is that the pictures are overimposed. The appartment is actually very dark (which may be normal for Venice given the limited space between buildings and window size. )

The apartment is in a very good location for exploring the major landmarks of Venice. The apartment is on the second floor and can only be reached by narrow stairs. This poses difficulties for carrying luggage to and from the apartment and for access by some persons, particularly the elderly. The internet password was unnecessarily long.

Firstly pre stay, Veronica provided us with information on transportation, route from ferry terminal to apartment, details on city tax - you couldn’t ask for a more friendly host. A lovely member of staff met us at the apartment and went through everything we may need to know for our stay which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was lovely with everything you could ever need for your stay - this definitely exceeded our expectations. We stayed at this apartment from the 10th till 13th of March with my husband. It was my present to him for his birthday. And of course I was a litle bit worried if he would like the appartment that I had chosen. But to say that we liked is to say nothing. The apartment was WOW. Here is the list why: 1. Perfect organization. The hostess Veronica sent us detailed instructions how to get to the place. Her colleague met us and gave us the keys with explanation how to use them. 2. Veronica prepared for us a bottle of cold Prosecco as a compliment for the birthday of my husband. It was so nice to have a glass of it after the flight)) 3. Perfect location. In the center but in a quiet place. 3 minutes to Ponte dell'Accademia, 5 minutes to Piazza di San Marco, 7 minutes to Ponte di Rialto. 4. The kitchen has all necessary equipment and utensils if you plan to cook yourself. For us the most important thing was a coffee machine with Lavazza capsules. As my husband is Italian his morning must srtart with espresso)) 5. In bedroom there is a big comfortable bed with warm blanket and cozy pillows. Smart TV is available if you plan to spend evening at home. 6. In bathroom you can find shampoo, hair conditioner, body cream, shower gel, hairdryer and even hair straightener. 7. Very soft bathrobes and sleepers are better than in some hotels. 6. Everything was extremely clean. What to tell else? Higly recommended for visit!

• Lynn (10/5): our host gave us step by step instructions on how to find the rental and greeted us on arrival. we loved it! - Fabulous! we were very close to St. Mark Square. The area was quite quite at night and Venice is only about 5 kms wide and quite walkable. we loved the location, the cool breeze through the apartment, comfort and amenities. The only surprise is that it was up on the third floor with suitcases and required stairs.
