- Nathan (10/5): - Honestly the best holiday I’ve been on for years. The Accomodation was affordable, adult friendly with the pool too it was great. I even missed my flight on way out to Menorca so ended up getting a later one which meant I arrived like 6 hours after check in time. So I contacted the property via phone. My Spanish wasn’t great so I didn’t get far but the property’s agent/owner (Sandra) was great she called me back, emailed me and whatsapped me the details to check in out of hours. So honestly I won’t just be coming to Menorca again but I will be booking the same Accomodation. 5 stars ***** I would give 6 if I could!

También tuvimos que pedir más toallas, porque estaban llenas de manchas. Aunque nos cambiaron de apartamento, ambos eran de calidad cuestionable.

- Howard (6/5): Basic apartment. Nice clean complex - Arrived late. Apartment basic but clean. We found it lacking in some very basic requirements that have just been overlooked No kettle, couldn’t get the hob or the tv to work. Wasn’t really a problem for us as we were only there for one night. Complex though was very clean and quiet with a lovely pool.

- DIDIER (8/5): conforme et calme - Passé une nuit pour décompresser apres le Cami de Cavalls l'endroit est agréable et tres calme, la piscine grande, l'appartement spacieux. Seul reproche: la literie est trés dure et les lits ressemblent plus à des lits d'appoint qu'à un véritable ensemble literie.

- Mathilde (8/5): Bon séjour ! - De séjour à minorque au mois de mai, nous avons décidé de posé nos valises à CALA BLANES dans les appartements Sant Joan. Nous étions dans un petit appartement au RDC avec terrasse, cuisine équipée, piscine collective, bar. Arrivés le dimanche, la réception était fermée mais explications claires et code d'entrée données par mail la veille de notre arrivée. Appartement : -propre -calme et bien situé à la cala en blanes. -ciutadella à 5 kms ainsi que d'autres plages mais prévoir moyen de locomotion. - village familial

- Christophe (6/5): Ensemble moyen - Pas d’information à l’arrivée. Nous avons appelé les gérants qui nous ont donné un code de la boîte à clés, nous n’apprécions pas cette pratique. Appartement coquet maïs finalement pas si propre qu’il n’y paraît. Par contre, la literie était parfaite.

Les lits sont confortables. Les abords et la piscine bien entretenus . Accès à pied à de jolies criques . Rapport lieu, qualité, prix excellents. Je recommande .

Seul un ventilateur est prévu, dommage… Le changement de serviette tous les 3 jours est assez contraignant et n est pas mentionné sur votre site. De plus, il y a un point horaire à revoir entre votre site et la réception. Nous avons été nombreux à attendre pour le check in .

- Maria Laura (8/5): Mucho calor - El apartamento bien, bastante tranquilo, en una zona buena, lo unico malo es el calor por las noche para dormir, al no tener aire acondicionado hace bastante calor.
- Sahema (6/5): 0 atención al cliente - El apartamento en sí está muy bien, por la localización (al lado tenéis Cala N Forcat precioso), tiene terraza la piscina es increíble y además cuenta con un bar abajo. El problema es la comunicación. Llegas a la recepción a hacer el check in y no te atiende nadie, te dicen los del bar que tienes que llamar a la 'jefa' a un teléfono que no contesta. Cuando te contesta y te dice la habitación que tienes las llaves están dentro y no mantienes conversación con ella en ningún momento. Lo peor de todo es que cuando la llamas no contesta, pero si llama la del bar o la de la limpieza delante tuyo lo coge... Hay muchas hormigas en el apartamento si sois escrupulosos no lo recomiendo. La del bar es un amor y se tiene que comer toda la mala organización de los apartamentos, una lástima.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Posizione abbastanza comoda, vicina alla spiaggia e ben collegata con Ciutadella dal bus, da cui poi è facile raggiungere molti posti di minorca. Piscina e giardino carini e ben tenuti. Punto negativo la pulizia che è molto superficiale e non adeguata al prezzo pagato (ad esempio il frigo trovato sporco all'inizio e rimasto tale anche dopo la pulizia settimanale). La spiaggia vicina non è così bella da giustificare da sola il prezzo dell'appartamento. Tutto sommato bene ma non benissimo.

