Parking was okay and room was clean and comfortable. The satellite options on TV were limited, and the TV was not a smart TV so we were unable to mobile options to screen share.

The hotel is located in a cosy leafy safe neighbourhood with close amenities which made it safe to even walk Noisy hall ways as there were many families booked could have done with noisy management of all guess. Lights went out and generator didnt kick in for some time. They should have automatic changover system.

- Farhana (7/5): Self Catering Rondavel - The location is good. Nice area. Rondavel has a walk in closet. Nice little kitchenette with a big fridge/freezer There were spiders in the room. It was quite muddy in the parking area after the rain. They could lay some gravel stones. The rondavel is very dimly lit. I couldn't see well. Possibly change the bulbs to make it brighter. There is a bathtub with a hand shower. If you're used to having a normal upright shower, the hand shower can be quite annoying.

It’s an outdoors feel. They had a cute little play area, a beautiful big area to relax with family and a nice Braai area. A very uniquely decorated spot. I felt at home and comfortable The rooms weren’t stocked with enough cups, sugar and coffee for our stay.. the restaurant service was very bad in my experience. I really didn’t enjoy the restaurant at all.
- Lisa (1/5): - The absolute worst 2 mattresses thrown together in what was classified as the Honeymoon suite. Lumpy with broken springs and you had to lie dead still or else you would get no sleep. Complained the first two nights then gave up. Owners should be ashamed of themselves having guests who have travelled far expected to sleep on a substandard mattress that would not even be suitable for my dogs. Totally unrested after this stay. Never before nationally or internationally have we experienced this shocker. Sad though as the staff were so kind. Not their fault they are asked to present this bed to guests. I did confirm that they had spoken to the owner who they thought may buy a new mattress.

- Nicolette (8/5): A great place for a mini break. - The location was very convenient. I we loved the little houses we stayed in. We had a private section of the garden which was very nice, The bathrooms were clean and functional and the beds were comfortable. The staff went the extra mile and gave us mini fridges for the rooms so we could keep some food in our rooms. I think that the little houses are great, but I would suggest not staying 4 nights like we did. I think a 2 night stay would be sufficient. There was a lot of traffic noise in the early mornings.

- van Der Hammen (8/5): Comfortable sleep in an enchanted forest - Stuck away in a quiet, leafy area of Howick not far from the main road and close to good restaurants and shops. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The setting is lovely, feels like being in an enchanted forest. My second time here, and there will be a third! Breakfast took a long time to arrive as we were on a tight schedule. Quality of the food presented was mediocre.

- Craig (4/5): - Clean, receptionist was very helpful. Room was appointed suitably for the price. The rondawel is located in a parking lot immediatley adjacent to staff accommodation. Vehicles drive around the unit vehicle lights shining into the windows and guests/staff returning late being very loud. A delivey bike arrived and hooted to get attention. Difficult to sleep with all this going on.
- Charmaine (6/5): The car urine smell was terrible!! - Location. I booked 6 rooms. Some of them were good. The standard corporate room smelled like cat urine, it was very unpleasant. The double room’s bed was sunken in. Very noisy, sign said quite after 9pm, but people around were very noisy till 12am.

- Duma (5/5): Positive critics for improvements. - 1. The location 2. Tea and coffee 3. Cleanliness The chalet lacked basic facilities i.e. : 1. The closet/ space to hang clothes 2. Soap holder inside the shower 3. Toilet had very weak pressure when flushing. 4. Couldn't feel the fan 5. Bar fridge (The smallest one, at least)
- Lachman (9/5): Cosy little business/leisure stay - The staff were really accommodating and the location was central. Charming little business/leisure escape. All was good.
- Thabiso (10/5): - Epic, good vibes, nature, a hotel out of pure Windsor. Very comfortable. Would go again. WiFi was very responsive as well. Dinner the previous night took so long that we didn't even bother dining for breakfast the next day. The food was very good tho.

- Petro (8/5): I rested well after a long drive and enjoyed waking up in a lovely environment. - I was on my way to Ballito and after a long drive, the accommodation was very comfortable and pretty with everything needed. I would recommend the establishment. All was fine and comfortable.
