The highlight of my stay was the morning breakfast—she prepared the most delicious spread with plenty of options. It felt like a warm, home-cooked treat and was such a incredible way to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Saskatoon!

Rose, the hostess, is a lovely, kind, generous soul and is very welcoming. She has a no fuss no muss B&B offering traditional and tasty breakfasts! I ended up staying 2 extra nights due to weather and though family offered sleeping space, I stayed put because of location, the comfort, I felt safe and I enjoyed my interaction with Rose. She is a gem!

Rose talked about her life and asked about ours.. there were 4 of us staying there.. we could walk into the kitchen as she was making breakfast.. chat with her there.. she sat at the table and ate an excellent breakfast with us.. we were allowed complete freedom to come and go as we please.. no curfew or set times.. our own key to the front door. I would gladly stay there again.. thank you Rose.

The owner, Rose, is the perfect hostess; she is warm and friendly and makes you feel instantly at home. This was my second stay at this home and it certainly won't be my last / on this trip my husband was with me and he was as impressed as I was!

My only concern, being a very tall person, is that the bathroom mirror was too low for me to use. However, they do have a smaller second bathroom, but with less countertop space. - Manas (10/5): Excellent overnight stay! - Was passing through the town on a long inter-provincial drive, and booked the room only the night before. Very reasonable price and better than the motels/inns/hotels in the town. Rose called and emailed to confirm the booking and the check-in time. She stayed up till 11pm for me be ale to check-in, finish the paperwork and get the payment out of the way. The room was very comfortable. Towels and robe was provided in the room, while soap, shampoo was available in the washroom. She even pointed out the shaving kit if I needed one. The bed, blanket and linens were crisp and comfortable. The breakfast next morning was freshly made, scrumptious and a delight. Rose and I even had a nice chat (beyond small talk). It was an excellent stay and my first foray into B&B's. Whenever passing thought Saskatoon, I'll be sure to look up Rose's B&B.