- Fernando (4/5): - No sé porqué motivo tuvimos que pagar un servicio de limpieza que no estaba incluido en el precio, según el establecimiento Expedia no incluye este incremento del precio, muy mala sensación nada más llegar de vacaciones, creyendo que tenemos todo ya pagado y lo primero es pagar un servicio de limpieza de 30 euros por una semana. Luego un armario que tiene el calentador dentro y apesta a humedad, con las mantas dentro,imposible usarlas, sábanas con lamparones y pelos, yo creo que por el precio que pagamos más el incremento del precio por el suplemento de limpieza, podría haber encontrado un sitio mejor. Si utilizó Expedia es por hacer un paquete de todo incluido, deberiais de haber incluido este suplemento en el precio final y así poder decidir si elegir este u otro establecimiento. Mala experiencia en definitiva.

- David (8/5): Muy buena atención! - Los apartamentos están bien aunque un poco anticuados, piscina y zonas comunes bien, localización bien, muy cerca de Ciutadella. Lo mejor sin duda es la atención de Sandra, siempre dispuesta a informar de lo mejor que hacer en la isla.

- christine (8/5): Weekend break - Just come back from a weekend break at these appartments and much better than I was expecting. Check-In was fine we were a little early had to wait about 20 mins for appartment to be ready but that was fine.Once we got our key to the room the lady on reception took us directly to it and even carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs for me .The appartment was basic but very clean with a small balcony with table and chairs disappointed that there was no kettle though this is a basic kitchen item which in my opinion should be supplied as standard.On a plus the beds were extremely comfortable they are quite clearly new memory foam mattresses and a ceiling fan also in the bedroom which meant an excellent nights sleep.The shower in the bathroom was ok and the water temperature luke warm in summer no real issue.The pool area was clean and plenty of loungers pool itself nice and warm as the sun is on it all day.Location good not too far to walk to shops bars and a nice little beach cove area .My only issue was the reception was closed all day on Sunday and when at the pool this meant to use a toilet you had to go to your room which was a bit of a pain and on check out we were leaving at 8am in the morning and no one was around to leave the key with as reception didn't open until 11 am so had to just leave in the door. All in all we had a good stay and would use the appartments again especially as the beds were so comfy.

- Paqui (6/5): - Llegamos a las 20h pq en la reserva ponía check-in entre 16h i 23h. No había nadie, llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que el apartamento estaba abierto y la llave dentro. No vimos a nadie en los días que estuvimos, el último día tuve que llamarlos para ver como pagar lo de la limpieza y las tasas y quisieron cobrarme por 4 personas, cuando eramos solo 2..Al final solo pagué lo que tocaba pq me puse burra. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
- Alexandre (8/5): Beau moment à Sant Joan - En couple,nous recherchions un endroit au calme après une semaine estivale dans la région germanophone de Mallorca.Et surtout sans enfants qui pleuraient et criaient pour un "Ja" ou un "nein".Nous avons été gâté dans cet appart' hôtels où l'accès à la piscine est ouvert en permanence! Jour et nuit! Idéal pour piquer une tête avant ou après s'être rendu dans la petite cala à proximité ou sur une des plages du sud de Minorque. Ciutadella est à proximité ainsi que toutes les échoppes pour boire, manger gras (ou pas) et pour ses petites courses. Le quartier était calme même si l'entrée dans le quartier "dolphines" nous a fait peur, surtout avec l'énorme attraction gonflable "Bart Simpson" qui permettaient à des centaines d'enfant d'entrer par la bouche et de sortir par l'entrée des artistes. Super séjour.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Bien, hay cosas en el anuncio que no corresponden - Lo mejor la ubicación, tienes una cala preciosa al lado (Cala Forcat) y restaurantes y servicios muy cerca. El personal muy atento y servicial ( sobre todo Armand, q se desvive por sus clientes), el área de la piscina muy bien y los apartamentos un poco viejillos pero aceptables, lo mejor los colchones, nuevos y duros.No tienen aire acondicionado, pese a que lo dice el anuncio, tampoco WiFi en los apartamentos, sólo en la zona de piscina y el parking no es privado, se aparca en la calle, aunque no suele haber problemas.
