- Aedin (8/5): - I was happy with my stay here. The property and surrounding areas are wonderful. We wanted to eat dinner at the property but because the telephones were not being answered we could not get confirmation on the availability of dinner. On reviewing the website it stated that there was no reception and you had to contact them 24hours before admission with your arrival time - I hadn't contacted them with an arrival time so this did lead to unnecessary stress and I began to question if anyone would be a there to check us in. We I found out there was no reception which is a basic I assumed a restaurant would be out of the question. For this reason we ate in the local town to avoid the risk of unnecessary taxis over and back. The room was wonderful but we were above the dinning room so it was quiet loud in the evening/bed time due to dinner service/cleaning & setting up for breakfast. The jets in the shower dont work but water leaks from the jets affecting the main shower pressure, I would recommend having that removed and replaced by a standard shower which will have reasonable pressure. Although there are some pointers above it really is a wonderful guesthouse we had a lovely stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending or returning to stay.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel con Ratones gratis!!! - El personal que te recibe en el hotel es muy amable. El hotel en general está muy sucio a la vista... Además traíamos barras energéticas en nuestras maletas, las cuales amanecieron todas roídas y comidas por los ratones

Falta mejorar las zonas exteriores para poder disfrutar mas del entorno y ofecer productos de la zona en comidas. La ducha es mejorable. Se oye bastante el ruido de las habitaciones vecinas.
- Maria (8/5): Casa rural sin vistas - Es una casa rural sin vistas dentro de un pueblo chiquito, no hay nada de ocio, está a 1, 8 km del camino de Santiago que se hacen interminables, al día siguiente nos acercaron en coche al Camino. Limpieza en la habitación y las camas muy cómodas.
- M Carmen (4/5): Confinados entre vaquerias - El hotel está ubicado en medio de vaquerias, el olor es horrible, lleno de moscas. Te ves obligado a estar encerrado en la habitación. La comida improvisada por la persona que regenta el hotel estaba muy buena.
- peregrina (10/5): Home sweet home - This was one of our favorite stays on the Camino. A taxi service was provided from the Camino trail free of charge. Isabel cooked us a delicious homemade meal for dinner and breakfast. She was absolutely lovely. highly recommend
- Monica (10/5): Came with a chef! - We were surprised for many reasons: The four of us were the only ones staying that night. We had a cook to ourselves for both dinner and breakfast. The most space-age showers we'd ever seen. It wasn't really in Arzua. They sent a taxi to pick us up! It was a phenomenal change from our usual accommodations on the Camino. Worth every cent and not expensive at all. Fabulous.

La peor experienca - The worst experience/ la peor experiencia We wait for 1 hour to someone to open the hotel, they ask to cancel the reservation in order not tocome to open ,but it was already paid and not possible to get the money back,we where the only guest any a while so it was pretty dirty. La peor experiencia,se tardaron una hr en llega a abrirnos y nos pidieron q cancelaramos la reservacion para no tener q ir,per ya estaba prepagada y no era rembolsable,lo cual contestaron : ese es su problema, el lugar estaba muy sucio pues eramos los unicos cientes en mucho tiempo, esta muy alejado de Arzua y el trato es el deplorable
- Dietmar (8/5): Angenehme Abwechslung - Während des Jacobsweges war das Hotel für mich eine willkommene Erholung von den Übernachtungen in den Herbergen. Es liegt zwar sehr abseits und einsam und ist zu Fuß keinesfalls erreichbar - der angebotene kostenlose Shuttle-Service hat jedoch problemlos funktioniert. Im Hotel spricht zwar niemand eine andere Sprache als Spanisch, dies ist jedoch kein Problem, denn die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin weiß sich mit Handyübersetzungen zu helfen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko: Der Schallschutz ist so gering, dass man den Zimmernachbarn schnarchen hört, als wäre man im Schlafsaal der Herberge.
