Le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et change d’un jour à l’autre. La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Certains éléments de la chambre commencent à vieillir comme les portes de placard ou de salle de bain. Il serait nécessaire de refaire un coup de neuf pour correspondre au prix de la chambre

The pool and sitting area offered breathtaking views. I’d love to return someday! The only part I didn’t enjoy was the noise during dinner, as some guests were quite loud and didn't really consider others around them, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it’s a beautiful location. Checking out was a bit challenging because I had an early flight, and unfortunately, there was no one at the reception. Thankfully, the security staff were really helpful and managed to assist me. It might be helpful to have someone available on the night shift for situations like this.

- Mohammed (8/5): Fantastic location - The location , the cleanliness, the room was excellent. The staff in the dining room , their service , helpfulness and attitude was very very poor . It’s a shame a 5 star hotel and very poor staff in dining area . The front staff and security staff and management were very polite and positive attitude. You really need new staff in the kitchen , because on 3 separate breakfast days , not one staff was acceptable. All staff encountered had poor attitude and even the food we asked was NOT Acceptable.

They stored our large luggage until we returned 3 days later. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with few amenities close by. The location was fine for guests with a car however we did not have a vehicle. We stayed in both the main section of the hotel and the adjacent building. Both rooms were very nice however we did notice multiple extension cords in the secondary building that made us a little concerned about possible electrical overload.

- Claudia (8/5): Schönes Strandhotel mit kleinen Mängeln ! - Die Unterkunft liegt schön am Strand, jedoch ist es oft windig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool wurde nie benutzt,da ununterbrochen ein Reinigungsschlauch drin war. Die Einrichtung könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen, ist doch schon etwas angewohnt, auch die Möbel im Bad , Dusche waren beschädigt. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Unser Zimmer war über der Küche, was so nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Kleine Gerüche kamen an und zu ins Zimmer.

Neat facilities and clean. No iron available for rooms once ironing service is closed for the day which makes it difficult for those that need ironing done in the evening or very early mornings - especially on late check-in. Breakfast buffet is only from 8am, which is not ideal or suitable for those that have an early morning or is travelling for business and need to leave before 8am. Breakfast buffets normally open at 6am/7am so this was a first time for me. There is an alternate option but there is no variety or selection on the alternate option.

- davidrE9658SK (4/5): Overpriced hotel on beautiful beach - My wife and I paid the equivalent of £250 per night and we stayed 3 nights and in hindsight grossly overpaid. We were shown to our sea view room and immediately thought ..what are we doing here. No plug in the sink, no tissues and two small free bottles of water. Coffee powder and Tea bags provided. NO glass for toothbrush in bathroom ( we used the coffee mugs )or shower cap…..but there was liquid soap shampoo and conditioner. SO very basic. The bed was OK . The breakfast staff were very dozy… I asked for boiled eggs and they came on a flat plate…. No spoon or egg cup which I had to ask for. I got the egg cup but had to use my coffee spoon. On the whole we did like the breakfast.There is NO quality management here. The staff were very pleasant but were amateurs. The situation on this wonderful beach makes up a lot for the visit but, alas, I cannot recommend this hotel and most certainly not at the rates they have set.

- Claudia (9/5): Relaxing im Atlantic Palms - Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und ganz besonders im Restaurant. Speisen wurden dort immer frisch zubereitet und auf Extrawünsche wurde immer eingegangen. Der Blick auf das Meer den Tafelberg ist unbeschreiblich.Wir haben uns 5 Tage sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem Hotel! Die Seashell-Zimmer sind mit Milchglasscheiben versehen. Das bedeutet, dass man keinen Blick nach draußen hat. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in einer Innenkabine. Das ist so auf den Bildern auf booking.com nicht ersichtlich. Sollte man beim Buchen berücksichtigen.

No plates in the room and only two glasses in the room which is not enough at least four is better two in the bathroom and two in the room

No había nevera en la habitación. Una un punto muy negativo. Necesitamos por problemas con el vuelo de vuelta extender una noche más la estancia y nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de quedarnos una noche más en la misma habitación pero al doble de precio de las noches anteriores. INACEPTABLE. Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel
- Isabell (9/5): Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen - Ein sehr schönes Guest House in toller Lage und schönen Blick auf den Tafelberg Frühstück ist sensationell gut. Es gab ein kleines Missverständnis mit der Reservierung für das Abendessen. Wir hatten auf 20:30 Uhr reserviert und da macht dann aber die Küche zu. Haben dann aber eine gute alternative gefunden

- Barbara (5/5): Rückkehr Nach drei Jahren aus Nostalgie eine Enttäuschung - Die Lage und der Ausblick sind beeindruckend. Das Restaurant ist creativ und das Frühstück sehr abwchslungsreich Die Immobilie war ursprünglich mit sechs großen Ferienwohnungen gebaut. Aus den Ferienwohnungen hat man nun Einzelzimmer gemacht, was in den ursprünglichen Wohnzimmern völlig missglückt ist.Aus einer Küchenzeile ein Bad zu machen ist misslungen. Die Zimmer sind so hellhörig, dass alle Telefonate der Rezeption noch im 1. Stock zu hören sind. Der Kleiderschrank ist so winzig, dass über die Hälfteder Kleidungsstücke im Koffer bleiben mussten. Wir haben sieben aufeinanderfolgende Jahre jeweils einen Monat eine Wohnung bewohnt und es war einfach wunderbar. Wir sind aus Nostalgie wiedergekommen und sehr enttäuscht.

- Hlengiwe (9/5): Excellent service - Everything about atlantic palms..staff,Breakfast , hospitality. Kindness and understanding. Our flight was at 8pm and they manage to accormodate us even after check in. U feel @hame. They never show the back courtyard pictures on google...we expercted to be at the main Hotel.
